See always automatic email. No one answer

My condo in Torrance HOA is using this management. I'm seriously request to change the management company. No one answer or give a call for community issues. Only answer is "Email us we will review" Email..email..Email. hello, management? You need to call people and fix the issues. Housing problems are big urgent matter.

I'm resident at the Portola Oaks and I requested a service about two weeks ago because there's a sprinkler system that keeps hitting my house in my backyard. I have called and email you guys countless times yet no one answers. I went to your office and even showed a video but yet you guys have never fixed the issue. When are you guys going to fix the sprinkler issue?

This is a issue that has to addressed around the company itself. I have asked whoever is working with me for a repair outside the property, all they did was send someone over to take a look and never came back to repair it. Okay, I take that, but I post comments and I am just left on seen without any replies ?? I am asking for a time length I need to wait because this is an urgent issue that needs to fixed. There is a leakage of water due to a pipe/valve and it has to be repaired. Therefore we are out of water for 3 DAYS in a row. Can I at least get an answer? Do your job. I have always been nice to HOAS but what is this ? What are they getting paid for? Why am I paying for this? I have also just sent an email to associa but I don't expect an answer until tomorrow. But aside from the last email, I hope whoever is in charge of answering requests on the associa townsq site knows they are held reliable for ANSWERING. Not only me but I hope others don't experience the same "LAST SEEN BY MANAGEMENT 1 HR AGO" how is that gonna help me ? lol

Hedges overgrown before requesting service. It took a month to get someone to trim them.

Worked with Leonard and Up Property Management for 2.5 years. I lived several states away from the…read moreproperty and required someone that would take care of it as if it was their own. Leonard and his team achieved just that. There were a few times that extensive repairs were required on the property and every step of the way I felt that things were being taken care of swiftly and thoroughly. When it came time to sell and the property was handed back over, it was left in pristine condition. This speaks volumes on Leonard's positive relationship with the tenants and his care for the property. I wholeheartedly recommend Leonard and Up Property Management to handle your property.

One of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had, largely due to how this was handled by…read moremanagement, specifically Christopher and David. The unit was listed at $4,200. We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

I would like to give a special shout out to Michael Hayes, who is our Snr Community Manager for taking great care and making sure our needs are addressed timely and being our advocate. He's very patient, listens to my needs, responsive, and executes to move things forward but sometimes, it's difficult because there's a process but he ensures to push it forward because it's the principle and it's the right thing to do. I've dealt with many property management, many and I have to say that Crummack Huseby provide top notch customer service compared to many out there I've heard and dealt with. Most of the others never pick up the phone, nor ever respond back to your messages, or they just pretend they don't hear you and you will never hear from them. Thank you Crummack Huseby for your great collaboration and support, it is much appreciated!

Since taking over as president of the homeowner's association a few years ago, we have had a few different managers. In the last year or so we were blessed with Heather Eisfelder as our Community Association Manager. Once Heather became familiar with our community's concerns, she has been on it from day one. She is responsive to our needs and works in tandem with our Assistant Manager, Jane. Both Heather and Jane respond so promptly, even to last minute and after hours request. For a small community like ours, the value for our money has been worth it. I would not normally review a company like our management company...in fact I would never have thought they had a Yelp! page. What prompted this review was that during last night's meeting, Heather saved us about $50 / month on our street sweeping expenses. However, she went on to tell us that she had also identified nearly $300 in expenses that we pay per month and we do not use. For a small community of 75 homes, trying to keep dues low during this current economy, this is the kind of monthly savings that helps balance the budget and keep us out of the red. Heather also gave us other ideas on how to easily modify a rule to meet our communities updated needs. Thank you Heather and Jane! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.

I've been a tenant in one of AllView's properties for around three years, and the property managers…read moreand landlords, Mark & Andy, and Michelle & Marshall, have been wonderful. Their response times to maintenance requests and overall customer service have always been excellent. After several stable years, we recently experienced a number of condo issues following the rainy season. Every issue was handled compassionately and as promptly as possible. After submitting multiple maintenance requests (right before the end of business hours), we were contacted the same day and again the following day to schedule repairs. Since then, they've arranged for construction workers to repair a leak in the staircase ceiling, ant control services, a termite inspection for worn wood in our garage, and are currently scheduling the replacement of an outdated dishwasher with a brand-new one. Not only that, but every contractor they've sent for repairs in our condo have been very considerate and professional. When working on our roof, the crew explained the whole process beforehand, sealed off our entire staircase, and answered questions even on their breaks (not to mention they were understanding and warm towards my very confused ESA dog). The ant/pest control worker shared he's personally sprayed the landlord's home in the past, which gave me great peace of mind knowing that AllView only hires people they trust to work on the properties they themselves habituate. The termite inspection was quick and efficient. I appreciated the worker's professionalism as I noticed he immediately covered his shoes with plastic before entering to avoid tracking in mud or chemicals, which was thorough and kind of him. The two property managers who have stood out most during my time here, Andy and Mark, have always maintained clear and consistent communication regarding concerns, scheduling, and next steps, especially now as we move forward with termite treatment in the garage and the dishwasher replacement. I'd also like to add for any prospective renters: although our unit is under rent control, the landlords have always chosen minimal increases rather than the maximum allowed at lease renewal. In other words, these are genuinely good people. If you respect and take care of their property, they will absolutely take care of you.
