I have been a customer of Pro Tire and Wheels for two years now. Robert and his team are very knowledgeable and courteous. I come to them for new tires, tire pressure, rotations, and alignments. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. On a particular instance, I noticed a weird noise from the tire on my passenger side while driving, and took the car back to them. They ran an analysis and test drove my car and was able to identify it was a loosen protective rubber piece above the tire. They fixed it for me even though it has nothing to do with the new tires. This is just one example to show they care for their customer and how they bring value. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

I had previously given this place a 5 star only 5 days ago. Unfortunately, my tire (which had 2 small nails) was patched up here last week. I was told it was an easy fix and good to go. Note: My car + tires are less than a year old. Within a few days, air was seeping out again, and it started deflating much more quickly. When I took it to a Firestone, they pointed out that the repair was not done properly which resulted in a tire replacement entirely. V disappointing! :( 4/18/19: I found this place on Yelp on a late Saturday afternoon when I was desperately searching for a tire shop that was still open. I came in to check in on a tire that was leaking air. I was assisted immediately. A staff member took out 2 nails, sealed the holes for $20. Good customer service. read more

I can't say enough good about Pro Wheels and Tires and its owner Robert! We've been getting our tires here for years. They always have the best prices, and they install them so quickly! Most places that sell tires offer free tire rotations, but at other places you have to make an appointment; it's super inconvenient. Not so at Pro Wheels and Tires! You would be surprised to hear that out of all the places I have been to this place had the best customer service. I was panicking because I was two hours away from home with a nail in one of my rear wheels and I had already been to two different auto shops before I found this one. Do not use them I only went for a 4 wheel alignment and they somehow scratched the lip on my rear rim and the guy smoked in my car and I'm a non smoker also they put a huge bend at the bottom of my door somehow I will be going tomorrow to view there cameras and get my door fixed properly I take extreme care of my car they trash cars and rims they do not know how to run a business properly unfortunately there nice people but no manners. read more

The service is nothing special . I'm only giving two stars because the prices are okay . But they do a bad job of being personable and accommodating . I came in to buy rims and tires and they took forever to put them on, after an employee previously stated they would be extremely fast . You kind of feel invisible and have to request attention and updates constantly . After I left with my tires and rims, I found there was a leak in one of them and I was forced to re-fill it with air 3 times before I could return to the shop and replace it . They said a replacement would arrive in half an hour; i returned an hour later and they told me to come back tomorrow . I don't get the feeling that my business is appreciated very much here . I don't intend to return to PRO tire, but luckily that area is full of other rim and tire shops who are happy to be considered . read more

I had all four tires replaced with alignment and the price Robert gave made me ask him again if I heard it right. And, yes I heard right, it's a steal compared to dealership prices. Pro Tires and Wheels on 1614 Pioneer Blvd, Norwalk CA; are textbook dishonest, money hungry auto mechanics . They are not reliable in terms of giving proper diagnostics. The reason I say this, is because when I went to get my car checked about 2 weeks ago. My car had been making this weird loud noise, which I assumed was coming from the front tires or some internal issue. I called this location and explained what I had been hearing. They told me to just come in and they'll take a look at it. When I first got there, they gave my car the wrong diagnostic and told me the problem was the front 2 rotors. I personally have very little knowledge about fixing cars. Being that as it may, I believed them. I ended up paying $200, and as soon as I pulled of that lot. The noise was still there. The noise hadn't gone anywhere, but in fact, it sounded louder. But that was probably due to my annoyance. To make matters worse; when I did call them back to ask that they could RE-Diagnose my car. They informed me that actually; I had an immense amount of other issues with the car. WHICH BY THE WAY; they were also wrong about. I learned this because I decided to take my car to a different shop, because this shop was consistently untrustworthy. I literally took it to a different shop around the corner. To which they told me what exactly the problem was (replacing hub cap for wheel bearing), and only charged me $50. So why exactly did Pro Tires and Wheels "fix" my rotors if they weren't the issue? I stopped by while performing a work errand and was greeted by Robert right away. He went out to the car, checked tire size and said he had some excellent deals on brand new tires. I was in a rush to get back to work and Robert assured me it wouldn't be very long. Mary, the friendly lady at the front counter, took my payment. She's very sweet! I was out of there with new tires in about 30 minutes. The price was about $100 less than I would have paid at any of the major tire chains. I've been using Pro Tire and Wheel as my tire shop for a little over two years and its always a great experience. I ordered my KO2s here last month and they had them by at the shop in a day. They also did my lift kit and Eric was really helpful setting everything up and answering all my questions.
