Heather,Kayla and Angelica were great! They were so helpful in helping me find the right space during this transition in my life. They made the the whole process really easy. I made an online reservation and Kayla called me to confirm my appointment and thoroughly explained how the whole renting process would work. After I arrived Angelica showed some spaces, helped me pick the right one and then took her time guiding through the paperwork. The prices are good, but the hours are tough. Business starts early so to get my tools at 9:30 is a pain. That being said, the customer service is second to none. Adrian was very helpful and knowledgeable when I leased the unit, unfortunately I came up on a shed so I had to vacate sooner. Jacob M was excellent in closing my account. I always worry that companies will have a thousand hoops to jump through, but there were none. For regular household storage needs, I highly recommend. read more

These folks are looney-toons, with the bait-and-switch tactic. They entice tenants to rent units in their storage facility with greater access hours than any other storage facility, then truncate these hours a full 1/3 while raising rates and expect LOUD, ANGRY threats to compensate fro the reduction of services and higher costs. Typically, the units measure smaller than they are listed and you have to measure to actually discover that a 5 X 5 floor-space unit is actually 4.5 X 4.5, or a 10 X 10 is actually 10 X 9. Renting here, you can find yourself inside an ever tightening noose of over-management, that seeks to put tenants in straight jackets. They will also send you invoices in mid-month, even when you paid on the first. Scrolling down on the main page after this was posted, I see that this facility STILL advertises great access hours to 9:00 PM, but the witch will lock you in a cage with limited access hours, if she can con you into it. Upper management periodically tours the place, if she sees you at your unit, she will imagine you are doing something perverse and send someone to tell you to stop what you're doing, store stuff, and get out.If you try to defend yourself, they will advise you to STFU and terminate your lease YESTERDAY! read more

The customer service at this public storage is 5 stars! I'm going on my 3rd month here and they have been the most patient, helpful and understanding team from my experience. The only thing I regret is that I need a 24 hour storage solution, otherwise I would keep my business here indefinitely. I assumed my stuff would be safe at this location, I Was WRONG! This place has cameras on the outside of the storage but NOT inside where my storage is on the third floor . My storage got broken into a month and a half after renting a 5x5.My baby's things and my clothes as well as a mattress was stolen.It's supposed to be a place for storage NOT for people to live there or hang out in their storage as if it's their home. They have no Security walking around where there aren't cameras!!!! NOT Happy with the experience I'm paying for my items to be safe in a locked storage and unfortunately things went wrong. Really awesome storage facility and the price was right. It's gated and customer service was top notch. Ana was legitimately awesome and the perfume she wore smelled DELICIOUS & I was pretty much smitten the entire time I was there with her. I even smelled her perfume on me for over an hour after I left. Besides my new crush on Ana & her perfume, this place is in a very good area and I feel at ease storing my belongings here. I just wish this was 24hours like the storage facilities I'm used to in Louisiana and Texas. read more

Customer service is really good. The grounds are clean and secure. A couple of issues that I noticed during my two years. The price increased 3 times in 2 years. I went in Saturday morning and it took about 10 minutes to do paperwork and I was ready to make the move. The only problem I have is the opening hours on Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 is just too late. This is probably not a location thing but a Public Storage in general thing. I wish they would open up like at 8:00 on the weekends. When I need something out of my storage on the weekend I don't want to wait till half the morning is gone. read more

This location is a little hard to find but is a good deal for the cost! Xavier was courteous, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures. He was able to quickly give me another option when the unit I had originally booked had oil and antifreeze stains in it from a previous owner (and I definitely didn't want that on my furniture). read more

I rented a 10' x 10' unit for about 5 months. The rate was among the cheapest in the area and the service was exactly what I expected. Upon checking out they were kind enough to prorate my last month, even though I hadn't given prior notice. The spaces were clean and I felt like my stuff was secure in their unit. read more

I stored my belongings at this property for three years. Heather and the ladies in the office were always very helpful. I started with a large unit and transferred down to smaller units. Everyone always made it easy to make the transition. My stuff always seemed safe. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

It's pretty a pretty decent storage space site, my only real complaint is that they need to have earlier hours for those who have to access thier belongings before work, etc. Also, to explain the hidden fees and cost on their website so you won't be surprised when you start to sign the contract agreement and you find out that it really cost more than what's advertised. read more

I had my things in storage at another storage place, but their prices and policies changed and I needed to find another storage place. Since I am a graduate student, I wanted something that was affordable and relatively safe place to keep my things. I went into get a 5x5 storage place and spoke with David who is a manager split between several locations. Nice man, very talkative. He showed me to a "5x5" storage unit. Having had my things stored in another 5x5, I knew that this unit he was showing was way too small. I told him this, and he explained that they were approximations. It was hot, and I just wanted to get rid of my things in the car and decided to take it. Later that day, when my boyfriend came to help me put my full-size bed he could not believe how small the unit was. We measured it and it was 3x4!! I was paying for a 5x5 and getting a 3x4. Not OK. My boyfriend went in to speak with Heather, the on-site manager, and she came over to measure it. Upon realizing that this unit was clearly not 5x5 or even close, she showed us 4 different 5x5 units and allowed us to pick the one that was actually 5x5. It made such a huge difference and my bed and boxes were able to fit without a problem. It was great! One piece of advice, if Heather is working, ask if she can work with you. She will not disappoint and really cares about customer service. I am very happy that my things are being stored here. read more

I rent a parking sport and I'm very satisfied with my experience. I have been a tenet for around 4 months and have never had any issues. The location is secure and very clean and the employees are always friendly and accommodating. I like the auto-payment feature. Also, many parking spots are shaded by the building part of the day verses being in direct sun light all day. read more

I have just started renting and the service from sign-up to unpacking was excellent. Heather was very helpful, professional and nice. After being shown the different units, I switched to a less expensive option than I had selected (sight unseen) online. Making this change was simple and was really the better option for me. The entire property and the units were very clean and well maintained. Being able to borrow the onsite push carts (free and simple) was a life saver. I ended up here by accident. I was trying to go to the place next door but no one was in the office so I kept driving and found this public storage. I went in and I was in line behind 3 other people but I barely had to wait. Heather helped all of us in such a timely and efficient manner and everyone got what they needed. I was very impressed with how friendly she was and appreciated how helpful she was with me. I was there to open a storage unit and she told me everything I needed to know. It was the easiest process I could have imagined and I saved so much money because of their $1 for first months rent deal. I closed it out today and they again were so helpful. I lost my keys but only had a few things left so the manager came and drilled it for me with no extra charge. I would have had to buy another lock but since I was moving out he did it for free. I didn't even have to pay the whole month. They were so understanding about the move out date as well. If I ever need a storage unit again I will come back to this place. The staff, (especially heather) really know what they are doing. Such a pleasant experience in an unexpected place! read more
