Qdoba is one of those places you see but aren't sure if you should stop in but with their latest deals it lured me in. With the Cardinals in the World Series, they had a promotion that if you wore your Cardinals gear into their store you would get any thing you want plus a drink for $5 total. Works for me! I'm a big nachos fan so I ordered the 3 cheese nachos with chicken, add a little beans and salsa and it was quite yummy. My hubby had the queso burrito, which was a little too spicy for my liking but he loved it. There are some rude workers here, especially at the south county Qdoba location. I have made up my mind, that i would totally rather go to white castle instead of this establishment. I walked in to the South County Qdoba location and instantly I was filled with nasty looks and they were rude when i was ordering my food. Plus the food was mediocre and their chicken is honestly a 4 out of ten compared to chipotle. HONESTLY CHIPOTLE ALL THE WAY!!!! Then when I got home i felt sick to my stomach and i felt like i was going to throw up after i ate their food and my head also hurts too, so i would suggest that you do not come here and eat South County Qdoba's food. Went in and tried to order white rice without cilantro and the manager would not do it. They said the rice wasn't ready. That means they couldn't serve food is that was the case. Terrible. I have been to several of these restaurants and have never had a problem. We walked out and won't come back. read more

Hmmm... where to start... I have been there 3 times in the past 10 days, and each time I've encountered a problem. 1st time in, the manager was incredibly rude when I asked to pay separately for each of our orders (at work we all order something and send 1 person to pick it all up) and then when eating our entrees, we all had 'blackened' chicken... and not the good kind. After calling to inform them we all had burnt chicken, the manager gave up free entree coupons. AWESOME, right? Not exactly & here's why... when we went to redeem those coupons, we gave our orders, and were informed we'd have to pay extra for the quac we all added to our meals, however, just days before we all PURCHASED the guacamole they put on our burnt meals.... I don't understand how that makes sense. 3rd and final straw was when I witnessed the manager refuse the lady ahead of me separate bags for all 15 entrees in her order (yes it took awhile, but nbd), telling the girl at the counter the max she's allowed is 5! Whats it matter how many bags she wants? She's a PAYING CUSTOMER... I know for damn sure if 15 separate customers walked through the doors, that manager wouldn't tell them they can only have 5 bags between them. On the flip side, I have been in contact with Qdoba's corporate offices and they've been great and very apologetic about the whole mess. So overall, I still love Qdoba, I will just never set foot in this location again! read more

Customer service is horrible. How can you be so grumpy in a restaurant/fastfood chain when every other competition is customer friendly? One of my friends was evil and got me hooked on Qdoba's queso cheese sauce. sigh. The nachos? a salty, cheesy, spicy, fatty little piece of heaven. The bigger than your stomache burritos? Delicious, filling, and satisfying. To mix my two great loves, I get the chicken Queso burrito nearly every time I come. Why change a great thing? I always get black beans, but play around with the salsas depending on my mood. If you go light on the sour cream, cheese, and guac it could be relatively healthy. But I'm no dietician. If I eat the whole thing, I can barely be expected to leave the couch the rest of the night. And I'm okay with that for ~$7-8. One complaint: I have noticed these burnt little pieces of nastiness in my beans or chicken lately. Appears to be either really burnt chicken or a stem of some sort. NOT YUMMY, Qdoba! If I found that while eating at the restaurant, I'd demand a refund/new burrito (guess which?), but since I'm usually at home and already on the aforementioned couch of laziness, I don't usually bother. Food is always good but now they're charging a dollar extra for a taco bowl shell with a burrito bowl. The clerk said there is new management so I'm not sure if this is at this location or all of them. I'll go to the one in Kirkwood if that's the case. Or just pay for extra stuff at Chipotle. read more

My girlfriend and I had our first meals at Qdoba tonight because we were given free entree coupons. The restaurant was empty, as it was after dinner time. We approached the counter and the gentleman who helped us was very friendly when he learned it was our first time dining there. He walked us through the options and assured that we got everything we wanted. My burrito was perfect (ground beef, queso, brown rice, corn, lettuce, fajita peppers and cheese,) and my girl's quesadilla (grilled steak, cheese, fajita peppers, lettuce, sour cream) was just how she wanted it. We got to the register and he entered our coupons, and then said "drinks are on me. Enjoy your first meal at Qdoba!" And it truly made our night. It made our first experience memorable! I wish I knew his name because his customer service is something every business needs! read more

Just going to be honest, its the poor man's Chipotle. I settle for Qdoba because its close and inside South County Mall. Very friendly service and fast. I just wish they were not so stingy with the cheese and sour cream! they give you so little! the Chips and cheese dip are a must try because they are delicious. read more

I've been to this location twice within the last 5 days. I love the fact that it's quick n easy, and much better than eating fast food. My "go to" meal is the burrito bowl. The last two times I chose to get both chicken AND steak topped with pico, light cheese, black beans, white rice and always enjoy the freshly made guacamole. This location is very close to my work which makes "forgetting my lunch" all that much better :) read more

I am extremely displeased with the South County Center Way in Missouri, 63129 employees and their attitude. My husband is disabled and so I usually come and pick up our order. Because of his disability, he does what little he can to stay active and comes to the mall in the morning and tries to at least walk a little. He parks out side the entrance where your restaurant is. Because of his limited ability, if he has to use the restroom, he has used the restaurant restroom in the past without a purchase. There are no signs that say restrooms are for customers only. This morning, 7/17/17, the employees of this facility accosted him, started yelling at him, told him he had to buy something to use the restroom and when he started to approach them about their being no sign, they threatened to call the police on him. For shame on them and your company for allowing someone to be treated that way, especially someone with a disability. I understand that he did not buy something at the time, but does frequent this restaurant. NO MORE!!!!!!!!!! read more

Qdoba by south county mall. No one cared about their job. I walked up to the counter and there were 3 people. They started saying "no you take her...you take her....". The one boy walked in the back laughing. The two girls had an awkward silence...awkward for all of us...and one finally goes "UGH, fine". She started tossing stuff into my bowl so sloppy that it was splashing over the sides. I had to end up cleaning it off before taking it out of the bag to eat. Then one of the ingredients I said yes to wanting she completely skipped over and ignored me. Then I came to the next girl that rang me up. She asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes please. It printed out...she pointed at it and said "there" and walked away. I had to end up ripping the receipt off the machine, grab my bag and left. Needless to say these 3 either need to be re-trained, supervised, or Qdoba needs to raise their standards. Another place that I love :). I have been going here for about 3 years. It is always good, I love their chicken queso burrito and their chicken quesadilla. I rarely have mexican food, so I don't know how authentic it is but I sure know its good. I think this is the best qdoba in the stl by far. I have been at few and they were disappointing to say the least. read more
