TL;DR This PT Noodle branch sucks, go to the one on Litchfield behind Target instead. Staff are much nicer and more competent. The last two times I went here, the experiences were lacking. The first did not merit a review; I chalked it up to the server having a bad day. Missing sides for my pho, wrong order for my father in law, drinks were incomplete - whatever. Today, I cant let slip though. When my daughter and I entered the restaurant, there was just one other customer and she already got her food. We were acknowledged and given a menu right away, but we had to wait 10 mins before we got our orders taken, mind you there were 2 servers at this time. When we were finally asked for our drink orders, we were told that bobas will not be ready for another hour. Ok fine, we ordered the drink sans boba. At this point, there were still no other customers. 30 mins later, several other groups of people entered, their orders were taken, some got their food, finally a server comes up to me and says the food we ordered is out of stock. Took them this long to let me know they are out and all the guy with the onion man bun said was "I know they just told me too." No apology whatsoever. read more

The customer service was the worst I've ever been apart of. Walked in and sat down, ordered food. Waited 30 min and asked if our food was close to being done. Terrible. I got the Vermicelli bowl which in description says comes with cucumber & onions & both of these were missing in my bowl. Additionally, this is the first restaurant I've been to where Vermicelli bowl doesn't come with egg rolls which is pretty standard with this dish. Also, too much bean sprouts and not enough noodles. This place is fantastic. Best pho around! The staff was helpful in us choosing our selection we asked what their favorites were and they gave their recommendations we went ahead and ordered what they said and were glad we did! The stir fry noodles portion is so small compared to any other place that serves the same thing, it's also like $7 more. The container was barely half full, I think at $15 the container should have more. read more

Finding a good pho place is pretty hard, especially comparing to Pho Thanh that is in central Phoenix. PT Noodles (this location) is the closest pho restaurant near me. Me and friends often like to go here and get the same thing per usual. I noticed they recently changed their serving dishes which are fine. The pho is always good! However I will say ordering pho to go just doesn't seem to have the same quality as eating it in the restaurant. From the time you walk in someone is always ready to greet you and have you seated. Service is relatively quick, but can be hit or miss. It's pretty modern inside, they do close late which is nice for a late pho run. read more

PT Pho Express - Vietnamese Near Me - Avondale, Arizona

We have attempted to eat at PT Pho both here on McDowell and the other one at 83rd Ave and Lower Buckeye several times. We have had awful experiences at both. First of all the location on Lower Buckeye must have something wrong as the last time we tried to go there it reeked of sewer gas (and who wants to eat when you are smelling that!!???). They don't train their staff at all. Both times we ate there they brought the appetizers out long after our meals were served..not before as they are supposed to be!! Then we tried again this evening, thinking that the location on McDowell would be better. We both ordered sodas with limes in them...and only one had the lime - took at least 5 minutes before we could catch the eye of the waitress so that we could get one for the other drink. Then my Pho was served, but my husband waited another 10 minutes before they served his meal. We understand that it takes a lot less time to put a bowl of Pho together, but the cook should NEVER put one meal out that long before the other one is ready. I didn't want to eat in front of my husband, but of course by the time his meal arrived mine was getting cold. I gave the restaurant 2 stars because the food (when we got it) tasted good, but they really need to train their staff in proper order management. I really do not recommend them as there are so many really terrific Pho restaurants that know how to serve their customers!!!! read more

PT Noodles hits the spot. The restaurant was busy however, we were greeted at the door and seated immediately. The servers were friendly and accomdating and offered suggestions based on our preferences. The menu at PT Noodles is quite extensive with lots of authentic Vietnamese dishes to select from. Our table shared spring rolls, ban mi dac biet, pork with noodles and mixed vegetables, chicken with rice and vegetables.The food was hot, fresh, full of flavor, and the portions are large. 5 stars, although I did not care for the ethnic taste, but for the service. I have driven past this place countless times on my way home from work. I get these random cravings sometimes and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. I have never had Vietnamese food so I had no idea what I was getting myself into. My 5 year old daughter LOVED the egg rolls, whatever they bring you to dip them in, and the orange chicken/rice she ordered. My husband ordered the curry and was peachy. I ordered the shrimps, chicken, beef pho and I tried everything in my power to like it....I put every sauce possible, but nothing helped. I tasted the curry, which was interesting as well as the orange chicken my daughter got. It all had a unique taste, which I was not a fan. On a better note, Aaron, our waiter was just fantastic. He was helpful in explaining the menu and testing the waters to see what I had a taste for. He came back several times to check on us and ask how the food was. He noticed my distaste of the pho and unexpectedly brought out a plate of teriyaki chicken over rice. I was so thrilled with his level of customer service. I did not ask him to bring another plate and I kindly told him it was ok that I would just share with my daughter. Kudos to this man. As a restaurant business owner, you should be PROUD to have a man like Aaron on the team who goes above and beyond in attempt to keep a customer's business. We have been this location for many times since grand opening. We used to come location in Litchfield, Goodyear. They were good. But last time we came, really disappointed. We odered pho and bun bo hue. Pho broth was just warm, not hot, not pure, look like water from washing rice. They used different kind of noodles and it was not good. The pork vermicelli (5-star), the banh mi sandwich (5-star), friend spring rolls were delicious (4-star) and their boba smoothie (5+ stars!). This is THE place for pho. We have tried several restaurants around the area, and after discovering this location we won't go elsewhere. I ordered a fried chicken fried rice, an appetizer sampler and a Cambodian noodles soup. Fried chicken fried rice - I really like this one, the chicken is juicy but the outside is crunchy. Fried rice that goes with it is awesome too, I'm really picky on fried rice and this place make me impress. Cambodian soup - I love the way the make it, tasty and flavor. I called and asked them if they use MSG and they do use it in their Pho so that was probably why I got sick. MSG always makes my stomach upset and hurt. This is my favorite restaurant for pho! This location has plenty of spacious seating and the prices aren't going to hurt your pockets. It is always clean and a nice atmosphere. The staff have always been super friendly and welcoming, we've become regulars we love it so much! The food is delicious, I love the pho! They have plenty of options to choose from on their menu with lots of variety. If you have a picky child like mine, they are so sweet about accommodating you. We always enjoy ourselves here.
