They are super nice and make bomb bowls. The place is also super clean and the aesthetic is cute and cool. Love Pur Bowls- the quality is great for the price. Way better than its competitors. However, came in around 8pm and had a poor experience. It was very loud inside and I have hearing loss. I asked for clarification because I could not understand what the employee was saying (literally undistinguishable words for me) and got met with "its right in front of you" and very clear frustration. I apologized profusely but his rude attitude carried all the way to checkout. As a former server I cannot imagine being openly rude to customers and still expecting a tip. Is there a better way for management to streamline the ordering process inside to avoid situations like this? I'd been to the Pur location in HB before trying this one. This one is just as fresh and tasty! I love Pur's variety of options to customize your bowl. That combined with the pricing makes this a very competitive Acai bowl spot. My favorite part of this Orange location is that they're open til 2:30 am. I tend to work late nights as well as get my workout in pretty late, so this is definitely a new go to some nights. Highly recommend this place based on service and product! An enthusiastic, most helpful girl by the name of Sarah helped me. I had a lot of questions and she never made me feel bad for asking. She offered us samples so that our bowls would turn out great and it did. She gave recommendations on what flavors she thought are good. I'm big on service. If I had a business she is someone I would absolutely hire. I would come here based on service alone. This place also didn't seem stingy on their portions. Today was my first visit to this business and I was excited to try out the Acai bowl. The Acai bowl was great however the customer service was saddening. The employee did not smile once nor ever welcome the customer. The employee's first words were, "let me know when you're ready." She seemed very agitated, annoyed, and unhappy. The employee was impatient while I was selecting my toppings and gave a dead stare. It should be noted the establishment was empty and the employee was working on food prep when I walked in. Customer service is a huge reflection of management and I hope there is future training for her/staff. read more

I've been to this location a couple times and while the bowls are delicious, I had a very bad experience the most recent time with a blonde girl who was very rude. I was trying to input my phone number for the points and the girl skipped the screen then told me it wasn't possible for her to go back (it is, I know how square works). She also was trying to gossip with the other employee the whole time the second girl was trying to make my bowl and interrupting her. The other girl was very nice, but her coworker left a bad taste in my mouth for this location. While it's not a big deal, this is the first time I've ever received poor service at any Pür Bowls location (and I've been to a few). I'll stick to my usual location where the service never fails to be top notch. read more

This place is the absolute worst. Never order online from this dumpster fire of an establishment. They always manage to drastically mess up my order every damn time when I order online. The staff is absolutely awful and rude. Don't be surprised if they mess up your order and don't be surprised when they don't give you a refund and try to argue with you. Today I decided to give them one last chance. I ordered through yelp, came to pick up my order showed them my confirmation and order number details. They kept saying that they never received the order. On my end they clearly received the order plus I even got charged. I kept showing them my order and order details and I asked if they can make it since I have it here in front of them with confirmation and that I paid. The guy working was not being helpful at all saying to cancel and re order even tho I had already paid for it. The manager comes out and took my order number then walked away to the back. After waiting for 30 min they finally got my order. No apology was made by any of the employees or manager for waiting and the miscommunication given. Horrible customer service. Service: I recently visited this location for the first time because it's 4 minutes away from my apartment. Once I entered this location I was not greeted by anyone even though there were 3 employees present, I stood patiently waiting for the employee to finish helping the customer right before me however when he was done helping that customer he started chopping a banana (I still haven't been acknowledged at this point by any of the 3 employees and it's been about 5 minutes of me just standing in front waiting to order) 2 customers walked in BEHIND me and they are greeted and asked "how can I help you" at this point I'm trying to get the attention of the employee standing directly in front of me by saying "excuse me" apparently I was speaking low because he did not budge however the gentleman standing behind me (the customer who another employee started to help) said "Excuse me she's calling you" the employee then looks at me and I asked "will someone be taking my order" and once again the gentleman standing BEHIND me says "yes she was here FIRST" as if they did not see me standing and waiting before him. I was finally helped after about 10 minutes of being ignored even though there were 3 employees present and 1 who started helping the customer standing BEHIND me. I did not have a pleasant experience here unfortunately, I'm not sure if the 3 employees that were working the pm shift were all rude, tired or confused but someone should have asked me "have you been helped or how can I help you" and greeted me at the door like the other customers were greeted.
