I told the cashier Maria what it was, but she charged me for a full chicken bowl, I told her again and she looked at me as if she had no clue of what I was talking about. Employees are slow and bicker with each other in front of waiting customers. Prepare for a long wait, don't even try to go here if you have a short connection. They also don't accept orders on the app and you can't earn or redeem points for awards here too, so don't even bother. As for the food...cold, small portions and overpriced. read more

There was a long line and she handled it with the right blend of hustle and humor, moving meals through while also providing thoughtful service. It took no more than 10 minutes to get through the line and get my food, and there were several people in front of me when I arrived. My food was amazing, too! There were 4 workers, 3 of which were just talking and handing out free food to other airports workers and not serving people in the line. They were missing brown rice, pinto beans, steak, and fajita vegetables. They didn't wrap the burrito well and overall just didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Criminally skimpy portions! I immensely regret not checking the reviews before buying food here. The bowl had almost nothing in it, as if it was an appetizer or very cheap and low quality tapas. Good heavens, I've been to other places like Chipotle, Currito, and other Qdoba locations that charge less and give you twice as much food. Absolutely do not recommend whatsoever unless you enjoy being ripped off. Go somewhere else or better yet just pack your own food. Lesson learned for me! read more
