Then my daughter walked out accidentally hit her big toe. She went back in to ask if they could fix it and they said NO. I get my nails done regularly and have never had this bad experience. I highly recommend going to Rose! She really pays attention to detail and makes sure they are even. She's super sweet and patient with me while I'm trying to pick out colors or stickers. I've also noticed she doesn't try to up-charge me at all. Every three weeks we do a dip removal and a dip powder set. And my nails never chip in between sets! read more

I am very disappointed at the service at this establishment. The first time my daughter went to Q bar she was very happy with the service. The technician took her time and did a great job on her nails. I went on 10/30 for a pedicure and a fill and so did my daughter. Her nails turned out horrible and we had to go back to get them fixed. The blonde girl at the front desk was rude. She had someone else fix it and as they were fixing them the girl sitting next to us kept talking and mentioning colors because that was one of the problems the color it didn't turn out correct and her nails were very thick and bubbly. On 11/4 I noticed my nails were chipping and I went back to get them repainted and once more the blonde girl was very rude. I was trying to explain to her what happened to my nails and she cut me off telling me I don't need you to explain just wash your hands and sit they will fix it. My nails were repaired and by the afternoon my nails were worse. I tried to pay the girl who painted the and she said "no don't pay you are right." I wasn't asking for a free service I just wanted my nails fixed. I was very disappointed in the service. To top it off my other nail broke this mornin. read more

Today the service was great. Honestly, it's a hit or miss here. I just get pedicures here btw. Today I actually got more time with the pumice scrub. Usually it's just one second of scrubbing, and done. The inconsistency of good service is depending on the technician you get. Front desk is friendly/polite. Prior to walking in this nail salon my feet were fine, however the nail technician cut my nails so terribly that I now have an ingrown toe nail and an infection in my toe. I was up all night due to the pain. This was not just my experience...my husband also has sore toes after his pedicure and they are visibly red. Please think again before deciding to visit this salon. This was our first and last time visiting. Side note: They stress their cleanliness on their website, however my nail tech had dirt under her fingernails, which I saw during my manicure. First time here, I'm SUPER picky about nail places so I was really reluctant but her warm and friendly personality just added to a very pleasant experience. This place is amazing! We were in town visiting my mom for Mother's Day weekend. We wanted to take my mom to get pampered. We came across this salon on Yelp. It was close by and we saw that they did SNS (dip powder) nails. We got there only to find out it was an hour wait. The receptionist told us we could leave our number and she would call us when it was our turn. We decided to run a few errands and 30 minutes later we got a call it was our turn. My daughters have been coming here for a few years now. None of them have Yelp but, if they did you would see tons of photos of all the great work. Whoever did their acrylic nails did them beautifully so when it came time for me to get fake nails for an upcoming event I took my girls with me. Q's brings a whole new meaning to beauty is pain because prices will hit your hard in the pocket book. The first time I visited Paul took care of me and recommended the dip nails as a healthy alternative to acrylic nails. I had mentioned I didn't enjoy getting my nails done because it hurt. I showed him a picture and he did my nails almost exactly as it looked in the photo. Had I given my review then I most likely would've given four stars. I have gone back a few more times and wasn't quite comfortable with the service. The second time wasn't as good. The Gentleman who worked on my dipped nails this time rushed through. I had uneven misshaped nails. They weren't the shape or length as in the photo or even near the color I had showed him. On another occasion when I took my daughter to get a fill on her acrylic nails and to get a pedicure I was told by a nail tech that I could get my nails fixed for $35 from the previous work that had been done. I found out after that is not something that can be done with dip nails they have to redo them all over so, I ended up paying another $48 not even two weeks after spending $45. I am happy with the results now but, it may be a while before I return. Next time I'll remember to be very specific about what I would like from the beginning. read more

Terrible!!! The other times I've been here I've left satisfied. Today was horrible. The guy in the middle with the sleeve tattoo did my nails. He seem upset I asked his nicely to file my nails straight they were all slanted at an angle. Then he asked if it was ok, I pointed out the ones that were wrong. He did smooth the edges so they look and feel rough. He added the clear and when I went to dry them I noticed the sides had no clear. I asked him to fix it. There is still residue from the last color I had. He had me pay before he painted my nails. He also tried keeping the polish I brought in after I asked for it back he said oh you brought it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 2 hours for a fill and pedicure and this is the outcome. EDIT: I don't think he wanted to steal it, I think he didn't believe I brought it in. read more

Excellent nail spa in Goodyear!! I have been here three times now. I love the customer service and the vibe in Qnail Bar. Rest assured (pun intended) you can relax in the big comfy chairs as smooth jazzy music plays over the ceiling speakers. The staff is very friendly and do a fantastic job. I have ingrown nails and this is the first place who actually cares and removes them. I've tried three other nail locations in Goodyear and haven't been satisfied. The prices are affordable for pedicures and manicures. Qnail also offers higher end pedicures with sugar scrubs that I will have to try soon!
