conveniently located, very poorly skilled technicians. i am left with swelling on both fingers and toes from manicure and pedicure, and they don't even look nice. cuticles are not well cleaned up but somehow left bleeding, painful and swollen, manicure peeled off the next day. i will never be coming back. they should teach their technicians they shouldn't be cutting ingrown toenails, this is the job of a doctor, not a nail technician. please train your employees better. read more

I would like to give a better review but can't... I had to ask the nail technician to clean under my nails 5 times because I dyed my hair and it bothered me. She refused until she our builder gel and I informed her I've done that before and builder gel encompasses the dye. She stood up and had someone else take it over. The next lady charged more for the same work the first lady quoted me $5 more for the same artwork the precious lady quoted. $75 for just painting my nails. $45 for gel pedi... this place is more expensive than my other place and they insist on not doing what you ask for... first time and last... read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. They first start cutting your nails without asking how you want your nails to be shaped so but then it's too late. You will leave with paint and uncut cuticles all over the permiters of your nails. Nails covered in air bubbles didn't even bother to buff out the nail or try to fix it. My nails looked worst after they were done there than when I walked in with 4 week old nails. The worst part is when I kindly asked for my cuticles to be cut bc I noticed that hadn't happened yet she was like I already did that. I was like no you didn't put my hands in water or cut the cuticles like it's done at every other place across orange and Los Angeles county, I've been getting my nails done for 15 years. Typically your hands are placed in water bowls to soften the cuticles to cut them. "Oh that will look better when you wash ur hands". Pedicure was fine but by far the worst manicure. My nails never looked so thick and unkempt ever. It was honestly the arguing with the customer or rather the gaslighting of the customer that will have me not returning. Waste of $65 for a manicure!!!! That wasn't even a manicure in the end. I left with the driest ashy hands. I genuinely feel like I wasted my time and money in there Really bad experience that was supposed to be relaxing and a treat really bummed bc I wanted to love it there since it's so close to my home read more

Absolutely horrible customer service by the employees. I told them I wanted the exact picture, and they laughed and made fun of that request obviously in front of me. Know how to treat your customers right, you are 30+ years old lady. She was also hesitant and annoyed at my simple requests, i'm paying money for these nails, I deserve correct and honest service. Save your money and choose a different place with more equipped nail techs both customer service wise and service of the nails, which they are incompetent at handling. read more

my technician Tiffany is thorough and meticulous. love her. also love the coffee. My daughter & I had tried other technicians at Pure Nail Bar but our gel nails aren't often sealed properly so would see air pockets/bubble after a few days. i like the online booking option, but you can't update or cancel, and have to call. Also, somehow i always get asked by the front desk if i want tiffany as my technician when my notes states clearly what and who i want. and the last time i was there, Tiffany was running low on the white gel polish for my french tip and we kept trying to get staff attention to help and get a new bottle but they just walked away as if didn't hear. I almost stood up to yell and get attention! very strange. pricing is not cheap and often inconsistent & different than what is listed on their website. really should be what says on website. read more

Glad I found this new nail place in the Woodbury Shopping Center right by COX. The lady at reception was very welcoming and my nail tech Lynn was very nice. Before your service they even offer you a beverage of your choice. You can have Vietnamese coffee, wine, juice, or water. I went in for a pedicure and was very pleased with my service. I appreciated Lynn's attention to detail and she took her time to make sure my toes were clean, shaped the way I wanted and beautifully painted. She also gives a good leg massage. If you are in the area, give them a try I highly recommend them. Note: They do charge 3% for using a credit/debit card, so just bring cash if that is something that would be an issue for you. Also, it's better for your nail tech so they get their tip right after service. I will definitely be back to see Lynn. read more
