The tosticeviche was delicious, with a mix of Tostito chips, a touch of mayo, and the ceviche. It's a combo I haven't seen at any of the other Michoacanas we've tried. Their ice cream is made in house daily at every location. And the flavors are seasonal. So, you wont always find the same fruit flavors. You'll also find different flavors at different Locations. Today i ordered 5 pints to go. Flavors in order were... Black Raspberry Chunk Peach Peanut butter parfait Key Lime pie Meri's Choice (never seen this one before) When i got home. I had a sample of each, and although they were all delicious. The 2 that stood out the most were the Peach (made with real peaches) and the Peanut butter parfait.
