WARNING BAIT AND SWITCH !…read more Back in February, I went to go rent a unit at this location of Moreno Storage for $34 a month for a 4 x 5' unit. I have no issues until recently. I received the letter that you can see attached that they were going to increase my cost per month for this unit to $101 a month. I completely understand that they may have the legal right to do this but then I think everyone should know about it as I'm trying to let people know that if you rent from them and even a short period of three months, they'll play the bait and Switch game. If that increased my rent by $30 a month I would've been upset but not enraged. In this world, you should be building trust amongst customers, but when you do things like this, how can they trust you or am I just collateral damage that doesn't matter to you? Every single one of their customers should know this, especially if you're getting a unit that you think is at a good price, but the real reason is they're gonna triple it and say that that's the market rate which by the way I checked and that's not the market rate for a 4 x 5Ft anywhere in San Diego. I've included another image which is a screenshot from A1 Storage another provider in the area and as you can see from the image there is a promotional rate. It's states that actually mine never stated that with Marina and their normal cost for a 7 x 5foot unit is $98. That's the market rate and they're saying the market rate is $101 for a 4 x 5 to me this is price gouging. I'm glad Yelp doesn't remove reviews like Google does because they removed my last review about them on Google, which is what they do to all bad reviews so they can try to keep a good standing shame on Google for that.

Very informative but also efficient. My 7 year old was with me and I appreciate LaShonda patience the entire time. We ended renting a 10x10 but I also asked for a bottom unit. Lashonda was quick to look up availability and found some potential move out units near my expected move in date. The entire transaction was approximately 45 minutes but it felt faster. Happy we stopped by and the reviews from Yelp certainly lived up to its expectations. I will update after we move in our stuff.

First of all I want to express how thankful I am for The Rock Movers…read more Being a full-service moving company, I needed someone to help me pack AND move due to a recent injury crippling me right before I was scheduled to move. Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.

The crew spent nearly 4 hours stuck in traffic and pulled over by law enforcement, and they billed us for all of it. Operations Coordinator LJ admitted on a recorded line that these travel fees were omitted from our initial disclosures, yet management refused to fix the bill. Post-Move Portal Editing: Once we raised a dispute, the company retroactively edited their dynamic online portal to add "Double Drive Time" language that wasn't there when we signed. Unfinished Job & Abandoned Belongings: The crew walked off the job, leaving our children's cribs incorrectly put together in the wrong rooms, recliner chairs unfinished, and our Murphy bed in pieces on the floor. No-Showed After Promising a Fix: They gave us a written promise to return on Friday at 2:00 PM to finish assembling our furniture, then completely ghosted us, leaving us without beds for our young kids over the weekend. Save yourself the stress and financial headache. Do not hire this company.
