Went there for the first time 3 months ago. Got a burrito and it was ok. In the last 3 months I have re-visited the establishment at least 3x per week every week to pick up chocolate chip cookies only. I know my bakery items, and these rival any cookies I've had. Perfect texture and the chips stay the perfect, slightly soft, consistency. Properly bagged cookies will still be fresh the next morning for a nice breakfast treat. read more

My burrito was dry and tasteless. Too chewy to eat so I ordered nachos. I was charged $3.00 and didn't enjoy them either because they didn't even have a dipping salsa. I used to eat this years ago when i lived in Philly and loved it so i was excited when i saw one opened here. I ordered a burrito with chicken, grilled peppers and onions, rice, and beans. The chicken was so burnt and dry it wasn't even edible. It also had zero flavor. The peppers were so crunchy I'm not even sure they were cooked at all. I tried picking them out but it was just all really gross i threw it in the trash. The queso also had no flavor, it wasn't spicy or anything. This is a fairly new location. The food is way better than chipotle because it has more flavor and everything is well seasoned. I had a pulled pork burrito bowl and it was slamming. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It's possible they're so nice because the store is new either way it's refreshing for someone to be nice to you in a fast food restaurant. Just opened . Variety of food chipotle style but better tasting than chipotle . Fast efficient service despite the rush

First off this review is only about the catering NOT about the on premise part of the restaurant. Where I work has had catering done by them on 3 separate occasions over the past year and I am so not impressed. The chicken and steak were overcooked, dry, and very bland and the black beans were also very bland. Thank goodness for the sauces (red and green) and fresh cilantro. They were the only thing that had any flavor so I had to pile on a ton of those sauces and loads of the fresh cilantro to get any flavor. Overall a step up from Taco Bell but nowhere near as good as a place like Margaritas. read more

This place is good. They do a really, really good job with all of their proteins and they have deliciously thin and crispy chips and taco shells. The place is really clean and modern and they do an overall good job. The downsides were the sautéed onions and peppers were not cooked nearly enough and close to raw. And their salsa is terrible. It was thick and pasty with no sign of cilantro or lime or onion. They get that nailed down and they are all set. read more

I loved qdoba when I lived down south, I'm happy one is finally here. With that being said, whoever the manager is needs to iron out some issues. Lots of people walking around and the assembly line was missing hands. My burrito was cold by the time I got it. The burrito was so cold the guy didn't have the loose warm wrap so the burrito couldn't be folded correctly, and he ended up having to remake it. Not make it all fresh again, just take the wrap off, loose some food that was stuck to the wrap and the juices that naturally flowed into the wrap and re wrap what is now a 8 minute old burrito. Not cool. I'd give this two stars or less but this is a new place and I'll give it some time to make it right. Once a burrito or order is taken, it should never sit and stop on the assembly line for more than a second. Mine sat in the same spot for well over 4 minutes. read more

I have to say though the portion size was quite small. 3 skimpy tacos, so only 3 stars -You can't put much on a tiny tortilla. I actually left hungry. WOW Just came back from my first visit !! I can tell you I will be back. The store is beautiful, the staff greet you with a big hello and a smile. They are so ready to help you. Being my first time I had a veggie burrito . They explained all the Fresh offerings.(The place was so nice and clean) But I wanted it heated and ( I think it was the manager or DM) Appeased me by putting it on the press !! That worked great . Place is way better than E coli I mean chipotle... food taste much fresher and they don't complain at all about extra toppings. You definitely get your money's worth here.
