The last two times I've been here the pedicures were terrible!! The last one the girl In such a hurry I was in & out in half hour!! Thought I'd give it another try.... different girl this time. How bad can it be two times in a row...Right!? This time same thing except... I could not even feel her 5 minute massage (both feet) Then she trys to leave pieces of old polish on while trying to put new polish on! I've been here three times. I always go first thing when they open. The problem is that they have two signs in the window. One sign states that they open at 9:00 am. The other shows that they open at 9:30 am. I got there at 9:10 am, but none of the staff arrived until 10:10 am! That seems to be typical, based on conversations I had with other waiting customers. First time here. You can tell they want to be nice and give you good service But the work isn't all there. Nail tech and I could barley communicate, that's not an issue because they usually know what they are doing but this time, she would just nod her head, point at a toe or nail and mumble words while smiling. I ended up saying ok, just to speed up the process and get it over with. It took Two hours to do my pedicure, The shape of my nails were not accurately cut/filed. Nail polish took 10mins at the end of those two hours and it was applied very thick so it came off, smudged, we waited to coat with the clear color. She redid it by tapping the little dot that had been wiped off she then wiped it all off and redid the polish but it didn't make a difference. The shop and equipment need to be updated big time. Seats are really worn out & ripped. Didn't bother pushing the massage control after hearing a couple of chairs the noise they made. The price was $20 and I did tip her even though they wanted it cash. Don't think I'll come back, I mean who knows could've just been the lady I had.‍ read more

Worst salon I have ever been to. I was a walk-in, I stated that I want mani/pedi/eyebrow wax. They told me it would be 10 minutes, so I waited. There are only folding chairs to sit on and it is very cramped and crowded (only three chairs anyway). It was my turn and a very sweet girl helped me. She did it understand a word of English. It was difficult just explaining the basics. I paid for the most expensive package. My heals are difficult and when she brought the dremel out, I was very excited, however, not for long. She put exfoliant on and then scrub them with a pumice. I was ok with everything at that point, but she rounded my big toe, though I said I needed it straight (I am sure to pay for that later :(). I went over to the nail station and she did my nails (after about a 10 minute wait). I told her not to cut my nails and she didn't, but she filed 1/2 of then straight across and most of the others had barbs (rough edges from filing). When we were done, she said ok and got up and walked away. There was no nail dryers and, I am sorry when you have four coats of polish on, you need a dryer. I explained that I wanted my brows and lip done. Someone told me it would be 15 minutes. In the meantime, I bump my nail and it needs to be fixed, as they were still very wet. I am sitting there waiting and my nails just look like hell, and my heals still had that yellow layer on them (which should be gone). Finally, after 20 minutes, the wax lady starts working on someone else. Now mind you, there is no chair or table for the waxing. I had enough and I left, I had been there for over 2 1/2 hours. After I got home I looked at my nails and toes that were all bubbly and I felt like the entire experience was a complete waste of money. I had to work on my feet and when doing so, I still had green exfoliant on my heals that were still as rough as sandpaper. I don't expect miracles, but they should at least be soft for the day. Never again!!! I have to go and get my nails redone somewhere else for my event this week. read more

This place is absolutely horrible‼‼‼‼ Do not go here especially if you make an appointment beforehand & Hong, who is the lady in charge, who can barely speak English on top of it, doesn't know how to run a business nor keeps appointment & on top of that degrades you in FRONT of customers‼‼‼ I explained that I had another appointment @ 1pm which is why I made the waxing appointment for 12:15pm thinking I'd be in and out, boy was I wrong!!!! What a terrible experience will never be going here again that's for sure‼‼ Even though I I had called a day in advance that made no difference whatsoever as soon as I walked in I was told I had to wait for her to finish someone else even though that's why I specifically called beforehand yuck disgusting ‼‼ What makes matters worse is I have been going here for YEARS and you would've never have known it by the way Hong was treating me!!!!! Not to mention the small cramped "waiting area" which is only 2 chairs in the front, I always tried to ignore because they do have cheap prices for waxing/nails but it's absolutely not worth it if your being treated like a dog & not happy with your experience!!! I don't know about u, but I work HARD for my money & I want to be completely satisfied with my waxing/nail appointment/"pampering time" since that's what customers are PAYING for !!!!!! Zero star!! The worst customer service ever !! It's is a waste of time. They advertise eyebrow waxing but they will always find a way to turn you down. All the time they will tell you it's gonna be a 2 hour wait or 1 hour wait. Even if you make an appt they will still make you wait for 20 minutes on top of the 2 hour wait. Hang , the one who manages the place just told me they ran out of wax!!! How many times . Disappointed ! read more

I have not been here for my nails but have used them on a regular basis for my eyebrows. I can be kind of picky and have tried multiple salons and places that specialize in waxing but the $4 eyebrow wax that I get at Profile has been by far the best. They don't mess around, just clean them up and out you go. This is the only place that my 16 year old with even let touch her eyebrows they do such a nice job. read more

Angela and Annie did a superb job on my wife and I. And yes, I'm a husband who likes to take care of my feet. At six feet I don't feel like all the contorsions to do it myself. They listen and are responsive and helpful in taking care of what gets us all around. We've been going to this establishment for over seven years. We have tried others due to coupons or specials, but come back here because the service and quality are more than worth it. And their prices are competitve and affordable. read more
