We were immediately greeted by Oliver, whose positive attitude was just as addictive as the chips, salsa and black bean dip. His sense of humor had us rolling and he customized a delicious queso fundido for us with queso, shredded chicken and veggies that we have trademarked "Michaela." The Benjamin shrimp tacos were outstanding. As were the chicken street tacos. This is the best Mexican restaurant we have ever experienced and we are representing three states. Last time I went, we were seated in a booth and it was very poorly made because you can feel every movement of the person behind you. The guy behind me was violently enjoying his meal because I was getting bumped around every time he moved. It was incredibly annoying and uncomfortable, like the back had become partially separated from the seat. I had the quesadilla combo, which was only $10.99, and it came with rice, beans, and salad. The "salad" was a small bit of lettuce with a dollop of sour cream and a few bits of tomato. It's not a side salad in case that's what you're expecting. The quesadilla actually had a good bit of chicken in it, but very little cheese, and everything was dry. It wasn't bad, but I don't think I'd order that again. If you're looking for a unique non-alcoholic drink, I highly recommend the Mangonada. It's a frozen blended fruit drink with lots of mango chunks and the straw is a tamarind candy stick. I really enjoyed mine but it does take a while to drink since it is completely frozen. Our server was great and friendly, and the food came out quickly, so this is a good place for lunch. It was packed last time I went, and I think it's helping to fill the void left by El Saltillo closing near the mall.

My wife opted for the chicken bacon ranch tacos, and I got the Mexican sampler for us to share since it included five different things. My order came out on three separate plates, as you can see in the photos here, and it was only $18.99. The seasoning was not spicy at all but you do have some extra sauce options on the table, including a bottle of ranch dressing. The inside of this place is quite large with a big dining room and a smaller bar area, but it has lots of tables and the booths were roomy and comfortable. You can tell they put some effort into remodeling it. There is parking in the front and side so don't think it's too busy if you don't see a lot of spaces up front.
