Hubby fell in love with their scone so this became our fav breakfast during our visit to Healdsburg. We enjoyed the patio with our dog and appreciate the ample parking. Also tried the croissant which was delicious.

Passed by here for breakfast on a short visit and loved it!!! the location has modern and simple decor, relaxed atmosphere and great healthy options to try! We had some coffee and pastries and loved how many things were made in house, and the staff was super friendly and happy to share about their favorite items and recommendations. Definitely a must try!

This is a delayed review for Quail and Condor due to a pause. Some friends recommended Quail and Condor. The baked goods were phenomenal, and we can see why this is a popular spot! Being a well-known bakery in the area, my companion chose to pre-order our items. When we arrived, the pickup was easy, and we enjoyed our treats outside with the pup. The bakery is cute, charming, open, and airy. The staff who helped us were great. There are some tables inside for working, as well as benches outside. All items are on display for easy viewing. Companion bought us the Parmesan Onion Biscuit, Chocolate Croissant, Fruit and Marzipan Scone, and Salted Egg Morning Bun. I'd say everything was delicious. My favorite was the morning bun. The texture, taste, and portion size were all there. Everything was buttery and flaky, and the fillings weren't skimped. I can understand why this is a go-to spot for baked goods! There are a variety of bakeries in the area, but Quail and Condor seem to be beloved by locals and visitors alike. Find them off Mill Street in a little complex with free parking. Great spot to grab and go or to sit and snack!

Kouign-amann. Flakey with an excellent caramel crust

Quail And Condor. Consistent and Quality! An excellent bakery on the drive up to the 101. Never had a bad pastry here. My favorites are the Kouign Amann which has an excellent flake and caramel flavor and the chocolate croissant which uses high quality dandelion chocolate. Tried the "twice baked" croissant today. Was excellent, with a super buttery and flakey croissant with a nice creamy gruyere spinach filling. The bread is also fantastic. Has a nice seating area with plenty of seats. Overall: 4.8/5

This is an almost cafeteria style bakery/restaurant. You stand in line while viewing the gorgeous breads and pastries available. Tge staff puts your requests on a tray and they bring it, along with a number sign, to your table. They bring the rest of your orders and drinks once they are prepared. I chose the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and gluten-free cheese roll from the pastries section, then the veggie quiche for my entree, along with a cold brew. The cookies have a crispy edge with slightly chewy center and just a hint of salt to balance out the sweet. If my friends and I didn't have a whole day planned out, I would have bought all of the cheese rolls. OMG, were those divine. Crispy outside, with a perfect, cheesy inside. So good. The quiche was a cloud filled with yummy vegetables and while the crust wasn't gluten-free, it was amazingly light. Highly recommend.

I got the cinnamon bun, Kouign Amann, the cigar, and the biscuit. I was not a huge fan of the cinnamon bun, didn't like the texture and it was too sweet. The best was the biscuit and the "cigar" which was dandelion chocolate, with I think an olive oil spread wrapped in croissant dough. I've had better Kouign Amann in SF. For those two things I would go back

I'm happy to see Quail and Condors Yelp page is back in business. I stopped by months ago and enjoyed a fantastic cinnamon roll. Best one ever. Great service and staff. Cutesy environment. A staple in Healdsburg for sure!!

Had to stop by everytime we are in Healdsburg visiting ! Oh they have a kaya jam on toast and it was delicious -not overly sweet amd great aroma of pandan/coconut! Their pastries are always on point-balance of butter, flakiness and amount of chew

Quail & Condor is a culinary masterpiece that transcends mere hype! This bakery is the ultimate pilgrimage destination, worth every mile of a two-hour journey to Healdsburg, California. Each freshly baked good is a symphony of flavors, and the capuchino is a flawless masterpiece in a cup. The service is impeccable, and the bakery's cleanliness is a testament to their dedication to excellence. The Kouign Amann and croissants are nothing short of perfection, a testament to the artistry of baking. I am in awe of your craft and deeply appreciate the passion poured into every creation! https://www.sonomamag.com/quail-condor-named-among-best-bakeries-in-the-us-by-the-new-york-times/ I'm definitely going back to this bakery. Highly recommend you give it a try.

I see a lot of post and news about this place so I went and tried it and I don't know what the hype is because everything I ordered tasted pretty regular to me and I didn't taste anything extra spectacular! The crossaint was okay, it was kind of dry tasted bland. Sconce was alright. The people are friendly and the place was light and airy.

4.5 stars Their pastries are amazing! Came around 10a on a Saturday and the line was out the door. The cafe itself was quite full as well with all the seats already filled. Very casual but elegant establishment. Got 3 pastries to go: ham and cheese croissant, biscuit (with red miso, carmelized onions and Parmesan) and one of their twice baked croissants (pineapple and basque cheesecake). The biscuit was my favorite - soft on the inside yet had a decent crunch on the outside. The ham and cheese croissant had a nice ratio of Gruyère cheese and ham) and the twice baked croissant was unique, delicious, and not too sweet. Also had their seasonal cranberry orange espresso tonic that was really refreshing. Will definitely return to bring some treats back on the way home!

    Vegatable Quiche
    A P.

I bought a butter popcorn morning bun. Strawberry Basque cheesecake twice-baked, Sarah's Canele, Ham & Cheese croissant, and Quiche. Yesterday I bought the morning bun, and it was filled with amazing cream. Today it was missing the cream. I was disappointed that the canele had no custard, and it seemed unevenly baked, even though it stated it had custard with a rum flavor. The amount of ham and cheese could be more, but maybe the large croissant wrap is very generous. The quiche was good. I went to the bakery before they moved down the street. The quality has gone down since my last visit. Next time, I will check the $5 canele to see if it has custard.

NEW LOCATION!!! 44 Mill Street. Just around the corner from their old location but with a big parking lot and lots of indoor seating. The new space is still lacking personality and needs some art on the walls or something, but I'm so glad we can now get our food here and eat indoors! The options for pastries are basically the same but they seem to have a few more cooked options like a Turkish Breakfast and Baked eggs. I don't recall that on the menu before. This morning, I tried their Onion Parmesan biscuit. It was delicious! I have to admit that I was disappointed they had sold out of their Lox Toast this morning, but it's just too popular! The Pumpkin Passionfruit cake was delightfully light and moist, although the passionfruit seeds on top burst in a way that I wasn't thrilled by. The Kouinn Amman is always the best one you can find. The server this morning was so great! He was funny and super helpful. I really enjoy talking with him!

Loved the pumpkin seeds for a little crunch. Definitely the best chicken salad I've had in a long time. And nice on the bread. Lettuce could have been there or not, didn't add anything for me. Simple, effective. The turkey pesto was kind of basic, but the addition of the dill and the very fresh bread did do something for me. I think I'll be adding dill to my pesto sandos now?
