Another shot where cheese no fully melted

Have been coming here for years and today was a total fail. The main issue was that the quesadilla was barely cooked - there was hardly any color (toasting) on the tortilla and you could see that the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked that it be put back on the grill. Not much improvement but I had to get back to work so did not have them try a 3rd time. Was not offered any sides (as the menu indicates it comes with up to three sides). I had to ask for Guac and pico. He started to grab the little clear 2oz cups and I asked for the larger 4oz (when they add Guac to my salads, it's a FULL scoop - I can't see a Full scoop fitting in the little 2oz cup). Got home and some of the cheese STILL was not melted, the tortilla was very wet and soggy because it had not been toasted well enough and the chicken/cheese not been evenly distributed (a large corner had Nothing in it). To add insult to injury - i was Charged for the guac. Only positive is that it had a good taste.

Steak bowl from saginaw with dead cilantro..

Leaving a review to say the qdoba in saginaw doesnt compare to this location. This location is fresh and generous on their portions. Saginaw locations veggies and meat are old and cold and the portions are very little. Dont go the saginaw, they are just kids with no adult supervision and the food needs work. The pic is from saginaw, wife had to tell the young lady to add more of everything

Qdoba offers delicious Mexican-inspired food with plenty of customizable options, quick service, and a casual ambiance. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner stop when you're craving some Mexican flavors.

Mango chicken salad and chicken burrito!

First time ever in one ! We've been by a number of time and missed it, but not today! Great to have something to effectively fill the hole the blacklisted Chipotle left behind. Very similar format, but frankly, is better than Chipotle was in their hayday. Service is impecable, food options were choicy but thankfully not overly choicy (which bogs down the line and knocks up the price). I would call it clean, but in a place like this, "clean" is a sustained battle. So as long as they're clearly working it, no particular mess counts knowing it's only for a moment. And they are in a blur cleaning behind the constant renewal of the messy individuals. We tried the mango chicken salad bowl with the shell and a chicken burrito, bulging with ingredients. The meats were grilled so nice! Fresh and great. Will we be back? Shoot, we'll probably just forward our mail here.

The taco salad was ok. Prob won't get it again. Brisket tasted too heavily smoked and rice was bland. The taco shell wasn't great. Maybe I'll try something else next time.

I came in for a quick lunch because I saw the new Qdoba location. The staff was welcoming when I entered and everything was very clean. I opted for a salad with chicken, chipotle ranch, pico de Gallo, sour cream and guacamole. I'm doing low carb and was happy with the options especially the roasted cauliflower. When I return I'll try it. My salad had fresh lettuce and the chicken was well seasoned. When I finished the manager asked how the meal was. Great service and food for a great price.

This is where I would post the food if they didn't just let someone random walk in any time and take food off their shelf

I ordered through doordash and when my extremely kind dasher got there, the restaurant said someone else had taken my order and already left. After clearing things up with my doordasher and talking with the store on the phone, they said they set the doordash orders on a shelf and let whoever take it, and often "see people sitting outside eating the order". They then said it would be another charge to remake my food. I got a literal kids quesadilla and chips and queso, like are you joking, you let someone steal my food, put my doordasher through hell, then hang up on me after a pretty rude call? It's 50/50 with doordash and restaurant responsibility, but maybe fix your fucking system and care if someone steals food. Literally the worst experience of my life, learn how to treat customers and don't just let randoms walk in on the street and waste a doordash worker and customer's time

    Everyone was happy!

The manager Julian told me they were closed at 8:30pm, but they still were serving people, and the website says they close at 10:00.

What is not to love? As we're celebrating our 55th anniversary this month we were presented with a lovely, complementary sparkly rose. As today is Cinco de Mayo a Margarita was in order and the house pour was lovely. We shared a bottle of California Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the Ceviche Tatemado followed by the Tacos de Barbacoa which is the Tuesday lunch special. Both the ceviche and barbacoa tacos were just so enjoyable. The striped bass and octopus ceviche here is a unique preparation that sings in the tangy lime and Serrano vinaigrette in which it is prepared. The barbacoa is so flavorful and tender; and the thin, house made flour tortilla is fried crispy on the flat top before being filled. So good.

Servers provided a great experience aside from a bunch of flies (ate outside on the patio and were waving at flys most of the night). Three stars for the prices. We are an entirely vegetarian meal with no alcohol and paid $400 for a party of six...and we were sharing (yes, you read that correctly). $13 for a side of Mexican rice. $18 for essentially a side mashed potatoes. $16 for grilled vegetables. And the portions were SMALL. We were sharing across four adults and three kids and everyone only ended up getting a tiny amount. It was really difficult believing we were receiving any real value...it felt like the Don and figured out how to have unsuspecting guests pay double! It to say this isn't a legit high-end Mexican restaurant, it is. But I would more realistically describe it as a high-end steak house with wrap-around Mexican dishes (which explains why the side prices were so extreme). Kids quesadillas with steak were $17 a piece with no sides other than potato chips (a little odd given the context). Anyway, I'll end it where I began...food was good, servers were great...but just not worth the price. If the bill had been half or the portions were larger, it would have felt like we were actually getting value for our money.

The restaurant has plenty of seating, though it can still get pretty busy during peak times. Even when it's full, it's still comfortable enough to have a good conversation without feeling too crowded or loud. Overall, it's a reliable neighborhood spot with good food, good drinks, and consistently solid service.

Food: I got the enchiladas three ways with steak. You can take the regular three sauces or choose just one if you'd like. Green sauce is the best, white sauce is pretty good, and the red mole is fine but I wish I would have swapped it out with the spicy almost (orange) sauce that comes with the seafood enchiladas. That sauce looks so good! My partner did not like the red sauce at all, again I thought it was fine just not amazing like the other two. Beans and rice are good, nothing special. Nothing wrong with the chips and salsa just run of the mill. Other thoughts: I wish I had just ate my food at the bar instead of ordering take out. Bar seats are comfortable, views of a tv for anyone sitting at the bar, and it's just a nice comfortable atmosphere in there. The hostess and bar tenders I interacted with provided great service.

They're your typical trendy taco place, with their own selection of merchandise and crazy/cheesy jokes strewn about on t-shirts and signage. They have an ample bar space, but it looked like only one patron was interested in that; the rest of us were there to eat. You order your food at the counter and get a buzzer to come back and pick it up. The staff is friendly enough, but you don't really interact with them much since it's all pretty much self service after you go to the counter. The drink station has cane sugar based sodas; it's a bit heavy on the foam, but otherwise good. We opted for the birria pizza, a couple of cups of pozole, and a side of elote. Everything was solid. The elote was good, not great, but the pozole really hit the spot given how cold it was outside. The birria pizza is what blew me away, though. This was easily one of the most unique, but tasty, things I've ever had. It's not really a pizza, more like a topped quesadilla, but they did a great job of it. I'd not only come back here next time I'm in Fort Worth, I'd be interested in opening a location in Houston if I had the money to franchise it.
