I couldn't be happier with the level of commitment and service I received from Pure Eco. They sent out one of their specialists first - Jacob. He came and was extremely professional. He measured my attic and the walls I needed insulated and explained everything every step of the way. Once it got down to pricing it was a little more than I had expected but he went through the payment options I had. I ended up going with GreenSky which is a financing option. Pure Eco helped me through the process of getting financed. On the day the job started Pure Eco's crew came out with clean trucks (no damages, not dirty) and I was surprised to learn that they have a supervisor at every job site. The crew did an outstanding job covering everything so it did not get dirty. I had Pure Eco install blown in insulation into my walls and I had batt insulation put in my attic. While they were in the attic they discovered some rat droppings and explained that they also did Rat Proofing. I of course said yes to the rat proofing and air sealing and when I brought up my concerns about there maybe a lingering odor they were able the help me with that too by spraying a sanitizer everywhere. At the end of the project I think I had gotten almost every service they offer and I couldnt be happier. By the end I had my old insulation removed, a full clean out of the debris, rat proofing, sanitation, air sealing, and new insulation installed and in my walls I had blown in insulation. Within 24 hours of Pure Eco leaving I recieved an email with all the information for LADWP's attic insulation rebates, including the form ro fill out, before and after photos, my paid in full invoice and all the information on the insulation I needed. I called this company few weeks back to get some information about insulation for my attic, and they send a representative within a day. We spoke, I felt comfortable but I wanted to check other companies. This was literally a waist of time. The other companies were "ok", one was late, other was super aggressive with his sales tactics and one just cancel on me last moment and this was on a Sunday! So I was disappointed. The only company I felt comfortable with was pure eco. The rep was gentle, not aggressive or pushy in any way, and next time I'll definitely trust my instincts and sign on spot. So one I want to say sorry pure eco I had the 1st small doubt, and I am so happy I chose right. Unbelievable how great they were. So I'll go over it really cause this is something I wish other companies will learn! : 1. They answered their phone professionally, very nice! 2. They scheduled me within a day. Day after the rep was at my house. 3. Rep arrived on time! 4. Rep was not pushy! Presentation was professionally, Attic walkthrough was professionally with many details and photos. 5. When the crew finally serviced my house: - They arrived on time! - They covered the floor and protected the living room area by separating the rooms with special nylon sheet.. - They worked efficiently, with a manager on site! I felt super comfortable there. - They finished the project same day - They clean after themselves - Manager showed me photos of before during and after. Amazing - Manager did walkthrough with me to Mae sure I am 100% happy before he left the house. 6. Pure Eco than sent me thank you email with all the details I need for the rebates! Wow. I want to thank you guys. I was looking for so long for a good company and no doubt I wasn't wrong choosing you. I called pure eco after finishing the roof project, and our insulation was completely massed up because of the roof installation. It actually was also kinda old so I guess it was right on time. I had few companies here for an estimate but to me I rather pay a little more and get the best safe service possible. Yes, I won't lie, I got cheaper quotes, but that wasn't the main factor. To me, cheap end up ALWAYS costing more. I know because I had bad experiences in the past. Yes. I always looked for cheap.. lol. No More! So, when I met with pure eco representative, Tom, I really met a great guy, I truly felt that he cares and didn't have the feeling I got from previous representative which only came here to make a sale. Tom cared and you couldn't missed it. He was very honest, when others tried to sale me stuff I don't really need (like rat proof, when I have no rat issues, or new AC when it is totally fine!) Tom inspect all of it and explained there is no need to take care of those since they are no issue. Save your money. How great.. We end up performing the job on Sunday, which I loved the idea I didn't need to take a day off. The meeting with Tom was Friday, on Sunday, job was done. I had a bad experience with Pure Eco. I contacted them regarding an insulation problem related to my neighbor's garage and smells entering my condo. The specialist suggested sealing the light fixtures as a potential solution, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed to try it despite knowing it might only provide minimal help. However, my expectations of professional-grade work for the high cost were not met. I've seen videos of sealing companies performing thorough, complex procedures, but when the technicians arrived, they simply applied caulk around the lights and bathroom exhaust, which can be done with inexpensive materials from a store like Home Depot. They spent almost an hour, primarily focusing on visible areas. Upon inspection, I found they hadn't applied anything to the back of the fixtures. I ended up having to do some of the sealing myself with the caulk I already had. I feel taken advantage of, especially given that I paid almost $2000 for something that could have cost around $100 or less. As a woman, it feels like companies often try to exploit customers. If they had been transparent about their process during the consultation, I would never have agreed to spend that amount of money. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss these issues with the lead technician, he was rude and unhelpful. This entire experience has been disappointing, and the customer service was extremely poor. read more

HELD HOSTAGE: My crawl space insulation job was held hostage by Pure Eco Inc. for an additional $850 (negotiated down to $600) in order for their crew to come back a 2nd day to finish the tasks listed in the statement of work (SOW). Pure Eco thought their crew could finish the job in one day. However, the SOW indicated 2-days to complete the job, no new work was added. I was very disappointed with Pure Eco's management staff (Warren & Jasmine from the Chatsworth, CA branch) that made the call to charge the additional amount. After several heated and lengthy calls, I begrudgingly agreed to the additional $600 since their estimate came in lower than others. It seems that Pure Eco's motto is "The customer is never right". As the adage goes, "You get what you pay for". Also, in retaliation, they did not email pictures of the completed job which I was supposed to have received the following day. It's now been a week January 17, 2023 since the job was completed. Be very careful when dealing with Pure Eco Inc. read more

I was looking for insulation company to help my parents with their remodel and this company is really good. I noticed their honesty right from the start. When they answered their phone I had few questions which potentially could help them "sell me" more services, but literally, they said it's a waist of our money and guide me on which services we should focus on. That is great. Pure eco never tried to push us do anything we don't need and never tried to push us to close the deal. They let us take our time and decide and this is a great decision we made, hiring them. I am appreciative for their communication with my parents. They treated them with a lot of respect, like I would like my parents to be treated. Overall, if I had the option to give 10 stars, I would do so easily. I felt completely satisfied with the service I received from the folks at Pure Eco. Pure Eco was also the most reasonable out of the five different other companies I contacted. From my very first call, the office staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Benni was thorough and patient at answering all of my questions. He ensured that I was satisfied throughout the entire time the job was being completed. Jairo, the field supervisor, was very professional and got to work immediately. Jairo, Andres and Axel worked constantly and did not waste any time until the job was completed. Beni came out for an estimate and was fantastic. He spent enough time to completely check out the job. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything and gave me options. The crew arrived 15 minutes early and started staging outside and knocked on my door at the start of the arrival window. They were also very good. I just want to say that our project manager Eric was great from start to finish. not only was the price less than all of the other companies that came out. He made sure the job went smoothly and oversaw everything every step of the way. The installation was way faster than my wife and I thought it would take as well. It was almost done in a day! I also was concerned about being able to access my home. Eric made sure the team was clean and had them out of the way so we were able to live our lives normally. that was a huge plus for us. Pure Eco helped me so much! I had to change all the old insulation in my attic before I sell my house, and I didn't want to spend a lot to get it done since I won't be living here anymore. Pure Eco team and my experience working with them was absolutely amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and so much more. They did attic insulation install which included cleaning, sanitation and rat proof. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Jasmin & her crew carried out a two part total cleaning of our attic, carefully removing all the polluted insulation, sealing all rodent entry points tightly and finally installing denim insulation two weeks later, after ensuring that the initial cleaning process had been 100% successful. They also replaced seven vents, which had been partially chewed by rodents. The crew was highly professional in every way, ensuring that this recently renovated condo remained in pristine condition throughout this process. I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent interaction with Benni. Unfortunately, I found him to be both rude and unprofessional throughout the process. He pressured me to move forward with his company, and when I declined, his attitude became even more dismissive. To make matters worse, he didn't even bother to climb into the attic for a proper assessment, which was incredibly frustrating. Out of all the companies I reached out to, Benni's approach was by far the worst. I expected better professionalism and transparency, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Pure eco were here for inspection and 2 days later - my ducts are new. The process was easy. Also the work ethic is behind my expectations.
