I have never had a bad experience at pure bread. It's by far my favorite place! The food is delicious and the staff is always warm and friendly and helpful. Just now, I called and ordered a sandwich and told them I was sick and would like to pay over the phone and then I could just run in quickly and grab my food. The person on the phone was so nice and even offered to get me an iced tea from the fountain and put lemons in it because I didn't like the flavored of bottled iced tea! I am so obsessed with Purebread. If you've never been to one, know that everything is dog-themed. Menus items are named after breeds, artwork is of pups, and the lone TV features a slideshow of dogs submitted by owners and fellow sandwich lovers. Everything is delicious and fresh and you will seriously never miss Panera again. All the sandwiches are amazing and there really is something for everyone, or you can custom make a Mutt. I love their soup and I dare you to find another muffin from anywhere else that will taste better. Their coffee and specialty drinks are pretty awesome as well. Everything comes with chips or carrots and a pickle and soups come with a slice of soft dipping bread. I'd be more specific but it really is all perfection so seriously just go and find out! This location has a super speedy and friendly, genuinely happy staff that make you feel like a welcomed friend! They run a tight ship with cleanliness both in the kitchen space and out in the seating areas, so expect them to be keeping the place tidy as tables clear up. Even the bathroom is kept nice. Coffee and soft drinks are self-serve at a very neat and maintained station. They'll bring out your order and clean up for you if you'd prefer or you can do it yourself. If you're looking to eat outside, just tell them you'll be out there and they'll find you. And when you head out they always wish you a good day! Have been to Purebread several times. Enjoyed the named sandwiches. My favorite so far is the Irish Setter which is a reuben with turkey or corned beef. Delicious with turkey, loaded with meat and cheese. I had soup also, which was very tasty. I was very satisfied. Didn't even have room for dessert. I am a dog lover so I enjoyed watching the pictures flash on screen of all the dogs!!! read more

Quick, efficient, healthy ingredients, and yummy! Busy location for good reason. My order was ready in less than two minutes! Tables clean with active bussing. The chili was perfect for one of our first cold fall days! And the baguette is a nice size and texture as a go-with. Highly recommend when you're in the area holiday shopping! read more

The food and baked goods are all wonderful. The golden retriever is my favorite sandwich. Its turkey, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and provolone. Jack Russell is my second favorite. I work two doors down and I get my breakfast here a lot mostly and they are always 100% on their game and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Always clean in there. I don't think I have ever seen any trash or mess left behind on the tables or floor. Bathroom is clean. This place is a best kept secret. My parents found it on their way to Costco and couldn't wait to share. Upon entering, I was thrilled to learn that the name wasn't an accident! It's a dog-themed restaurant with some of the cutest dog photos I've ever seen! The establishment serves a combination of sandwiches, salads and soups, all named after your favorite breeds! I went for combo- for my sandwich i got the akita which was a portabella mushroom, mozarella, roasted red pepper, and pesto panini. To keep my mushroom company, I ordered some mushroom bisque. The overall vibe felt a lot like Cosi or Panera. I must say that the food was CONSIDERABLY better than Cosi or Panera. Additionally, rather than being a number, somehow the food runners just brought the food right out to me, and then cleared it when I was done. Finally, the dogs... oh the dogs. They were too adorable. All in all, the experience was top notch. My parents would like to note that their coffee and breakfast menu are pretty fabulous too. I look forward to returning. read more

I really like this place. It's always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they have very good deli food. Their sandwiches are fantastic, the muffins are delicious, and they have a great selection of coffees. Can be a little pricey but not too bad. Came here for breakfast. It was good and as other reviewers mentioned it looks like a Panera inside but better quality. One caveat... All they have for breakfast are sandwiches, bagel, muffins... So if you're trying to avoid carbs/bread this isn't the place for you. read more

The staff at this purebread is particularly friendly, attentive and just super nice. I go out of my way to return because of the staff! For example, they will actually walk your food out to you, while you are waiting, look you in the eye, call you by name and tell you to have since day! Who does that anymore? My office staff and I order from Pure Bread quite regularly. I happen to order my lunch from there today. I ordered a Cobb Salad which is delicious! However, when I walked into the establishment, there was a line that nearly went out the door. Not surprising since Pure Bread has very fresh salads and sandwiches. As I only get a half hour for lunch, I was under the impression that since I ordered ahead, this would be a quick transaction. This was not the case; when I asked one of the employees assembling food if there was a separate line for call ahead pick up orders, I was told that that was the line. I explained to the lady my time restraints only for it to be ignored and was told that there was no other option than to wait in line for my food. When I again stated that I could not wait for my food, the employee shrugged and made it obvious that this was not her concern. I walked out without the salad I had ordered. I spoke afterwards to the manager, Amanda, and while she was polite of the situation, she did little to try and rectify the issue at hand. Although I would rate higher for the quality of food, I have to give a less favorable review due to customer service. read more
