I would give zero stars if I could....ordered delivery online, 10 minutes AFTER the food was supposed to be here I called.....1st time the guy tried to say it was ready for pickup after I verified my name. When I said I ordered delivery he then stated or it was delivered, when I asked when he hung up. Called back he said or the guy is getting ready to pick it up.....now I have to dispute a charge for the food I NEVER received! Lost a customer today. Not dependable...waste of my time. read more

My husband and I just want to make you aware that we are highly disappointed in the Plano location. We drove 25 minutes to get the the Plano location and when we got their, the doors were lockes and the employees were just staring at is. They wouldn't open the door EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 10 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSING TIME! You may not care but you all have lost 2 loyal customers. To not get served just because your employees want to leave earlier than normal or get out on time is no excuse for no service! We are or were paying customers. We just thought you may want to know what type of people you have representing your brand and tour company. It reflects badly on you all for 2 reasons. The first one is no customer service and the other is you have employees that give off the vibe that your company doesn't care about serving customers because they dont want to work up until the actual end of their shift. My favorite Mexican place to go when I want a huge serving where I can change the to my liking everytime. They have new pico like the one with pineapple and summer one with mango salsa my favorite. Went to grab lunch today and the crew did not have on masks and the cashier did not have on gloves. I told the guy making my food I was surprised they aren't making him wear a mask and he said only when they go outside for curbside....what sense does that mean. They should have on gloves and masks at all times. When I went to pay the cashier went to grab by card without a glove on. I asked if I could swipe it myself and he grabbed a glove. This is unacceptable for a good restaurant not to have any safety/hygiene measures in place to prevent the virus from spreading in their restaurants. I'm a fan of the food but will not be coming back here as i am not confident in the restaurants ability to protect its employees and customers read more

Qdoba without a doubt is the best Chipotle-esque burrito fast food chain. I am frugal with my stars, so my justification for the 5 stars is based solely on my comparison to Chipotle and Freebirds. The ingredients are fresh, they have amazing queso, tortillas are hella soft, and the restaurant has a franchise look without the franchise attitude. The employees are always willing to accommodate to my every request and plus they mix all the items in the burrito before it's wrapped so I get a perfect bite every bite. As always, the Chipotle-ish system expedites the food in no time. Winner winner Qdoba dinner. read more

meso maya is definitely the best authentic mexican restaurant i've ever been to !! our server fernando was absolutely perfect very attentive & friendly, suggested plates to us and accommodated to us very well !! the food was sooooo scrumptious !! i got the special of the day which was the rib eye and it was the best rib eye i've ever tasted my whole family enjoyed their meal and were very happy with the service and especially the dessert we tried all 3 deserts and our favorites were the chocolate cake & flan overall, everything was perfect and the manager eric also came to the table to see how everything was and he was the sweetest ever i will definitely be back very very soon !! read more

They had horrible customer service. one of the ladies making my food rolled her eyes when I asked for a taste of one of their sauses. the guy ringing my boyfriend and I up wouldn't even throw my trash away for me. and lastly , food was not worth what they were charging. This was my 1st time at Qdoba but it DEFINITELY won't be my last. I can safely say that I think Qdoba is as good if not a tad bit better than Chipotle. Like another Yelper mentioned, they have more of a variety in their menu items. The customer service was a complete and utter disgrace. 3 line people, not one spoke English well enough to communicate. Today was BOGO on smothered burritos, tried to charge me full price. I love this place. The food is just excellent all-around, and the service is great. Staff is always helpful; they even bring the food to my table (though it's officially self-serve pick-up at the counter). The little things help a lot when there is a lot of competition, so it's good to see the place is sparkling clean, and there are always plenty of fresh slices of lemon and lime next to the soft drink / water machine. This place is frequented by Plano high kids though, so avoid going here between 12 and 1 PM as it's PACKED. read more

Usually get the Mexican Gumbo with Chicken, it's good, but not Chipotle good. If Chipotle had Mexican Gumbo I would go there instead and probably never go to Qdobe again. I was surprised that when I asked for an extra half scoop of broth and they charged me fifty cents, really guys, it's flavored water. I know Chipotle doesn't charge for a little extra of an item unless it's meat or guacamole, but whatever I only go here once every three months or so. read more

The staff was extremely friendly and I believe they. Aight on that I was having a difficult time deciding on what to get. She recommend I get the bowl with a wheat tortilla on the side! The ingredients were yummy and the grilled steak was very soft and flavorful! I wanted to try the green habanero sauce but didn't realize it was in the queso so I did not get it. My husband took me here last week and I really enjoyed it. He is a huge Chipotle fan, but due to the current E. Coli scare he's avoiding it at all cost. I had a grilled chicken burrito which was really delicious. What I liked the most was that the queso and Guacamole didn't cost extra!! The chocolate cookies, speedy service and great customer service are all component that will cause me to come back. The BEST Qdoba I've ever been to. I work right around the corner and come here for lunch frequently. The staff right up to the managers are the nicest and friendliest people. I write this update to my previous review based on 10 years of experience in the restaurant business. There are three things that go into having a successful visit to a restaurant. 1. The customer, 2, the employee, and 3, the management team. The customer is almost always right. There are always exceptions to that rule. The employee's job is to please the customer. When the employee doesn't accomplish this primary task, it's managements duty to fix what ever the problem. In my first review I expressed my displeasure with the employee's actions. So that takes care of the first two of the three parts of the process. Today the management team stepped up and did their part. Received a personal visit from the store manager and he explained the steps he had taken to take care of the original issue. I could not ask for anything more from a manager. Especially having been in his shoes many times. GREAT JOB!!! Knowing that my complaint was with the actions, not the food or anything else, with the cleanliness of the operation. So, based on this meeting and how we resolved the issue, I will change my rating of the establishment. Thank you!!!! read more

The ladies that make your food are extremely rude. Whenever I ask for something I get eyes rolled at me. They over charge me every time I go. Only reason I go back is for the food. The employees there need to be replaced with people who aren't mad at the world. read more
