Quick service, friendly staff. Cute inviting interior with some place to sit. I've tried the regular black milk tea and taro. Decent bubble tea - the pearls are chewy but on the harder side. The tea tastes a bit powdery and watered down.

The drinks here are pretty good. I got the house milk tea- 50% sweetness & my friend ordered the make your own drink with passion fruit, lychee, peach with a green tea base. The boba was warm, chewy and the right amount of sweetness. The place is clean and they also have some board games such as guess in 10, connect four, etc. You can place your order by using the tablet or at the front. Service is fast and efficient. If I am around the area, I would stop by for a drink.

So tasty with so many varieties and flavors and with option for caffeinated tea replacement with variety of herbal teas.

One of the few boba shops in the Castro area and it's a sweet spot to cool down on those warmer days. Ordering is easy at the kiosk but I do wished they had a second one to make the line move a bit more especially on crowded days. When Dolores Park is super busy, I find QualiTea to have a long line and sometimes, it moves painfully slow. To make things faster, you can view their menu online and order through the Yelp app for pickup haha. But anyways, I enjoy the Thai iced tea and it is creamy, refreshing and oh so good. My other favorite is the strawberry matcha latte which is perfectly sweet and tart. There is seating inside and outside and but no bathroom. But yeah, it's a good pitstop if you are heading to Dolores Park one direction or to the Castro in the other direction.

Came here on a Sunday around 1:30pm. There was no line and we got the drinks within 3 minutes of ordering! I ordered a Rose Milk Tea with 50% sugar and less ice. It is REALLY good. The tea flavor is strong and so is the rose flavor. Overall a great drink! Highly recommend it. I think next time I'd get 30% sugar.

Cute, casual boba spot. There's a kiosk that you can use to place your order. There's a decent amount of tables and chairs inside. They also have outdoor seating. I ordered the Rose Petal w/ boba and at 30% sweetness. The sweetness level was perfect for me. Now thinking back, it was pretty sweet for 30%. I can't imagine what 100% sweetness would taste like. The rose flavor wasn't overpowering. The mixture of rose and jasmine was fragrant and nice. The drink overall was light. The boba itself had a good texture - soft and chewy. However, the boba did harden slightly and lost some of the soft chewiness as time went on.

One of my favorite spots to get boba in the city! Their milk tea, boba, and other drinks are very tasty. The shop has seating inside and outside. The staff are very friendly as well. You can order either via kiosk or through a cashier.

This is one of my favorite boba places in SF! You can order at the front or at the kiosk. It took about 5 min to get our orders. My boyfriend and I got the make your own sparkling drink and it was perfectly sweet. I wish they gave a bit more boba though :(

What fun flavors to choose from! I went for a walk through Corona Heights and ended up at Qualitea, excited for a lil sweet treat. I was impressed by the ease of ordering (on an iPad), friendliness of staff, and size of the drink for the cost. And it impressed! I loved my lil strawberry matcha drink and will definitely be back.

The drinks here were amazing and delicious the service is very kind and very sweet but one thing that I wish they could and is bigger sizes cuz I drink them fast! Also I wish they could add some snacks but overall it's good. But also the ambiance is good and they have games that you could play while you wait.

got the matcha blossom with almond milk & 30% sugar, sweetness was just nice and almond milk wasn't super overpowering compared to other almond matcha lattes I get. would still prefer oat/ normal milk though

I don't remember all the drinks, but I've tried 2 of the 5 and it was not for me. I tried the house milk tea at 30% sugar with boba. I read some reviews that the drinks were super sweet (some even at 30%) and decided to just try it. I was surprised by how off my expectations were. It definitely was not overly sweet. The drink tasted like it was water with a tiny hint of tea. Pretty bad. I took a sip of my friend's roasted oolong milk tea, I think 30% sugar as well. It wasn't the best imo, but my friend liked it. It had a very strong roasted flavor, but that was all I could really taste. The fruit teas I didn't try, but no one seemed to hate it. Their boba is surprisingly alright, pretty chewy with a sweet syrup taste.

Grapefruit Blush with Crystal Boba ($5.50 +$0.50 Topping) and Taro Kisses with Boba ($5.25 + $0.50 Topping)
    Tiffany Y.

My friend was craving boba and we found this spot nearby. I'm not sure if we came on an off day, but both the drinks that we got were pretty watered down. I got the Taro Kisses ($5.25 + $0.50 boba), which had a lot of taro chunks that were too big to get through the straw. The boba was lightly sweetened though and a bit on the softer side. I liked the Grapefruit Bliss ($5.50 + $0.50 crystal boba) a bit more with the fresh fruit, but it could have had a stronger tea flavor.

I walked about 30 minutes and arrived too early as the store did not open until noon. I walked out to Geary Blvd. and there was a lot of construction as I explored the area. I returned with only 14 minutes left before opening. The lady opening the store was raising the blinds on the windows facing the street. She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. I wasn't familiar with pomelo and the lady told me it was like grapefruit. I still wanted to order a mango drink and went instead with the mango smoothie also 75% sweet with less ice. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent. The milk tea was not too sweet and I appreciated the peach bits in the drink. The mango smoothie was really creamy.

I don't normally drink a lot of boba, but vacations are for treating yourself, right? The crème brûlée milk tea was basically dessert in a cup. You could actually taste and chew on little bits of torched caramelized sugar throughout the drink. The boba itself was perfectly cooked, soft and chewy. And then there was pudding in there too! Every sip had me going "ooh" and "ahh" as I discovered another delicious texture. The only downside was that the drink only comes in one size, and it was a bit too much for me. She explained there may have been a mistake with one of the selected options in the app and even acknowledged that she understood if the drink could not be remade, but wanted to ask anyway. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself.
