This is the best dry cleaning service I have ever used. I am so glad to find a cleaning business I can fully trust with all my clothing. I have brought various types of clothing here, and each time they come back looking much better than when I brought them in. They are especially good at ironing complicated or delicate pieces. My clothes are always ready to pick up on time, and nothing has ever been damaged during any of the many times I have used their service. I cannot say that about any other cleaning service I have ever used. I also had a garment repaired here that had a small rip. It was repaired wonderfully and I can't tell that it was ever ripped in the first place. The owners are very kind and honest people, and always greet me with a welcoming smile. I literally gave the people at Professional Tailor the most impossible task. I had purchased a vintage Vivienne Westwood dress online for my anniversary and had forgotten that Vivienne Westwood's clothing doesn't leave ANY room for curves (and I may have gotten a size smaller than I should have in the first place, hey! it was vintage, I didn't have much of a choice). I told them about my problem and they took their time carefully inspecting the dress and taking my measurements and they proposed a solution! They were going to take some fabric from the bottom of my dress (thankfully there was extra fabric) that was part of the hem and attach it to the sides of the dress where the hips are in order to give it more room. He also noticed the top might be a little tight too and said that he would make more room up top as well. I JUST picked it up and it fits PERFECTLY! I am OVER THE MOON! Nice mom and pop store that I went to recently for the first time. Reminds me of my mom and her store. I went here to get some suits tailored and dry-cleaned. The owners are very friendly and the ahjushi there is, as his wife says, a master tailor. I explained to him exactly how I wanted it and he understood the type of style I was looking for. Upon pickup and trying them on, they fit perfectly. I feel like I have brand new suits now as they fit so well. They also did a great job dry cleaning and the prices are reasonable here. I have always had bad experiences with tailors in the past however, Professional Tailor set the bar extremely high. I had a last minute interview come up with only 4 days notice. I frantically was searching for an excellent tailor who could help alter and clean my suit on short notice so I could be polished for my interview. Luckily, I stumbled upon professional tailors and was instantly put into good hands. I went to Professional Tailors on Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by Mrs. Lee. She had me try on my suit (which needed countless alterations) and she spent nearly 30 minutes perfectly marking and measuring my suit. I explained the situation and she happily agreed to have it finished by Wednesday (which was absolutely incredible). Upon pickup, she gave me my suit and additional garments and they looked phenomenal. She took a suit that was entirely too big and perfectly tailored it to my body measurements; I couldn't be happier! When I tried on my suit, it looked like it was a custom job- something that is hard to obtain. I am extremely happy with Mrs. Lee and the incredible service provided by her- absolutely a new customer for life. I went to this place based on reviews and ratings to get my sweatpants altered. The day before I dropped them off, I went to another shop to ask if they could alter them. The lady working there said the pants weren't able to be fixed. It apparently had too much thread. So I went here and a week later, I was able to get them done the way I wanted. This place is a gem in the heart of Koreatown. GRANTED, for all my non-Korean Yelpers, the language barrier is a bit apparent and may cause some frustration, but if you can work past that, the owners are very kind people that are will take care of you. Took in my wedding dress and the lady greeted me warmly and had me change into the dress in the changing room. No wait time, although to be fair, I went pretty early, before 10 AM on Saturday morning for my first fitting. After changing into it, she had me stand on their platform while she pinned up loose places here and there. She and her husband run the shop and they were both very sweet and personal, asking about when the wedding was, where it would take place, etc. We got to the length of the dress and it was just about an inch too long, even with my heels. The lady looked it over and asked what I wanted, and of course, I said I'd like it fixed to the proper length. She was very upfront and kind and said, "From a mother's perspective, knowing that weddings are already expensive, work for the length alteration will be pricey, as it is all lace trimming. If you still want it done, no problem, fixing it is easy, but it will cost you as we'll trim all around plus the underskirt and train. The length looks like it's not too bad, if you're just careful when you walk". I was surprised that a business owner would actually advise a customer on ways to save money and lay out the facts up front. I considered for a moment and agreed to not alter the length, as it was just an inch or so. The motherly touch really pegged that extra star on this review. When I went back for my second fitting, I noticed that the bustle was not done properly for my train. I asked them about it and they were attentive to my needs and requests. I showed them the American bustle, and requested it be done with a white button instead of the silver metal clasp they initially tried. It finally clicked with them what I wanted and they were more than happy to take it back in and re-do it. I offered to pay them extra for their efforts of having to re-do it, but the woman declined with a smile and said it was fine and not to worry about it, as it was just a button getting added on. Overall price of altering my wedding dress was HALF of my initial calculation and I couldn't be happier about the result! read more

I needed to get my new winter coat altered. I didn't realize how much work needed to be done on the jacket. The $110 estimates charge was probably fair, but I just didn't want to spend that much. It was suggested by the women who runs this establishment, with her husband that for $40 she can fix just the length of the arm sleeves and not do the other sections. Fair enough. I agreed to have the woman/owner only alter the sleeve length. She somehow thought that I wanted the entire coat altered and charged me $100. She didn't know how to refund my money using the charge machine. A young girl from the next door stepped in trying to help issue a charge card refund. I then decided that I no longer wanted to have my sleeves shortened or have any work done on my coat. I don't deal with merchants who can't operate their own credit card machines. After waiting around for several additional minutes, the owner lady was unable to process my refund and offered to give me my money back in cash. I accepted her offer and I then ran for the hills!! Sorry, but business owners who are unable to run their own credit card machines are on my do not deal with list. read more

I love this tailor! They're the sweetest couple. Like everyone is saying always expect that San Pellegrino when you walk in! I've gone to them multiple times to dry clean suits/dresses and to have a formal dress of mine altered. I had taken it to 2 other places and no one could figure out how to do it (they were saying I should supply them with more material!). When I came to this lovely couple, the woman knew exactly what needed to be fixed and how to do it. When I picked it up ~two weeks later, I couldn't see one seam!
