Got here first time on a Saturday 11 am. There was only two customers getting ready to order including me. So I was the first one order at the kiosk. After I ordered, then about five customers came in and order thru the cashier. After 10 minutes, the monitor showed my order is ready. So I approached the counter. I was told it's not ready. 4 staff working behind the counter and handed out orders that came after me slowly. After twenty minutes, I followed up again. One staff looked at my receipt and saud it was because I ordered a family 50 pc chicken nuggets. But that basket of chicken nuggets had been sitting there over the deep fryer since I ordered 20 min ago! It's just a matter of putting them in a big container. Surely enough, they then filled a container from the same basket of nuggets for me. It was choatic. Four staff couldn't even handle a few customers at the same time. Food: chicken nuggets of course weren't crispy and I wonder why. It's a little on the salty side but no big deal. Double bacon cheese burger was tasty. Fries was fresh. They have two freestyle soda machine which is a plus. No ice tea though. Three self serve order kiosks. Dining area: clean. Comfortable. Soft music. Not too loud. Restroom: zero star. For fast food, Wendy's always does it right! I am never someone who expects the images on the tv screen to look exactly like I'm going to be served going through a very quick and efficient drive thru like this location, but this special burger is fantastic!! Definitely try the pretzel bacon cheeseburger with great flavor contrasts from the cheese sauce, pickles, onions, and cheese. When served hot and fresh, this is a sure crowd pleaser!! I've tried both indoor and drive thru at this location. Drive thru- Moved at a pretty decent pace. My order wasn't missing anything and made okay. The fries could've been a bit more fresh. Inside- I was the only one on line and waited a little longer than I thought i would. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 grilled chicken wraps w/ a small frosty. I realized it was because the drive thru was slammed so i guess that slowed down my order. It was cool to see how Wendy's menu is evolving with their drinks and salads. As long as my food is hot and I'm not missing anything, I can't complain about a fast food spot. read more

I went here as a last minute thought. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw the sign said any size fries for $1. I ordered a Large fry, 6 piece chicken nuggets and a ceasar side salad. The fries were undercooked, the chicken nuggets were cold. The salad was so stale the cheese smelled like sweaty feet and the tomatoes in there were soft and soggy. I love Wendy's food, and the taste of the food at this place is not different. Their chicken nuggets are probably the best out of all fast food chicken nuggets. The fries are good, the burgers and sandwiches are nice. I can not speak on the salads or drinks because I never get those. Wendy's always has a special food that they put on the menu for a while. I liked the cheese fries that they had a while back. This specific Wendy's is not that great however. The staff is just terrible. They will short change you, put less fries/nuggets than you order for, and they are just mean. This somewhat ruins the experience especially if you are dining in. This Wendy's has the worst drive-through. It took us 10 minutes to repeat our order over and over again only to find out that we were missing items. We had to walk back to the drive-through where the woman told us we were never charged for the items at your check or receipts. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worst service possible. Ask for a refund to your credit card and they will tell you it's Wendy's policy not to refund to credit cards. (Absolute nonsense.) If they get your order wrong they never acknowledge it. They, instead, insist that that is your order and you deal with it. No matter what you order at the drive through, 9 times out of 10 you will be told to move away from the window and wait about 10 minutes for them to bring you your food. Overall: 6/10 It's fucking fast food. You should know -- at least to a certain extent -- what to expect. This location is a bit of a hysterical disaster though. It's fun. It's like a sideshow act. Atmosphere: 7/10 I go primarily in the evenings to late night. If you go when the dining room is still open expect a decent amount of homeless. They are the friendly harmless kind though, so don't be an asshole. It's as clean as you'd expect. I won't lick the table, but I don't fear catching some disease either. The staff speaks English pretty well on the whole, which makes the mistakes they make even less excusable. Anyway, he comes back with a tag and tells me he isn't going to charge me for it. That seemed odd as the whole thing was for charity, but alright. I ask him if I can get a free frosty with it now or if it has to be a different translation. Surprised, he says "ok," takes the tag out of my hand and walks away. Not following what the fuck was happening, I just sorta stood there for a moment. I figured I'd let him do his thing, as he exists in a mental state beyond what I am capable of understanding. My trust paid off, as he returned with a frosty and sent me on my way. That's the story of how I tried to buy a frosty keychain, was given it for free, had it taken away, and was given a frosty anyway. I, somehow, came out ahead.
