We were looking for as local of a breakfast spot as possible, and PublicUs was a great find. We got there right before the line started getting long, so our timing was perfect. I would say this is a must for breakfast if you're a foodie visiting Vegas. We split the huge breakfast burrito with Valentina hot sauce, which was the perfect complement, and also got the halloumi. These two dishes were more than enough for us two to share. Worlds better than the halloumi at Costco, which is what I'm used to! I had a latte and pomegranate juice as well. The juice wasn't freshly squeezed, but it was incredibly refreshing, and the latte exceeded my expectations. Shalom, our host, was so sweet, and I loved the bookshelf decor and overall vibe. It honestly transported me back to Brooklyn. I'd definitely come back.
On this Sunday morning, this place is hopping! Maybe 30 people in line but the line moves fast. Indoor tables were occupied but there are tables outside under patio cover. There are a couple of large tables with bench seats for larger groups. Our Dark Chocolate Macadamia Latte was a welcome change to the lattes we usually order. I can really taste the macadamia. The Bang Bang Chicken Bento (with poached egg on the rice) was delicious. The chicken bites were hot and crispy with a mild spiciness from the red peppers. The salad and pickled cucumbers and veggies contrasted wonderfully with the chicken. It's dog friendly here. It's street parking so grab one when you can.
Read a lot of good reviews from this place and decided to give it a try! It was very busy but they had a nice flow making it go by pretty quick. The food was very good and the drink was good too. Located near the strip and downtown area, give it a try!
I've been meeting up with friends and colleagues at PublicUs for years. One of the coolest eclectic spaces in the city that has one of my favorite lattes. This weekend I suggested to yet another friend that was staying Downtown that we meet up for a a breakfast chat. Both of us ordered the Garden Farm Benedict at $15 a piece, and shared a Pear Danish, and I got a hot latte. The staff here are lovely and, although they were super busy, our gorgeous dishes hit the table quickly. The latte was strong and delicious as usual. Unfortunately, the pear in the danish wasn't poached or anything and seemed too hard for the danish. I think we were both expecting it to be poached or something - but that's on us. The Benedict's were a little bland, I got a hint of the brown butter hollandaise in one bite, but it seemed to disappear after that. They didn't over season, which I appreciate, and we could add salt and pepper (from their whimsical shaker collection, might I add) to our liking. The PublicUs sourdough it was all piled on was great. The roasted red bliss potatoes were perfect, crispy and salty on the outside, creamy on the inside - my favorite bite on the plate. I love PublicUs dearly, but I think I'll stick to the tried and true avocado toast next time which is always reliably incredible.
The food was delicious. My husband and I and my son all loved our food. The ambience was amazing. It's very well decorated and had a nice hipster vibe. Highly recommend! My fav meeting up place for my friends and me. They have a wide selection of coffee/tea drinks, and pastries. Lots of vegan food too. I'll see you there!
My last visit was a year ago and the vibe and the consistency is still here. Food: I had the guava cheese crossaint. amazing and filling. The brekkie supreme sandwich. Everything amazing with side salad. I had my vanilla latte, i remember tasting something different, maybe i had lavender last time. All good. Service: they bring out your food and drinks to your table if you eat for here. They also do pre bussing so that's when I def tip. Ambiance: Well lit on the corner street with a lot of natural light. Lots of wood and two small like trees in the middle of the cafe. Makes the place wholesome and makes me feel like im back in LA. I love it. That's why i will always come back here.
Service was excellent. Cashier was patient with my questions about ingredients. Place is super cute! Tofu was the best out of everything we ordered. Huge portions. Cute pastries too but we were too full from the food Does get loud from music and people talking. not ideal for first date but fun for friends get together.
It's been a minute since I've updated review for one of my fave coffee shops. It's located in DTLV and I love the fact that there is a parking lot right next door so I don't have to walk too far. And I also love the fact that they have food and delicious coffee here. Came here with my intern for a coworking lunch. The line is always pretty long here and seats are always taken, but the vibe in here is awesome. We were able to find a spot and the guy helping us at the counter was great. It's an order at the counter and take your seat spot, and they bring you out your food, which is really nice. I ordered a matcha latte which was delicious and then the orange chicken bento plate. It was soooo good! Definitely my favorite and they give you so much food. It comes with a macaroni salad, rice, and regular salad too. It's definitely my favorite meal on the menu. We also got a cinnamon roll to share as well and a blueberry scone. Both were sooo good, too. Literally everything here is tasty. The wifi is also pretty fast and works well. I love coffee shops like this one. Great spot to grab breakfast or lunch and catch up with friends, or even just come to work.
I can't write enough great things about this wonderful cafe. It's a great place to take your time and enjoy yourself. The coffee is so good and the vanilla latte is made with real vanilla beans. The food is seasonal and the menu changes often. The pastries rotate as well and there are so many good things to choose from. They also occasionally bake bread and if you're lucky you can score some if you come early. Service is the friendliest and they bring everything out to your table. I love coming here.
Really loved PublicUs, so sad that I didn't try it sooner!! Super cute space, fair pricing, and lots of greenery and natural lighting. I got the death cream, chocolate chip cookie, and pecan cake. Everything was tasty, no complaints!
I ordered the piri piri chicken sandwich, and while the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the pesto had a bit more of a spicy kick than I expected. Surprisingly, my favorite part of the meal was the side salad the dressing was so good that I think I enjoyed it even more than the sandwich. I also tried the coffee einspänner. The cream was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness, though once I mixed it into the espresso, I wished the drink had been a little sweeter.
A cute cafe with really good coffee and surprisingly various options of brunch menu. Here for Saturday brunch after CES just over, expected for a long line, but it went pretty fast. The staff here are nice and efficient. Shalom is very nice and friendly. Love the smoked salmon toast here with mouthwatering salad (the vinaigrette dressing is great). The patty flavor is good but unfortunately overcooked and a bit dry. Gotta give the coffee here a thumbs up. Tried latte and mint and cream coffee, both are smooth and scrumptious. Pretty easy parking even on a Saturday. Will come back soon to their bento which looks soooo good from our next table.
PublicUs is exactly what I hope to find when traveling: a vibrant third-wave coffee shop with great coffee, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The vibe is upbeat with subtle Japanese-inspired influences woven throughout the space. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient. Despite a steady flow of customers, my order was taken and delivered in what felt like four minutes or less. A special shoutout to Bailey, who took the time to explain the menu and helped me select the perfect chocolate bar to take on my flight home. Ezra made the experience feel surprisingly personal, ensuring everything was taken care of and somehow always appearing at the right moment to refill my water before I even thought to ask. I was the VIP for my hour visit. That level of attentiveness is rare. The coffee was exceptional. My mocha latte with an extra shot was perfectly balanced--rich espresso, smooth texture, and just the right amount of chocolate without overpowering the coffee. Damian was absolutely working magic with the portafilter and steam wand. Every drink coming out looked like it belonged in a specialty coffee magazine. The pastry case deserves its own mention. It was filled with an impressive assortment of sinfully tempting baked goods, and judging by what I saw coming out of the kitchen, there isn't a bad choice on the menu. I was only in Las Vegas for a few days, but finding PublicUs was one of the highlights of my trip. If you're visiting Vegas and searching for a true third-wave coffee experience with exceptional service and food to match, stop looking. PublicUs is the spot.

We recently stopped eating meat, and we found this great gem in the center of Vegas today! We've been hearing about it over the years, but never stopped by. Excellent customer service! Everything was freshHhHhHh & Tasty!! A bit pricey, but worth it!!!!!!! Restroom was unique, but the door was a bit heavy (couldn't open it with one hand) and I used two hands to slide the door open. So breakfast is my favorite meal and if it's brunch even better! But let's be honest there are not many good breakfast places available on the level that there is for lunch and dinner. However; sometimes you run across a breakfast Gem and this is what we have here in PublicUs. If you're a brekkie fan, always looking for a great cup of coffee to go with it AND happen to be in Vegas, step outside the strip and enjoy a place the locals would definitely go! Yeah, this place is still cool. Throughout the years, I realized there was a back room err I think they call it the Annex, where there is extra space. I usually prefer going there because it's usually busy or too loud in the main room. Last time I went, I was with my friend, and we had a good time, eating and taking pictures. What a delightful find! While wandering around downtown Las Vegas near closing time, I stumbled upon this breakfast/brunch/coffee. The menu offers an impressive blend of fusion cuisine, from shakshuka to Portuguese sausage musubi, to espresso Old Fashioned mocktail, showcasing a thoughtful and creative approach to culinary innovation. The service was fantastic. We were waiting on a third person in our party and they cleared a table for us immediately when they noticed we were trying to decide where to sit. The gluten free cookie was huge and well worth the price. It was gooey on the inside and crunchy on The outside. Their bento boxes are the perfect brunch and there was plenty for leftovers. They had no issue with substitutions since I cant eat the macaroni salad I asked for extra pickles. read more

Looking for a new delicious coffee shop I found publicUs in my searches. One of my coworkers had raved about it as well so thought I'd give it a try. I loved the decor and the trees in the building. That was so neat to me. I really loved it however, it was short lived by masses of people with disorganized lines and no place to sit and just overly loud. I opted to get my order to go because unfortunately they were super busy and I knew I wouldn't be able to hear anything in a conversation over all the noise. After ordering it took 25 min to get my coffee then another 20 for my food. I know they were busy but goodness. The mocha was.... not good at all! That was one of the worst coffees I have ever drank. I couldn't even finish it. One sip was enough for me. The cola they sell (for a hefty price for such a tiny can) is not good either. The burger is an average burger nothing super special. The waffles were ok, again nothing extraordinary. The masubis were alright, a little bland. The homemade chips tasted like old oil. All the food coming out looked and smelled delicious but it fell short for me in many ways. The cost... they aren't cheap. You don't get a whole lot of food for the cost. I get it they are down by Freemont so you have the strip cost. If you're looking for a neat atmosphere this restaurant definitely has that if you're lucky enough to get a seat. read more

Service is decent, but WOW the food is really good at PublicUs. I've only ordered a few things from the menu, but I haven't had any issues. The shakshuka is very flavorful with a lot of spices and they fill up their bento plates to the brim. Every time I've visited, I've left satisfied. One of my favorite brunch spots in the valley for sure. read more

Wow...came here blindly on pure glowing recc's with my family that was visiting me from out of town for brunch & we all loved it! Very busy but we got through the line & found a table fairly quickly. The menu is somewhat a lot to digest, but the staff was very helpful to point out what's best & most popular. Also the quirky decor in this cafe makes it all the more entertaining! I ordered the Death Cream (iced coffee) which they let you sample, which was so creamy, cold, strong & perfectly sweet coffee - fan fav for sure! Paired with the Chilaquiles - WOW, I will be coming back for this! The flavor & good spicy kick that they pack in these is to die for, even my picky Dad loved them. Only problem is you might not be able to finish because of the generous portion lol! We also ordered the Cream Cheese Blueberry scone & it's everything it says it is, with nice creamy chunks of cream cheese & perfectly sweet blueberries all well balanced together. I went with my gf here for breakfast before going to Downtown Tattoo (totally recommend it btw). I have been to PublicUs before and I was surprised at how busy the place was on Saturday morning. I've had their baked items and coffee before those are delicious. Definitely wasn't expecting this place getting so crowded af, so then finding a seating is kinda of a hassle. I'm giving it three stars tho because I wanted the steak sandwich and they didn't have it on the menu anymore. When I got to the register I quickly ordered the steak tostada for myself instead. Unfortunately, the tostada I think was one of the worse dishes I've had in a long time. It was definitely not worth the price at all. Completely waterlogged by the amount of lettuce that it's topped with and lacking in flavor all around. I will say the steak was tender on the tostada, but it just made me wish they still had the steak sandwich or had ordered the steak and eggs instead. read more

Wow. I stumbled across this place by accident after being unable to find my original spot I planned on going to and I am SO glad I did. As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed with how fun the decor was. The staff was great, and one of them was even wearing a Padres jersey (I'm a San Diego native) so I knew we were off to a great start. As I was waiting in line, I noticed what I believe was the head chef inspecting every plate that went out. For a sub $20 menu, that simple attention to detail got me excited, if that is the level of care that goes into each plate, I knew I was in for a treat, and I wasn't wrong! As I was waiting in line, wrestling with what to order, I saw a plate go by and that decided for me. I got the Garden Farm Eggs Benny, added smoked salmon. Garlic lovers, this is a solid choice. The plate is smothered with giant whole cloves of roasted garlic, amazingly roasted vegetables and perfect poached eggs. I originally grabbed some hot sauce, because I like hot sauce on my breakfast foods, but adding anything to this perfectly well balanced plate felt like an insult. I didn't miss the hot sauce. The meal was earthy, and bright, and rich without feeling heavy. The hollandaise sauce complimented the dish without over powering. So many vegetables that leave you feeling well nourished and ready to take on the day. The mint and cream ice coffee was amazing as well, bright and refreshing, while not being too sweet! On multiple occasions this place delivers exceptional service and mouthwatering menu items with vegan and vegetarian options. The atmosphere is pleasant and spacious with a rustic and natural aesthetic. Though it can get busy at times, you might still be able to find a table by the time you're done ordering. The food and drinks have always hit top quality expectations. Having dessert first here is a norm, the vegan chocolate cake pairs nicely with any latte. The Brekkie and Dorado Burrito are my go to, healthy portions and usually enough to save half for later. I only wish this place stayed open longer. Great for any hung over tourist or local brunch goers. read more

Came here for a friends birthday brunch after seeing the amazing yelp reviews. I couldn't of been more impressed! It's a order and then sit down situation. Line was fairly long but moved fast, and we had no issues getting a table for 4. We were able to order in line and then add a few additional items at checkout. Delicious and great atmosphere. The food here is huge portions come hungry and everything tastes so good. First time here and can't wait to go back. The cookies are delicious huge and soft and only cost $4!! I ordered the Cali chicken sandwich which was delicious. My brother ordered the brekkie sandwhich supreme. We also got a chocolate chip chunk cookie and blueberry cream scone. The restaurant is decorated amazing and it's a great atmosphere to just set and chat. Service is excellent! read more

I come here every other Tuesday morning for a women's networking meeting & this place is just as much fun as my meeting! It's ALWAYS packed & there is a good reason why: Well, let's start with the food : delicious!!! Fresh, healthy, homemade -- you can't go wrong!! I've had many of the breakfast dishes and they never disappoint! I always get the iced green tea & lemonade (that's not the actual name but they'll know what you mean.) They make all of their baked goods in-house and their croissant is absolute perfection And their cold brew Kyoto coffee tower is a sight unto itself. The service is top tier! Everyone, and I mean everyone, is outgoing, fun, friendly and helpful! The ambience is like nothing else - who else has trees growing up through the tables & eclectic Japanese cultural icons all over? Public Us does not disappoint on any front! Awesome cafe with lots of food options and super fun atmosphere Got the following Chocolate chunk cookie with dates: 4.5 stars, interesting flavor (I believe it was cardamom), and crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Would get again - goes well with coffee Short rib bento: 4 stars, Mac salad was good, loved the pickled stuff, and the short rib was tender with good Chinese 5 spice flavor. Would get again Loco moco: 3.5 stars, huge portion, loved the fried onions on top. Good gravy. Good for trying once but I would feather try something else next time since there are so many options that look amazing Coffee was good and strong! Will be back! read more

PublicUs is my go to brunch place on my frequent visits to Las Vegas! Pictured is the garden benedict. Despite them selling a blueberry cream cheese scone out from under me on my last visit, they made it right by adding it to this order at no charge. The staff is friendly, the ingredients are cleanly sourced (for not an unreasonable cost), and the interior vibe is peaceful and modern despite the chaos added my the frequently long line of customers. read more
This is a cute little cafe style brunch spot located near "old vegas." You order at the cashier and then it is brought over to you. A lot of the meals seem asian inspired and Hawaiian themed. I had the moco loco but honestly would not recommend it, the gravy had an off taste. My friend had the vegan breakfast burrito but did not like it either. The best dishes were the steak and eggs and the waffles! The service itself was pretty slow and staggered in a way where they brought out all of our meals at different times despite us all ordering under the same bill. It made for an awkward dining experience. The cups for water also smelled really bad. I probably would not recommend this spot or go back again. read more
I couldn't get over what a wonderful spot this was. The atmosphere and vibes are great. All the designs on the wall were unique. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I recommend the breakfast burrito if you want something filling and flavorful. The cafe options were plentiful and delicious as well. Ambience - great Service - good Food- Average OK... Bakery Goods- Amazing Came here for Sunday brunch around 11 am and it was bustling but not super busy and packed. Line flowed well and seats pop up avail throughout in timely manner. You stand in line and order your food, find a seat and they bring it out to you. We ordered : Smoked Salmon Toast - just average, OK like any other place. Nothing to write home about. Comes with a side salad that was NOT dressed which served no purpose to the dish to be honest. Orange Chicken Bento Box- Don't expect Panda Express orange chicken obviously. Their sauce taste made from scratch with hints of orange and ginger taste. Its tasty however my chicken was very soggy and mushy. Not sure why when i assume it would be fried to order... Did not want to hassle returning the dish so just ate it. Also comes with a side salad that has no flavor or dressing. Waffles - O M G . Get this!!!!! SOOOO light , airy, crisp . NOT heavy, dry pucks and soggy after 1 bite. I think they use sourdough starter to make this waffles because i can smell/taste the slight tang to it. Even leftovers were so good popped in airfryer after. Macademia Nut Latte - very macademia-y , true nut flavor and not like some artificial syrup flavor. Cashew Milk Iced Latte- also very Cashew-y, true nut flavor lightly sweetened, creamy and delicious. But lets talk about their baked goods! Oh my goodness. They have a display of all the baked goods which are HUGE and oversized and they all look so delicious. We got 1 of each cookie- choco chip, oatmeal raisin, and pecan &date choco chip. The cookies although it looks so big, heavy, and dense, was actually light and not heavy/ greasy. You can tell the butter and sugar was nicely whipped up. I would not recommendthe pecan date choco chip cookie. The taste is so bizarre. I really tried to like it but just couldnt. It smells and taste like Thanksgiving + burnt date ? sage? slight herby smell that actually stains the rest of your baked goods so keep it seperate if you do get it. Their Donut muffin looks so crazy heavily glazed and sugared but also not dense and heavy when you actually take a bite into it. Great with coffee. Lastly, their Blueberry lemon cheese scones! I normally hate scones. Majority of the scones i've tried taste like dried, floury hockey pucks. Common scones such as Starbucks are also flour-y and gross. These scones at PublicUS were SO light, airy yet compact and bursting with blueberry and lemon flavor. The creamy cream cheese bits were a bonus. Overall, we felt that their foods were just average-standard breakfast/brunch joints. Their breakfast menu itself looks standard with nothing really notable to try but their baked goods and coffees are what i would come back here for if i was in town. I have had PublicUs bookmarked for forever and ever and I'm so glad I was finally able to try it. I came in on a weekday morning and there was so much seating, the whole restaurant is so pretty and welcoming, lots of light shining through the windows. They have lots of plants and trees which I LOVED and definitely added to my whole experience here. As for the food, their counter is huge and lined with so many beautiful pastries. From the outside of the restaurant, you can see the kitchen and the bakers making fresh pastries like are you serious WOW!! We decided on their shakshuka and my other half got huevos something (sorry brain fart). Both dishes were so fresh and delish! I highly recommend their coffee. The baristas are masters at their craft, not only is the coffee strong but also beautifully presented. The staff is super friendly and super hip. PublicUs is truly a unique gem in downtown Vegas. It was my first time here! I've heard about this place before but I've never had the chance to visit. So, today was the lucky day. There were many different entrees and drinks to order. I settled for their Bang Bang Chicken Bento and Iced Green Panda with Oat Milk. They were both delicious. The Chicken was spicy but not too spicy where your mouth goes on fire. It was the perfect amount of spice. The Bento comes with rice, choice of how you want your eggs, green salad, and pickled veggies. It was already fulling for me so I wasn't able to finish it. The Matcha was not as strong which I liked. I wished they had Soy milk. If you want almond milk or oat milk, it's about $1 extra. The ambiance and service was great! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Not very many but a few things are Keto friendly.

Does this place have bottomless mimosas?
Yes! $20 everyday all day! :) They usually have the choice of orange or pineapple juice as well.
Can you bring your dog?
They have said only service animals are allowed. However, there is a patio and a small alleyway in the back where they are more welcome!
