Through the whole process Javier was very responsive, from coming out to provide a quote to answering all my questions along the way. Not only was the quote very competitive, but his crew was able to start and finish the job very quickly, within a matter of days. Through the whole process Javier was very proactive. He did his best to get a good time slot for us with the city inspectors, and we managed to get everything wrapped up in a week including the inspections. We also appreciated how communicative he was in terms of how progress was going, how the permit and inspection process was going, what work was left to do each day, etc. As he removed drywall and old pipes he would also send photos to show what condition the pipes were in. I also noticed whenever he mentioned wanting to show us something at different parts of the process, he always followed-up and never missed a thing. One moment I was very appreciative of was when Javier's team was ready to patch up the drywall after the city inspection, I contacted Javier the night before to see if I could have an electrician come by and route some wires through the open walls. This was a last minute ask the night before, but he was very accomodating and my electrician was able to route his wires the next morning and his team got the drywall patched same day, saving me more holes getting punched through the wall.
