Cute little spot tucked away by Jewel, just north in parking lot. Small carry out and mini-pastry booth as you enter, then 12 seat bar with high tables. Nice selection of wines, beers on tap, and bottles. Dining section is behind. I sat at bar and had the Fratello, which I ordered "crispy" and it was perfect!! Not burnt, and crispy to the middle. Fantastic sausage and sautéed red peppers, with topping and cheese spreading even over the edges! (See pic!) Hostess was cheerful and kind; bartender upbeat and efficient. I LOVE PRONTO'S!! Found out they had $1 clams today and had to have them! They were delicious and well balanced, some places put too much breading or sauce and these were every bit of perfect! The owner Nick was super nice, checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. the bartender Julie was very attentive, personable and makes delicious drinks. Customer service was absolutely outstanding and the food was incredible. Can't wait to go back! They have different specials throughout the week there is something for everyone! We got a delivery order. Pizza was good, but wings are undercooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they were adamant that wings are precooked, frozen, and then deep fried, so there was no way for them to be undercooked. 2nd visit here and still love the service and huge menu selection- but my sandwich fell a bit flat this time around. I had the eggplant parmesan sandwich on garlic bread and it was just overall lacking crispness and flavor. Eggplant is tricky - you have to prepare it carefully to get it to be crispy - so I get it, but I would take this item off the menu unless you're going to take the time to get it just right. Husband got the blackened chicken wrap and once again, kudos to Pronto's for nailing the blackened seasoning and getting it just right with the flavor and perfect amount of kick! We also tried the Spinachi Bruschetta which I would liken to spinach artichoke dip on toast?....and it was really good! Disclaimer: So I give Pronto's two stars for the pure fact that they are so stingy with their coupons. It really rubbed me the wrong way. First of all, all the mail in coupons I get from them are only for pick up and delivery. I don't get that! Normally it is the opposite because restaurants make money off the drinks and tips!!!! But I was like ok... whatever... So then they have a coupon on yelp. Check in and get a free 12 in cheese pizza with the purchase of a 16" one topping pizza. Since you are checking in I am assuming that means you are eating in the restaurant and there was no mention that the yelp coupon wasn't valid in the dining room. But to no surprise... It was not valid!!! That is false advertising. The yelp coupon states nothing about having to do pick up or delivery. Overall, this is one of my favorite pizza places in my area and my server was really nice, so I did not want to throw a fit about the coupons. I'm just overall upset by how stingy management is. The dining room wasn't even crowded. You would think they would want people to use their coupons to give them more business in their dining room area. I was also annoyed by the fact that they would not allow us to preorder our pizza for dine in before we came. Who cares? It's not that complicated. My husband is a bit of a pizza snob so we decided to try a different place for his favorite food. We made it just in time for their happy hour apps. It was a little odd for a Thursday that the place was only 4 tables filled but we were curious. The service was SLOW. I had to go around the corner and waited by the kitchen doors to flag someone down to seat us in an empty restaurant. We got the mini panzerotti and the char grilled squid. Both were excellent. My husband ordered a beer and that also took a while to come out. I saw the bartender bring it toward the dining area and then proceeded to go into the kitchen with his drink. ‍ our pizza came out and it was pretty tasty. We probably won't be going back for a sit down dinner there since the service was almost sloth like, but possibly a good place for take out. Went Thursday and we have ordered pizza many times from Pronto's and it's really good. This time we are in and I ordered pasta shrimp and broccoli. It so bland that it was like I was eating pasta and that's it. No garlic or even sauce or oil. I ended up just taking it home where then I added more shrimp and garlic and oils and then it tasted correctly. It's a very simple dish to make and really surprised they could t do it justice . I was fortunate to receive an email advertising a Easter dinner special.It contained Lamb, salad. potatoes and asparagus.It saved the holiday for us. Mom used to have lamb every Easter. But it is a tradition she left behind when she married. I saw this and asked her if she would like to try this dinner special. The Lamb was tender and very flavorful. The salad had a wonderful mix of greens. It came with strawberries that everyone said tasted amazing with the balsamic dressing. I am allergic ro strawberry. This was not an issue because they accommodated us by putting them on the side. The potatoes had peppers mixed in and were very tasty. We ordered Lasagna because we always have a past before the meal. It was wonderful We only ordered 2 lemon ricotta cookies. It was a mistake because they were so good. The restaurant itself is gorgeous! They put a lot of work into the building and it's just beautiful now. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. This is a nice establishment because you don't find many pizza places with dining on the inside that looks nice. Most look like bad dove bars or just dirty, but not Pronto's. We had the calamari and the Margherita pizza. The sauce for the calamari was just a bit short of oregano something like that. The dessert is all made in house. We had cheesecake and the chocolate cake. Overall a great place. Needs some more flavor on the marinara sauce, but I would go back again. read more

Came in on father's day with no reservations but were seated right away, teo adults and a toddler. This olace has a cool rustic decor with a bar area with high tables and a dining area. Both are not too big, also a cute patio seating section that i will come back to wnjoy once the weather permits. We ordered fried culifower (delish) and brushetta (also great) to start. I had a panini which was ok, great fries, mc donald's like, husband had salomon and he loved it. Overall we had a great experiance, service was good, turn around time also great. I have eaten here several times in the past few years. Once with a large group of family, once with my small family, and once with a friend. Each time the waitresses have been very pleasant and eager to serve with a smile. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The chef's/cook's make great food, always seems fresh and hot! The only thing I would change is the PRICE of the Food!! It is way to expensive for the amount of food you receive. I don't quite consider myself to be a pizza Connoisseur, however I grew up close to the city and have tried tons of pizza around the city and most of the suburbs so I consider myself to be pretty good at rating Chicago pizza. So let's begin with Pronto's. As far as service, service is moderate. Took 30 minutes to make a large with 3 toppings; that's about average. Staff at the counter was friendly and gave me Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on request. The pizza was so-so. It had a nice amount of cheese which is always good but it was a tad lacking in sauce; it wasn't dry but in some of the best pizza I've had, I've had more. Adequate amount of Sausage, wouldn't have hurt to have had a tad more. On the half that had the sausage and hot Giardinera, I honestly didn't even taste the hot Giardinera. I feel like they forgot to put it on. All in all, the pizza is decent. Not the best I've had but will work for a quick local pizza fix. read more

Bustling restaurant on a Saturday night. Bar area was packed. Attracted all ages and families. Fantastic service - friendly, accommodating, and frequent check-ins by both waitstaff and owner. Large menu. Reasonable pricing for good-sized portions. Wide drink selection with specials on both food and beverage. Unfortunately, I found the food sorely lacking in flavor. Minestrone soup with generous portion of vegetables lacked seasoning - a bay leaf and maybe some oregano would have helped. Fettuccine Alfredo was swimming in a white soup and lacked any flavor of cheese or hint of garlic. Pizza was good but, frankly, I like its "sister" restaurant's sauce better - Pyramid Club in Addison. Given how busy it was, perhaps it was just an off night or I selected meals from the menu that are there because they feel they have to be there as an Italian restaurant but not that should be. Perhaps paring down the menu a bit might help them focus on a niche rather than being everything to everyone. I have not written this restaurant off and will give it another try as I believe in supporting local businesses that help to enhance and bring a community together. And again - based on the crowd, I may have missed something really special that I'll find with a second try. read more

First of all the person it was ordered for is allergic to pork and when you type in "prontos" online and go to the menu all it says is the buffalo chicken comes with is "blue cheese". When I called I spoke to a worker and they said said sorry and I gave them my address to deliver the correct item when 40 seconds later I get a call from the very unprofessional manager trying to make me feel like I'm in the wrong with my order, wants me to pay for another order, and come pick it up after I just drove and picked the order up and tries to argue with me saying that he doesn't have the address to the deliver the order to and wants me to prove to him that the order is wrong... after I just got off the phone 30 seconds ago telling the worker my address (TWICE).
