I got a quick mani on my lunch break. Boy did I need it! The young woman made sure I was happy with the shape and color. She did a fantastic job trimming my cuticles and was meticulous with making sure I didn't have any polish on my skin. She was quiet but very pleasant. The shop seemed fairly clean. Not luxurious but not gross. The towel she put down on the table seemed like it had already seen a few clients and I am not sure if the tools she used on me had been sanitized right before since she pulled them right out of her little tool box and not from the sanitizing machine. I have come here twice now and I have loved my experience both times. I got my nails filled, and then a few days later my thumb gel paint came off. When I came to get it fixed, they repainted all of my nails so it looked like new and didn't charge me a thing. Will definitely be making this my regular place!! read more

Not pleased. Needed SNS nails taken off and asked for a coat of regular polish so that I could start to grow my nails back. We decided not to do the nail polish, and she instead put a base coat over my nail and charged me the same price for the full manicure because she did the massage and cuticle cut. Low review because communication of the fact that I'd still be paying the full amount. She drilled my natural nails down far thinner than they needed to be and nearly hit the nerves underneath my nail bed. I was uncomfortable to say the least. When she filed my nails, they were ragged and uneven, and she filed along my cuticles and made me start to bleed due to how much pressure she was exerting on my already frail and weak nails. The appointment was an hour long.... in the middle of my appointment, another customer was ready to get her eyebrows waxed and my nail technician got up and told me "five minutes, be right back" and ran to the back room. It was about ten minutes of me sitting there and waiting, considering just paying for what had been done, and leaving. I decided to wait and wish I didn't because the massage was too rough, and she was in a rush to get to the next customer who it seemed she had built a rapport with already. Ultimately, I will not return to this nail salon. It was a very disappointing visit. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because the other nail technician I spoke with was very friendly and kind. read more

Today is my first day in Atlanta and was looking for a place to get my nails done. We found this place QT nails and As we entered the nail salon, all the employees were busy and one of them asked us if we had an appointment or not. After that, It took at least 20 mins before someone came up to us and asked us what we wanted done. About 30 mins after waiting someone came to file my nails and immediately left to work on someone else. Overall I was not satisfied with their work. They took a long time and left my nails dirty. I had been getting SNS nails from a different salon that I love for last few months bec my nails were ruined when I got tips from a different place. My nails finally were nice and healthy but I didn't want to continue w SNS for financial reasons. The last set I had I intentionally let it grow out so I could get that taken off then and go back to doing my own nails or getting regular manicures. Being short on time and since I was right across from the salon at the time, I decided to go here to have them take off my SNS and do a regular manicure. I am regretting it since!! They drilled down on my nails so much trying to get the SNS off that my nails feel paper thin! They have all also broke since then (got it done Sunday and by Monday evening they were tearing) and I am extremely upset. Why did I decide to go somewhere other than my usual spot?!? Not only have they all broken-or torn since that's how they feel-but they're so bad that every time my fingers touch something (esp clothing) they give me that word feeling that I literally cringe. Giving it 1 star bec the lady who painted my nails afterwards did an amazing job. I just pray that my nails grow back out good and that they didn't ruin the nail bed. Needless to say I will not be returning here even tho they are closer to where I am usually :( read more
