First and last time here. The burrito was so unbelievably bland and they act as if they're scared to put a full scoop of the cheese sauce on. Did I mention the food was bland? I made it through maybe half of my burrito, and then tossed it. Also, when you put a scoop of guacamole on a burrito, maybe not put the scoop in one place... at the bottom of the burrito. Really bland and basic food. After living in San Diego for nine years, it's extremely difficult to find solid Mexican food in Portland. If you're starving this locale may tickle your fancy, otherwise, put your appetite in a better mood by seeking satiation elsewhere. The manager was really pleasant and accommodating with great customer service. The front door is screechingly squeaky upon opening and closing that should be a top priority of management to address. If the door of an establishment doesn't work properly, it doesn't speak highly of the ethics of the restaurant or business with which you're entering. The restaurant smelled like mop and glow because they were closing down within the hour and cleaning up early. I thought it was an unsanitary approach to have so much water and soap on the floors in the presence of food. FYI, there are four Mexican fast food restaurants within a block of each other in the area. Taco Bell, Chipotle, Muchos Gracias and Qdoba. Choose wisely read more

This was our first visit to Qdoba. We have fajita burritos. My daughter had a pork burrito. I had a chicken burrito. They announced that it was happy hour. So we saved about $3 for two people. That was great! The burritos are generous and huge. They build them custom request, which is nice. The restaurant has a fast-food feeling. They are not over-priced. The service was fast. By far my favorite Qdoba inPortland! Maybe it's a coincidence but every time I come in here the rice is fresh, meat is good and the vegetables are awesome. Terrible service and unprofessional employees. My burrito was poorly made and fell apart the second I tried to eat it. Waist of money 12/15/16 To add to previous review. My work ordered lunch from your business and when we picked it up food was missing so we called back to pick it up. Was put on hold. Challenged on whether the food was truely missing. Then when I arrived to pick it up stood there while 3 different employees walked past me without even saying hello finally a very rude man in a black apron, no name tags, laughed when I told him why I was there...then eventually brought me the missing food. Go to the chipotle next door after visiting this Qdoba...it's not even a contest. If this Qdoba were a musician...it'd be R. Kelly and the chipotle next door would be a young, impressionable groupie. More flavorful ingredients and a staff that really wants to do a good job. I've been to many Qdoba's and this location takes the gold star. Must be the heavy competition surrounding them, but they've always delivered good food, they have a super friendly staff, and a relaxed and clean environment to chow down in. If I could give this place a no star would. Worst costumer service I've ever had to deal with. Why would you ever hire people so inconsiderate and rude. I've never felt so disrespected at restaurant before. If I could complain directly to the owner I would. The three women that were working tonight were the worst. All I know is that I would never hire people who don't know what customer service is. It was ridiculous. The woman that made my burrito was so impatient that she started wrapping it up before I was even done telling her what I wanted in it. Really upset with this location's customer service. I got a bottled Fuze drink that was 2 months expired tonight. I called right after I drank some to let them know and almost threw up in my mouth. They answered and only said "Ew that's gross, I'm sorry" and I agreed, then they replied "okay..... Bye." And this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience here. I always feel like it's a hassle to make my food or ring me up. The only reason I come here is because it's the closest place to get food. Sure wish I would have read the reviews before going here..Ian, is a VERY unfriendly person and very rude to say the least...SORRY that I had never eaten at a QDOBA before and had questions, it obviously isn't a part of your job you enjoy, but then again seeing the way you treated the other guests around me, you apparently don't like your job what so ever..The rest of the staff seemed pissed off that they were working too, but IAN is the worst and you all should have a chat with him or get rid of him. Other reviews all seem to pertain to the same problem...Losing money is a horrible thing, but I will never set foot in that establishment again and will make sure my friends and family stay away as well~~ read more

Taco Bell is better? Really? For not much more than TB's prices, Qdoba is way better. I especially like their Craft Two option; a meat quesadilla and two soft tacos (or other combinations) for $6.29. Good stuff, highly recommended. Looks like they have a happy hour with $2 margaritas that I'll have to try as well! read more

Today was my first time ever eating Qdoba. It was very similar in taste to Chipotle but just not quite as good. In fact if someone had brought me a burrito I'd think it came from Chipotle on an "off day". Prices are good and service is friendly. read more

It's the employees that make this place they're ridiculously friendly and good natured. Food is good and quick without the fast food feel. If you can afford the calories the queso and chips are good with an added scoop of extra hot sauce. But I've only had it once as chubby boys shouldn't have queso sauce. read more

Took me about 25 minutes to get here from just a few miles away to meet my boyfriend for lunch on his work break and boy was it worth it! Qdoba is amazing. The food is delicious and fast. Their chips and queso dip is pretty delicious too. Plus it's one of the only places that don't charge you extra for guacamole. Their prices are fair and customer service is great for fast service. We will definitely be regulars of Qdoba. read more

I ordered the three cheese nachos and received what appears to be an excuse for nachos. I can't understand how difficult it is to mess up on nachos being as simple of a dish as it is, yet I received my order with not three, not two, not even one type of cheese melted on any of the chips. Very dissapointed. Our office ordered lunch. The fax wasn't working so one of the gals had to take it over. Then she went back to pick it up. We've been going to this qdoba off and on for the past two years. Staff there is always friendly and the food is kept fresh. We appreciate the family atmosphere. We have a two year old and find it difficult to find semi-fast places for fresh food that is kid-friendly. This particular Qdoba really provides that. We've never had to wait for a table. there is outside seating on mild days, and the high chairs are in good condition. The facility is kept clean and everyone seems to take a lot of pride in customers having a good experience there. My only issues have ever been when ordering cripsy tacos or ground beef, sometimes you have to wait or they might not have it at the end of the day, or might be out of cookies. HA... very minor points though. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I must say, after a trying afternoon, the gentleman preparing my food really lifted my spirits! His name was Mykell (spelling?) and he was more than friendly, helpful and positive while making my husband's and my food! The change in the menu was slightly new to us and he pleasantly explained it to us as well as the food options. And for someone who has to work on Black Friday near a mall, he was just so cheerful in a non annoying way. I am absolutely NEVER going to return to this place. I work at Valentinos barber shop, NEXT DOOR even. Sooo, one time you go in the portion are a lot, the next time they don't give you anything. I stopped going for months I figured I'd return, because the food is great. So went in yesterday and got a heaping bowl it was great, today, not so much. I even said half way into the line after beans, rice and chicken "okay that's literally the smallest bowl I've ever seen" mind you bowls cost a 1$ more because they're to be bigger in portions. The guy says sorry. He scooped the chicken, literally shaking the majority back, finally I spoke up. He said "sorry" a female employee says "sorry, we can give you more rice and beans, just not meat, it's extra." Why should I pay extra to get a normal portion? That amout would have easily made a SMALL burrito. As I stood outside someone was walking in, I told him "I wouldn't go in there if I was you," he said "oh yeah why's that?" I told him what had happened. He said that's the exact reason he never goes there anymore. Thanking me, we both decided it's time to write a review. I'd also like to add, the manager hasn't ever smiled EVER, very unpleasant to speak with. The owner gets his haircut at our shop, I still refuse to go back. I ordered catering for a large staff meeting.. the driver still hadn't shown up after an hour and a half. During this time I was making several phone calls to the in-store manager and the driver (who seemed to keep getting lost in all the parts of town except for ours). Eventually,I told them to forget about it. I don't understand why they would have a delivery driver who couldn't find his way around town, even with GPS and Portland is really easy to navigate! The experience was extremely frustrating for myself and the other 35 hungry people. I will never order from this place again, I would not suggest that anyone else does. read more

I have been coming here for 21/2 years but something has changed when I visited last night. New management? All new people working there, and not really trained. The person in front had to have his burrito redone because it was a slop-fest.
