When I arrived they were able to repair the tire (had a nail, not quite a year old tire). Bought some new tires and brought them here to be installed. Very reasonable and they got my car in right away. A few weeks later I ran over something on the freeway on my way home from work. Didn't seem like much, but I woke up the next morning with two flat tires on the passenger side. Took them back here, mentioned they installed the tires for me a few weeks ago, but I clearly ran over something which caused them to go flat. They repaired them and did not charge me. I also brought in my other car to have hub caps changed out as the lug nuts needed to be removed. No charge. They also take the time to talk with you if you call them with questions, they do not rush you through the call. We were driving on the freeway and got a flat and just made it to the tire shop attended us right away didn't take more than 15 min maybe less to patch the tire and have us on our way! I debated in this review but I just couldn't let this slide. I received the worse customer service ever which was shocking cause I've been here in the past and it was the opposite. The older gentlemen I was use to seeing wasn't there but a younger man and a older lady. The younger gentlemen was pretty rude the lady never acknowledged me even while standing right in front of her. I honestly don't think they did any of the work I asked them to I kept being told to come later and later. Cars were coming in and out while I was being told longer. I was also given a price over the phone and paid over $250 more than that I needed the work done so I paid. But bottom line ladies if you have to come here bring a male. My friend told me about this shop and I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. They told me straight up that I need a High-Speed balance and maybe name brand shop don't offer it. We received for tires from this company that were defective& caused our Jeep to lose a tire while driving. (Damaging several part of the Jeep also) They first agreed to refund the tires at our shipping cost, which was fine. Then they back tracked and claimed the tires were not damaged originally and they would refund the cost after they tested them& actually believed they sent the tires like that...but we would need to ship the tires back to California at our cost. Robert gave me attitude when I asked how long it would take to finish putting the last two tires on my car. He told me someone was balancing them and it would be about another 10 minutes. After waiting another 45 min I asked another employee who told me someone was picking up the two tires from their warehouse, and it would be another 5 min. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the tires to be delivered but the fact that no one informed me and I received nasty energy from the one who is running the show is upsetting. I also had to ask for my wheel lock back which was a bit sketchy. Customer service is very subpar and the manager Robert doesn't seem to know to interact with his customers. They also didn't have used tires.. what type of tire shop doesn't carry used tires?? I wouldn't recommend coming here to say the least. read more

I brought my car in since I have a warning message that I may have a flat tire so I brought it in and they checked it for me and they said that there's no flat tire and they fixed the problems which is just the pressure thingy and no charge in less than 10 minutes.
