I have been using ProDrain for over 13 years. They are an excellent team and business and it is reflected in their professionalism and work. I have an older house, which once was a cabin and my kitchen and bathtub drains are connected. Without fail, once a year, I need them to snake my drain. I call, they come, they snake, they leave. The employees that show up are always clean cut, thoughtful and thorough. They are prepared with the history of their visits, they know which vent/drain to snake and boom done in 1/2 an hour. They ALWAYS show up at the appointed time and on the one rare occasion they were running late I was called well before the appointed time to let me know of the delay. And always the service professional calls at the end of their previous appointment to let me know that they are on their way and how long it will take. They are more than reasonable and do not upsell their work or try to find more problems. Although prepared with the history of my drain issue the tech always listens to my tired old story as I tell him where the snake successful drain is. It is obvious that this company treats its employees with respect for their work and expertise because it is passed on to the customer and it is noticeable. I can not recommend this company more highly. My most recent drain snake was performed by Chris Terrones and without exception he represented this company as I have described. Chris also shared with me their full line of plumbing services beyond drain services which I will be needing with a particularly hateful pedestal sink that was poorly installed by the previous owner. We had our main water line break! Forgive the copy and paste but I also wrote this up on Re-Pipe Specialist's review page. Always remember, when a job is subcontracted out, to review both the agency as well as the subcontractor! Yesterday, the crew from Pro Drain showed up to get to work. There were a number of guys who patiently waited as I cornered all five cats to get them into one room for safety. They laid down sheets all over the house so the floors would stay clean and did a walk through inspection and explained everything in great detail. The personalities of these guys were awesome. They're from ProDrain, the company subcontracted by Re-Pipe Specialists. I felt comfortable with them being in my home while I was at work all day. They were confident, friendly, and just the nicest guys. I came home from work and there were no work trucks outside of my home. I walked inside, and my home was silent. No more water leak sounds, no more dripping faucets. I double checked everything - above and beyond work. I think they actually left our garage bathroom cleaner than it was when they got here? Our tap water is drinkable straight from the tap. Our water pressure is amazing. The bathroom shower is amazing!!! There was zero, zero mess left behind. And the pipes are professionally put in place - the job passed inspection today. They literally re-piped our entire home in a work day. They even watered my daphne plants before they left. Come on!!!! It does not get better than this. The great, positive attitude, the great customer service, totally reasonable price, and the exceptional job... My kitchen sink garbage disposal stopped working and my kitchen sink was extremely slow draining. I figured it was time to get the garbage disposal replaced since I've had it for probably 10yrs or so. Based on the reviews here, I decided to give Pro-Drain a try. I had the appointment for the garbage disposal replacement at my home. The tech that came was very polite, friendly and professional. He quickly assessed my existing non-functional disposal and explained why it really was time to replace, in terms that I could understand & believe. He was in and out in under an hour, and the total (parts + labor) was just under $200. He took the time to explain a couple basic things as well. Before he left, I actually asked him to check something very quickly in my master bathroom and he had no problem addressing that quickly as well. I will definitely consider Pro-Drain again in future if something plumbing related comes up, even before calling my home warranty service. Had I gone w/ the original plumbing business from the warranty service, the total cost would have been almost twice as much since they concluded it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I don't usually write online reviews for places, but I just wanted to thank Pro-Drain and spread some positive words for them. read more

Gina and I want to thank the ProDrain crew (Jeff, Chris, Enrique, Jack, and Jason) that came to repipe our home. They were on time, did great work as a team, and were very helpful in helping us in deciding what was best for our repipe needs. We did a walk through at the beginning with Jeff and the guys, so Gina and I would understand what was going to be done, and for alignment for the Crew. The guys executed their plan and did everything we asked for, and were very professional. I've been in our crawl space and it is tight down there and Chris spent the majority of his time in that tight space; I call that out because, I didn't hear a one complaint from him to anyone. These guys were great...I sat down with them and had lunch with them and could tell that they enjoyed working with each other and for ProDrain. I did a final walk through with Jeff at the end of the job and every questioned I asked was answered and whatever I asked for them to do/check (pressure check & tightening of connection on the city side to meter post repipe) he did happily, while the rest of the team cleaned up. I am so grateful that my landlord uses ProDrain! Our bathroom sink had lots of problems, from leaky pipes to a hot water tap that wouldn't turn off. I was put in touch with ProDrain to make an appointment. They were booked solid for two weeks, but it was well worth the wait! I was given a two hour time slot for when the plumbers would show up, and I assumed I would be waiting around for a while. Christopher and Chris knocked on my door early, which was the first of many pleasant surprises. They were both extremely polite and friendly, and they made it clear right from the start that they would not leave until the issues were fixed. After assessing the situation, they told me I would need an entirely new faucet. They took out the old faucet, which was very old and difficult to remove due to a workspace so small I can only assume it was made for gnomes and magic fairies to work in. The whole time, though it was clearly frustrating work, I could hear them talking things out and encouraging one another. After about an hour they called me back in, and voila! The new sink was installed and running perfectly. Thank you so much to Christopher and Chris at ProDrain for everything. What a great team! read more

ProDrain saved us $2000+. Another plumbing company (their name is the same as one of Saturn's moons) told us that we had a broken, lateral, 3" sewer pipe under the basement floor. They said they couldn't get even their small camera to go any farther down the pipe. They recommended jack-hammering the floor to that spot then seeing if the camera would go farther. If the whole pipe was bad they would "burst" replace it for $2300. I called ProDrain for a second opinion. In particular I was disappointed that the other company was willing to break up our floor with so little information on the state of the pipe. Greg, from ProDrain, agreed with me and took another look with his better, smaller camera. The bottom line? OUR PIPE WASN'T BROKEN AT ALL. One of their crew swung by 15 minutes later and cleaned the pipe out. $188 later we are good to go. BTW: ProDrain said they would always clean with a snake first then cam. After our experience I suggest the following rule. BEWARE ANY PLUMBING COMPANY THAT CAMS BEFORE IT SNAKES AND USES ITS EXPENSIVE CAM AS A TOOL TO KNOCK DEBRIS OUT OF A PIPE. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time! Here's why: - I called at 7:58 AM and Andrea answered the phone, even though they open at 8. A small thing, but helped me get it dealt with when I was ready to. She was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. She fit me in same-day, which meant I didn't have to go through a weekend of cooking and cleaning with a clogged kitchen sink. - She gave me a 2-hour window, which is short these days. Meant I could go to work and come home early vs. staying home all day. - Chris T. was available early, and called first to ask if it was ok for him to come early. He was also polite and efficient. - Chris got the job done within 15 mins., and answered my many questions thoroughly and clearly. - He also cleaned up the mess the clog had left under my sink, and swept the floor in front of my sink with a hand broom. Excellent drain de-clogging service. They were able to come out faster than any other drain service I called - phoned at 8am on a day of heavy rain, they set a window of 10am to 12am and got here early, at 9:30. Thank you! Chris was sharp and efficient, but couldn't get through the sewer plug with the standard router in 6 different attempts. (It turned out to be a tangle of thick roots.) had to schedule the bigger guns (the hydro-jet) for the next morning. The other guy - I forget his name - came the next morning with the jet and cut through the roots in less than an hour. That rig includes a camera scope, which you can record if you need to document what the problem was. Both workers were polite, calm, friendly and had a good sense of humor, all much appreciated in a stressful and let's face it, gross situation. They were happy to explain things, were careful not to damage or mess up anything, and gave good, honest advice on preventing problems in the future. Prices were very reasonable too -$125 for the first visit, $275 for the second. read more

I called Pro Drain for a storm drain that was clogged. Jordan is just the person you want to show up when you have a problem. He was on time, actually a little early, all organized to get to work. He fired up his tools and got the problem handled in no time. I got a couple of questions answered about what I could do to help the drainage in the future. All customers want is to solve a problem and sometimes don't look forward to the process. It's the little things and the big things. Their website is good, it's easy to contact the company. Then they send Jordan who showed up on time, organized, efficient, and a real nice guy. And he solved the problem. A+++ I am happy to give a good review because you don't always get good service at a very fair price nowadays. And they state their billing rate on their website, so no surprises. AWESOME SERVICE! I thought I was doing my wife a favor by cleaning out the refrigerator and ended up with a blocked sink Kitchen sink. I tried everything to unclog it- plungers, baking soda and vinegar, chemicals, you name it. Nothing worked. Some friends recommended A plumber, but they didn't do drains. What they did say was "people like Roto-Rooter and Pro Drain do stuff like that". Looked on line and saw ProDrain had a high rating on Yelp, so we made the call. Boy, am I happy we did. They were responsive and let us know our options, overtime tonight (after 5) for a fee or tomorrow at some time. We went for the overtime call. After having an un-named local drain company was not able to fully get my problem solved (I had used them 15 years ago), I contacted ProDrain based on their excellent Yelp reviews. Spent time on the phone with Andrea, who was very professional and understanding of my situation - getting the washer drain cleared for my rental house and thus, a happy tenant. She was able to schedule Shane in a 2-hour window of time, not the typical 4-hour. Shane called just as he was leaving his last job that morning letting me know that he was ten minutes away. Nice respect - eh! When he arrived we chatted briefly about the issue, and he had a plan that he shared with me and how it would work. We even discussed the trials and troubles of the previous company, and how he would have addressed it - and not demeaning the previous company. Very professional ! Highly recommend these guys! After having my sewer line back up in both bathtubs I knew I had a main line problem. Not what I wanted to experience on a home I just purchased and moved into. Being a Sunday, I waited till Monday morning and called them first thing. They got me scheduled in that afternoon. The technician, George, went right to my main clean out and rooted the line several times. Indicating to me he was sensing something wrong other than tree roots, which he did get a few roots out. And he took his time running the rooter several times to be certain. I hesitated on requesting borescope check, but I needed to know. Good thing I did!!! He found the utility company drove a grounding rod into my sewer line. He put all the findings on USB for me to contact the utility company responsible, and fix. We were very fortunate to have a couple of great plumbers take care of us yesterday. We are getting a house ready to go on the market in a couple of weeks. We had a top-notch job done by ProDrain when we had our home repiped last fall. After that experience, we knew we would only want their plumbing services. By chance we had them look at a toilet we were considering replacing, due to years of the tank taking forever to refill. While it wasn't an emergency, I was still in need of a plumber to fix a DIY kitchen faucet replacement gone bad. Finding a plumber is a daunting task but Pro Drain was great from the appointment setup to the actual service. I chose Pro Drain because they could fit me in sooner than anyone else. I was provided the rates prior to my appointment so I was prepared as to potential costs. On the day of my appointment, Chris Benson arrived during the time period I was given. He was polite, professional, and friendly from start to finish. He fixed the issues I was having with my cold water valve and replaced my faucet quickly and efficiently. He explained all the moving pieces involved with the valve and with the faucet which I appreciated. With an older home, we have a recurring issue with a backup in our master bath drain. We have called on ProDrain three times over the past few years to help with this issue. Every time we have received excellent service. I called yesterday at 6:00 am, and left a message. The recording said I would hear back from ProDrain after 8:00 am (when they opened). My phone rang at 8:02 am. Plenty of choices for scheduling my appointment at the house, with a two hour window. Chris T. called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival today, to let me know he was on his way. He was most professional. He knew how to quickly solve our issue. About two years ago, I called Pro Drain to fix a kitchen sink that had been draining slowly for many years. It had gotten so bad it would take over 30 minutes for a full sink to empty. Kyle came out and worked for hours over two days, determined to fix it -- and he did. He said it was one of the toughest clogs he'd ever seen and suspected the issue may have been caused by years of rinsing out glasses that had contained Metamucil (not pouring it down the drain, just the residue). Even Roto-Rooter couldn't clear it years ago, but Kyle got it fully open, restoring the drain to full capacity. Two years later, it still works perfectly. After so long dealing with slow drainage, I still smile when I hear the water go straight down.
