This is the best boba spot in the Valley by far, with so many options to choose from. The customer service is excellent--they greet you as soon as you walk in and make your drink right away. I love the teas, and my granddaughter loves the smoothies. The place is always clean, and today I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there's parking available in both the front and the rear. Today, we got our drinks to go, but I enjoy sitting inside as well. The ambiance is great. I'll definitely be back, and soon.

Wanted to try somewhere new - cute place, fun atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Craved a milk shake and they made something similar by using milk for my strawberry smoothie - REALLY GOOD. (They even gave me the extra.) My daughter ordered the Jasmine milk tea and she loved it as well. 8 out of 10 for me. Enjoy.

I had know idea this place was just a block away from me! So glad I decided to drop in. So many drinks to choose from. I wanted something cool to drink since it was pretty warm out, so I ordered a strawberry banana slushy. My daughter ordered a strawberry peach slushy with strawberry jellies. We also ordered a medium ( bear) mango tea. We were able to order from one of two kiosk that they had which make things so easy. There were two guys working and one was so kind and sweet. Made our drinks so fast. The shop was very cute with plenty of seating and had games to play like connect four and Uno. They do have a few things to order to eat but didn't try. Maybe next time.

The best brown sugar milk tea. Idk what milk base they use but it tastes like a combination of almond milk and half n half. Or maybe it was the brown sugar that made it tasted so good. The only thing I didn't like is all that foam on top. If you wait a few minutes to drink yoir drink. You are missing 1/4 of yoir drink once the foam settles. The kids and I were playing games and once we looked over their drink was 1/4 missing from the top. Very cute vietnamese family owned boba shop with great selections, snacks and labubu. Yep, labubu and other plushie toys.

Small boba shop that I found when I was craving my weekend Vietnamese coffee. I don't know what came over me to order a Vietnamese coffee with light ice. Vietnamese coffee is supposed to come with ice and you let it melt for a bit so it dilutes it. Anyway, my coffee was strong and rich, which is great, but I was like, dang I should not have said light ice. The unique thing about getting Vietnamese coffee from a boba shop - you get to add toppings! With creamy drinks, I like to get egg pudding. The service was friendly and fast, and they had these cute boba-themed stickers for free! I found street parking right in front. Otherwise it seems pretty limited, or there might be parking in the back but not sure.

This was my first time here and will not be my last. The place is super cute and the staff was great. I ordered a taro milk tea with boba and it did not disappoint! I don't know if it's always like this but my boba was warm. It was so fresh and chewy in a good way. I parked on the street but there is parking in the rear and entry through the back for convenience as well.

Great shop! My 15-year-old grandson loves Boba, I had to pick him up from camp and I always stop somewhere for a cool treat. It's very hot here in the valley. This shop was on my daughter's radar and she told me it's great. It was delicious! We will be back with pictures soon. Nice comfy chairs. Parking behind the shop too. read more

She took her TIMEEEEE with my boba (IN THE BEST WAY!!) I ordered peach-lychee green tea with boba. You can tell in the picture there are real chunks of fruit, and im 99% sure they're all natural and not canned/fruit sitting in syrup. They messed up my drink and when i got home i noticed. I called and they said they'd write my name to replace my drink, I came in when I was in the area and they said they'd write had no knowledge didnt know who said, couldn't tell me who the manager or when they come. It might've took a minute to open, but this place stands out in the crowd! The owner and staff that work there are the most delightful people I've met in a decade! The drinks are so tasty. I'm addicted to trying new flavors. They also have delicious pastries. You can even pick the size of your Boba inside your drink. This used to be one of my go-to boba spots since I live down the street. Yesterday I came in as usual, placed my drink order, and tipped 20%. My drink came out wrong (there was no boba in it), and when I shared the mistake, the staff told me I had to pay extra to add boba. I explained that I ordered a boba drink, and no boba came, and they said that adding boba is still going to cost me extra. I explained that I already tipped 20% on my order (which was double the price of adding boba). They did not care and would not let me leave with my drink unless I paid extra money to add Boba to a drink that was supposed to come with Boba included. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am leaving this today in the hopes that the staff see it and do better with future customers because this customer experience was not only dismissive and rude, but I feel completely ripped off and never want to come back here again. read more

Very accessible parking. Store was clean and had cute decor. Service as ok. Not rude but also not memorable. Visited on a Friday morning. My drink was meh.. the matcha flavor was not distinct. Tasted like creamer with a hint of matcha, but everyone has their own preference so I understand that. The price is a bit higher than most boba places (boba cha cha, etc). They sell LaBuBus' there. I asked the price and was quoted 30 dollars over what Popmart sells them for (online, same style). read more

Great new boba place in the valley! My boyfriend and I have been looking for a boba place near us and recently found this place. Their drinks are delicious and they let you customize your ice and sugar levels and actually follow the requested sugar levels in your drinks. The people who work here are very nice and asked to make sure we liked our drinks and were happy with them. The store inside was decorated really well and would be a nice place to hang out while you finish your drink. There is also free parking in the back. Highly recommend! read more

I tried Qtea boba for the first time today and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the vanilla chai milk tea and it was one of the best I've ever had. I also got a wild but cutie. I was reading reviews and somehow people don't understand popmart sells labubu's and they're hard to get, hence the $30 upcharge. The Tokyo store at the sherman oaks fashion square had them priced at $80 so they're definitely fairly priced compared to other places in the valley! Definitely recommend for boba. read more

Established in 2024.

Ever since I first tried bubble tea several years ago, I was hooked. The unique blend of flavors, the chewy tapioca pearls, and the refreshing tea base left a lasting impression on me. I found myself constantly craving that same experience as that first time, but the local options were limited and often fell short of the authentic taste I had fell in love with. Driven by my passion for bubble tea, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I envisioned a boba shop where customers could experience the true essence of bubble tea – where every drink was crafted with care, using high-quality ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. My vision went beyond just serving drinks; I wanted to create a welcoming space where people could gather, socialize, and enjoy a taste of Taiwanese culture. I spent months researching suppliers, perfecting recipes, and designing the ambiance of the shop, pouring my heart and soul into every detail.

I am giving them 4 stars because during my last visit, their boba was hard, which means it was undercooked or old. That's some rookie mistakes for a boba shop. Hopefully it will be better next time.

My friend called ahead to book reservations or get on waiting list, hostess let us know they are fully booked but welcome to come early to try to get a bar seat that is first come and first serve. On the phone call they let her know they will be showing World Cup and love island at 6:30 when the game ends. When we arrived at 5:15 hostess let us know they are fully booked only bar and bar chairs against the wall are available. Valet Parking is for people with tables ONLY. Metered street parking is your only option. Neighborhood parking is permit only. Once the World Cup España vs Uruguay match and Love Island was being shown same time they only changed 3 TVs/ projection screens to Love Island while the ending of WC match aired. Volume was not changed they even provided subtitles since the audio was still showing the WC game. Once the game ended all TVs were switch to Love Island. And when love island episode ended they switch back to the next WC match. Everyone leaving negative reviews exaggerating the switch up to Love island are over reacting. Game changer social media promoted both World Cup AND Love Island watch parties. The Iron Sheik cocktail and the Margarita flight was very good. We had the Calamari and GCB Classic Flatbread with Chicken . Staff super friendly. Will be back for the Love Island Finale.
