This location is actually terrible I drive an extra 3 miles to avoid it. They are always "out" of something whether it's the guac, steak, or even rice. The service isn't much better, I've placed pick up orders and when trying to pick them up staff ignores me waiting and continues their conversations. The ambiance has definitely changed and not for the better, I used to eat lunch inside and it was always quiet and chill now there's always a long line and for some reason unaccompanied children...I think one of the workers? Let me start by saying Qdoba has always been a comfort food place and has never let me down until recently. During my visits, I have consistently noticed that a crew member has their children in the lobby area at all times. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, this has become a regular occurrence and it significantly impacts the dining experience. The presence of children in the lobby not only detracts from the professional atmosphere but also raises concerns about the safety and comfort of both the staff and customers. Not enough options for customers with allergies and the portions received because I wasn't able to have most of the menu was small. Please allow those with allergies to have their bowl or other items just as full as if the were able to have all the options. Every time I come in here they think I don't understand them talking crap about me in Spanish. The same guy (an older Mexican cook) don't know his name but he gives me smaller portions and I have to end up asking for double portions bc he gives me less steak. I come here a lot and this has happened on multiple occasions also calling people from the back to say "look at this white boy" in Spanish. I don't care but maybe he shouldn't be serving the food and just be the cook if that's how he treats people read more

We LOVE Qdoba! Both my husband and I always get the naked nachos every time we come. The steak and the chicken are both fantastic and grilled fresh constantly. They have two types of queso and they are both amazing. Their chips have a lime flavor and are great by themself! They lost one star because the employees at this location are less friendly and generous than other locations such as the one on Penn. You really cant go wrong with what you order here. I love the quality, fresh and flavorful ingredients here, and unlike Chipotle it's all included in the price. So you can stuff the HELL out of your burrito with delicious queso and guacamole! It's pretty easy to stuff a burrito so full they're nearly square in shape. But it's no sweat to these ladies, as they can roll just about anything into a flour tortilla. I easily split one with my husband. And all the fillings taste great. White and especially the brown rices both cooked right and super moist. The black and pinto beans well done too. I always get chicken, always tender and in tasty sauces. All of which makes for a super yummy burrito. It will run between $9-10, which works well for the two of us. You can also get it 'naked' with no tortilla, in a bowl, taco (tostada) salad, quesadilla, nachos, tacos or even in a loaded tortilla soup. The counter service here is always fast and friendly, food made assembly line style. And they don't mind questions, so you can get it just to your liking. Dining room nothing fancy, but clean, like comfortable fast food. And being open until 10 pm is always handy. Tip: Try their new Cholula hot & honey sweet chicken. It has just a touch of heat, and tastes great with any toppings. And be sure to get a light squirt of lime juice over the top to really make those flavors pop! read more

Ordered on their app hoping it would be ready when we got there which was at their estimated time and of course it wasn't or at least not anywhere where someone could see if an online order was ready. Had to wait in line just to get an order i placed 25 minutes ago. Finally got the food and lo and behold the sides to my quesadilla are not there. And missed two items in the bowl. The soda fountain has Sprite instead of Starry. Nowadays starry is clearly the superior clear soft drink and I was quite displeased when I saw it. I also found what I thought might've been a fish hook in my bowl. If I hadn't seen it before consumption I could've been put in the hospital. Called in a order to QDOBA for chicken nachos. My daughter picked it up and the order was wrong. She didn't catch it. the nachos were a soggy mess- think soggy frito pie. I personally brought the meal back to exchange it for the correct order. Instead of making it right this is what happened! The manager Corbin Lankford looked up the order. Apparently, the order didn't specify chips on the side. Shouldn't be a big deal to fix it or work with me. I mentioned it was a soggy mess when I got it. instead of making a fresh meal, he said he couldn't fix it. Mind you, I had the receipt. Instead of fixing it he just offered it back to me with additional chips on the side. Really, QDOBA? That's the best you can do? Honestly, it was mediocre Mexican fast food at best, but at least it was convenient and I thought the customer service was good. This order blew that notion out of the water. Oh mah gawd!....That's all I'm sayin'. Actually I'll say more. I love Qdoba so much. Everytime I go in here the food is so good. I think it's the spices/flavors they use. I'm a vegetarian, so I'm glad there is a lot to choose from and basically you can make it your own without meat and with however much beans, cheese, rice, salsa you want. I usually get the nachoes which are DA BOMB DOT COM! The burritos are super good too. The price is good too. It's a better choice than something like Taco Bell or something gross. What people are saying about it being better than Chipotle is true. I think they may be owned by the same company (don't quote me on that) but all I know is this food is serious! I don't hardly eat everything on my plate but I make it a point here. Only thing that made this not a 5 star, was as someone mentioned it does get super crowded sometimes and the parking can get a little hectic. Oh mah gawd I'm droolin'. First of all a Hispanic girl with glasses told us to wait and said they'll be with us in 10mins instead of greeting their guest right away. Me and my husband came in around 7:40pm and they close at 10:00pm. So Why in the world we're they rushing us out like that!!! I told her to put the jalapeños and sour cream on the side and she put it on top anyways... she was very rude and disrespectful. Second I asked the guy to give us two bags of chips BECAUSE WE HAD TWO BOWELS!!! I had to asked him three times! IF YOU ASK ME THEY WERE ALL ACTING SLOW AS IF THEY WERE HIGH OR ON DRUGS. This is my go to for a quick Mexican lunch. Great food at great prices. I eat here at least once a week.

It's fast food so my expectations aren't exactly high. I arrived during a lull and was able to order right away. The gal who waited on me was masked and gave me great customer service. I ordered a BYOBowl and went with steak, black beans, pico, corn, lettuce, onion, cilantro, jalapeños, habanero salsa, and salsa roja - i like salsa, ok!? Most of the food was remnants of the lunch rush. As i went to the fountain machine i noticed pretty much all the tables looked dirty so i made my way to the other end of the dining room. Several customers entered after me- no mask enforcement or signs on the doors. Not one other customer wore a mask and the other employee was not wearing a mask on his face. Glad he didn't wait on me- even without a mandate, I'd appreciate food service workers to keep their mouths and noses covered when preparing and serving food. How many times have you seen someone accidentally spittle or have a runny nose? It's just a better practice now that we know how gross and possible it is to have anyone drop a dry, allergy boog onto the open containers. Anyways- steak was super chewy/grisly. Taste was fine. Spice was great. For $9.75 you'll have enough to eat and I was thankfully given a gift card- so no loss for me. A good place for high schoolers and people who don't mind the quality of their meals. We had an incredible experience here today. My wife is celiac (gluten allergy). QDoba has always been one of our options, they post allergy information. But at most restaurants like this, cross contamination is always a risk we are aware of. Today, we went through the normal process, and when adding cheese she asked the lady to change her gloves because of a gluten allergy. The manager who was on the cash register overheard her and offered to remake the whole bowl. We declined - we'd watched the whole process and felt like they'd been careful enough. He insisted - wouldn't let us have the other bowl. They've got a process they've trained their employees on: change gloves, only take ingredients out of new containers, only one employee handles the whole order, and at no point can even the plate touch the make table where they've assembled burritos. They were paying attention even from the plate to the customers hands! In our case, the only thing they hadn't done was keep the plate off the make table. But still he refused to serve it to us and made a brand new one. We love the food anyway, but haven't experienced this level of care and service in our 8 years of dealing with this disease. This experience has turned us into raving QDOBA fans. At least of this location. read more

I was a first time visitor (not first time patron). I was a bit confused by the menu but easily decided between bowl & burrito. The grilled chicken burrito, black beans, rice, Pico, cheese & guacamole with a large ice tea totaled over $11 with tax. Obviously I didn't understand the pricing matrix so pay extra attention if you're a first time or "newer" patron. The food was fresh, flavorful and well balanced. Qdoba is probably my favorite "fast food" place. Put some chips and queso in front of me, and I am a happy girl. So after eating some gelato next door, I decided to head over to this location to grab some food to go (dessert before dinner is how it's done!). First, I totally understand that sometimes a door isn't working and needs repair, so you're asked to use another door. I'm not so understanding when the particular door has been out of order for at least a year, as I have noticed the same "use other door" sign up since I was last in the area...a sign that is pretty sun faded. Service was fast, as usual, but more of a "let's get this done and get you out of here" fast. My 5 year old son was acting up a bit with his whining while I was at the register, and I was quietly speaking to him to correct the behavior as the cashier was swiping my card when she interrupted and asked me what was going on and what was wrong with him. I've worked retail for many years, with several of those years being at a children's retailer, and never once did I think it was any of my business to step in and find out what the issue was between a parent and his/her child unless I felt the child was being harmed (which never happened). She wasn't asking me in a concerned way, or in a way that was interested in seeing my son smile again, but rather in an obvious "I want some gossip" type of way. Just very awkward, especially since I was making it a point NOT to make a scene. Uncomfortable experience aside, I brought my food home and was just happy to have Qdoba. The burrito I get is very basic: grilled steak, white rice, black beans, cheese, and sour cream. Nope, not even salsa. So imagine my surprise when I bite into it and my mouth is burning from spiciness. Thinking this random bit of pepper was a fluke, I took another bite...same heat. I opened up the burrito and found a few more scattered without, making me thinking that one spoon is used for multiple items and something from one item got mixed into another. It wasn't terrible picking the bits out, but I prefer to eat my food without the fuss. Then I began to enjoy my chips and queso. That is, I was enjoying them until I got to the chips that were extremely stale. As in that hard and chewy stale, not crisp and fresh. The fact they were intermingled with fresh chips makes me think they were just now selling some leftover old ones. In other words, while I am always happy to visit Qdoba, I won't be making a trip to this location again. read more

We eat here at least once a week! They've always got smiles! This past Monday we took the kids in for Tacos! We had just checked out when our youngest dropped his tacos spilling all over the floor. The kids life revolves around food, so needless to say he was devastated! One of the employees, I believe her name is Summer, walked around, leaned down to console him and said "we've got more buddy" then walked back around and made a couple brand new tacos no charge. Plus she ran around and helped us clean it up with a great smile! Thank you for taking care of your employees, it shows, because they are taking care of your customers well! read more

The cashier was really sweet, I sent my order to the wrong location ( my bad) but the manger was extremely rude when I asked what I should do on my lunch break. So I've never been to any Qdoba, although I knew it was the "fast casual" type of place. I walked in and immediately thought "Oh, it's just like Chipolte." My impression wasn't wrong at all. While there were a number of options, the majority of the menu was focused around large burritos stuffed with rice, beans, meat, and extras. Relatively cheap ingredients offered in excessive amounts, a common trait amongst "Mexican" restaurants. It's not a terrible thing, but there's that little regret from either eating far too much or wasting so much food. Alright, so how about the food itself? It's really not bad, but it's not particularly exceptional either. I went in expecting a bit better, but I also went in expecting a bit more expensive so I'll call that a fair tradeoff. The beans and rice are fine although places like Taco Bueno are catching on and offering comparable items at drive-thru restaurants. The "extra hot" sauce barely registers as spicy. All in all, focus group tested fare which sacrifices unique flair for consistency. It was exactly what one would hope for walking into a chain restaurant aside from the underwhelming not-so-hot sauce. There was also this atmosphere behind the counter where the employees were trying to be cheerful but the grind of company policy weighed heavy in the air. I don't fault them in the least for it and their efforts were as much as could be expected. There was simply this hollow sensation not uncommon to "fast casual" which was particularly intense here. Such an intangible feeling is frustrating for everyone since it can be difficult to recognize and confront. I take it as a sign that the restaurant isn't bad, simply that it is not my kind of place. For some peculiar reason, two of the three doors were either locked or did not work and there were no signs indicating this. read more
