On Friday, July 18, 2025, your technician came onto my property, without permission, remained after being asked to leave, and unlawfully removed bait trays. This action resulted in significant property damage, including gaping holes and destruction of my landscaping. Your company's actions are now subject to both criminal and civil liability. I am preparing to pursue legal action for the damages caused unless the matter is corrected immediately. You have until Tuesday, July 21, 2025, and of this notice to respond and make arrangements to fully restore my landscaping and property to its original condition. Failure to do so will result in the immediate filing of a civil and criminal lawsuit in Newton County. This matter has been officially reported to the proper authorities and is now part of an ongoing case and investigation. A detective has been assigned and will be in touch. Wow!!! Procare is absolutely the BEST pest control company we have ever used!!! We left Arrow exterminator a few months ago for Procare and it was the BEST decision ever!! This company is seriously dedicated to provide the best customer satisfaction and more importantly the safest products to protect your family and home! Our recent technician Zack who came out yesterday went above and beyond for our family, taking the time to provide our family education on the pests that surround our home and also on the safe and natural products that he was spraying in our home. I have been a customer with ProCare for three years and counting. There is nothing to not like about ProCare. I'm extremely impressed with the owner, John Ely, and all the people he has hired on his team. They show extreme dedication, professionalism, follow through and follow up, and are wonderful about putting the customer first. I could rave about how exceptionally great this company is from now to eternity and still would not capture all of the things I love about them. Unlike other companies, this is one of a handful companies that no matter who the rep is or what staff member I am speaking with I am always met with a very hospitable, polite, good-natured, humble, and knowledgeable person. I needed an "urgent" termite inspection for a home that I'm buying after another company let me down. I didn't have much time before my due diligence period ended, but the folks over at ProCare understood. I spoke with Ian when I called - nice guy - very pleasant. I think I called around 10AM and they had the inspection completed by 2PM on the same day. I get that the same day service may not be the norm, but I was able to get my termite inspection completed and finish out my due diligence period on my house on schedule. I wasn't present for the inspection, but the report seemed thorough and will be just what I need for the home buying process. They were able to take my payment over the phone and Ian was able to answer some basic questions about ongoing services that they offer. He didn't try to push anything on me - this was me asking and him giving me some details. I'll use these guys in the future when I need some pest control. Their previous poor reviews are all regarding their door-to-door soliciting. I wouldn't be a fan of that either. Hopefully they don't do that anymore. But, for my needs today, they helped me out of a bind, and I appreciate it! read more

We've used ProCare for a few years for pest control - wasps, carpenter bees and the like. They're always very responsive, so when I was considering my termite renewal with Terminix, I thought: "Why not ProCare?" An excellent decision! Bill Matthies arrived right on time and explained their service which made great sense to me. Instead of an annual "look around my foundation" that Terminix provided (past tense now), ProCare set out a dozen bait stations - see pic of one in our bed. They are no more noticeable than a sprinkler head. Here's the best part - ProCare will be back in 30 days for the first inspection, then every quarter - 4 times a year! We were with Alterra for about 2 years and John knocked on our door. I felt the same way as previous reviews with not wanting anyone to solicit me in my "No solicititation neighborhood" but today I decided to listen. John was very professional and explained the differences between his company and theirs. One of his biggest selling points was that his pricing was less in comparison. I now have them servicing my primary home but also my rental property. Our technician is normally Brandon, and he is very friendly and always comes in with a smile! To me, that's always a great thing when you're letting someone into your home. I would completely recommend them to others. read more

I am so impressed with ProCare Pest Control! How many people can say they love their exterminator? John and his team take customer service to whole new level. I was already pleased that I was given a free month of mosquito treatment and that the general pest control package is so affordable; I think it's great that they offer to come out to retreat any problem areas for free and took advantage of that when I discovered a hornets' nest above my deck. Highest rating for Procare. The technicians are all very professional, courteous and polite. They text me to confirm appointments and they also call 30 minutes ahead before they arrive. Plus, no bugs here! They do it all from run of the mill insects, to termite control, and I've had them take care of some rodents. All done at very competitive rates. I've been with them for over 2 years now and I would not switch. The exclusion contract was a couple hundred less than others, and to renew each year is so worth it and minimal for peace of mind. We've only been with ProCare for a few months and already they are exceeding expectations. Their prices are the best we've found, customer service is great and the guys who come out for the services are awesome! We're using them for general pest control and termite prevention. They've been out twice for re-treatment in two areas at no charge. We live waayyy out in the woods and have a lot of critters to control and they're doing a great job. Everyone is very professional and polite, I am a new client of theirs. I had been with my previous pest control company for five years. They were professional as well, but we still had a somewhat major spider problem. I by chance met a representative in my neighborhood, I thought they were a new company. We have tried other companies but, I think this is the ONE! Jarvis was AMAZING, very knowledgeable and all around nice guy. He took the time to explain some things that we could do better to prevent additional problems. He did not hesitate to clean up the debris that he made and even cleaned up some that he didn't make. Jarvis was extremely professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the service. He called back two days later to check on things. It's nice to see that quality service is still around. We have used several pest companies over the years. I commend ProCare for their superior customer service and communication techniques. Always friendly and informative while not being pushy or forward. I am annoyed by other firms as they tend to guilt you or overwhelm you with specials. We have been using ProCare for the last 6 months for our own personal home quarterly pest service and also for treatments on our rental properties. The Tech is always very polite, on time, informative and a pleasure. They are sure easy to schedule. They are very quick to address special rental situations that we may have with fleas, roaches or even little critters. ProCare is also super quick for issuing Termite letters for closings. Mark serviced our property recently and did a great job, as do all the ProCare techs that do it. They'll answer any questions about the service and do a thorough job. The one point that impresses me about their service is their attention to detail. They call to notify before they arrive. They knock or otherwise announce their arrival. If no one is at the property they leave a door hanger to advise they've been there. I like that in a service company and wish that more service oriented businesses had that sort of customer care. Service was great, the sales rep who came to my home talked through everything and listened to my needs as a homeowner. Adin has serviced our home the past few times and we wanted to take a moment to commend how wonderful he is. He is always so polite and professional. I have had Pro Care now for two years and I no longer have pest problems. They always call a couple of days ahead of time to ensure I will be home. They will always come back to my house free of charge in between service days if I have a problem. I really dislike when people use reviews to complain about a company they have never tried. I happened to be working in the yard during the latest service which was checking of termite stations. I had pine straw installed and they covered some of the stations and plants hid some others. The tech would have been justified in being a little upset at the extra work that was caused in finding the stations. Instead he was very courteous and professional and quickly found the stations that were hidden. All the interactions I have had with this company and their employees have been positive. read more
