Every contractor that came into our yard was knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. They were available to answer any questions and made sure they cleaned up before they left. We were told that the pool would be completed in 120 days and it was, even with delays because of weather. Once construction started we dealt with Teri, the scheduling manager, and Jon the supervisor who oversaw the construction of the pool and kept us informed of the process from start to finish. Teri is a gem; she schedules all the workers and lets you know when they will be in your yard. She is there to answer any and all questions. Jon is the person that makes everything work. He comes after each step of the pool construction is done and frequently visits to make sure you are up to speed on the process. His job does not end once the pool is complete he continues to visit and make sure you understand the operation and your responsibility as a pool owner. Jon explains everything in detail. A word of caution, whether you use Vintage or another company, make sure before signing the contract that in the plan design that all inspection codes are met or will need to meet in order to pass final inspection. You will then know if you will have additional financial responsibility. Finally as a pool buyer please understand that all the pool builders in the valley are using the same contractors so delays because of weather etc, are inevitable. Be patient. Gary, Teri,and Jon do their best to make sure everything is done in a timely fashion. If you want a great pool at a reasonable price, quality construction, and people who care about you as a client you can not go wrong with Vintage, a class operation.

In my opinion, there was a lack of organization with scheduling, and the project took much longer than I had been led to expect. I also felt that the contract and what was included in the project were not explained as clearly as they should have been. As the project progressed, I was told that certain items I believed were included were not, which created confusion and frustration. I believe a company should be transparent and clearly explain the scope of work, timeline, and any limitations before asking customers to make substantial payments. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Overall, I was disappointed with the communication, organization, and transparency throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not choose this company again or recommend it to others.

I can't go into detail because it is not our property to discuss. I will say that there will be meetings and a demo. There were several technicians to do the installation. There was a lot of constant motion in and out of the electric wire room. They were also in the Garage as well as the Hangar. It was a bit hectic, but we managed. They know their stuff. It is always better to be safe. Leave it to the Professionals. Thank You to the Supervisor, Dion, to oversee things for us. Employee turnover is not something that they deal with; I've seen the same technicians for years. We've always been satisfied with their work. And I am sure we will be contacting them for jobs in the future.

My pool builder hired Murphy Electric and I paid for an upgrade to a 50amp subpanel vs. the 30amp…read morethat would be standard for my pool build. - To add my 50amp pool subpanel breaker, they had to move and combine some others. Well, they upsized two single 15amp breakers onto a 20amp tandem and put it into a slot that didn't support tandems. The panel door has a diagram showing where tandems are allowed! They did eventually come out and install a 15amp tandem in the right spot, but it took weeks of pestering my pool builder to get the electricians to even contact me. - I paid for a 50amp panel for future additional use vs. the 30amp standard. They ran 8 gauge copper for the 173' run. Similar installations call for 6 gauge at that length due to voltage drop being outside of NEC standards. After weeks of unanswered questions they showed the wire is rated for 50amps, but have not produced a voltage drop calculation that I've asked several times from two levels of management over 2+ months to prove that I can actually use the future capacity upgrade I paid for. Based on my experience, I will not use Murphy Electric again and would not recommend them to others.

We moved into a house with a dinosaur level of old hot tub, something was found to not work in inspection and the old owners had someone "fix it" through their warranty. They did not fix it, at all. That's a whole other story I'll spare you. It was later mostly fixed. Then everything started falling apart after we got our own warranty, and the company we found who were also great sold it and closed up shop. Recently I went to clean the spa to refill it, and noticed it was literally falling apart. I had to stop cleaning it as I couldn't, so I jumped on here to try and find help, most responses I got said they weren't taking on new clients. Enter DJ and amber. Heaven sent magical beings. DJ gave me a fair estimate to replaster and paint it, came back maybe 6 times in 2 weeks to get it all done, was beyond responsive, hilarious, fun, my doggie loves him, and he's the type of guy I'd 110% be friends with. I was away while he finished fixing it up, and got endless updates in text and picture form and appreciated it more than I could express. I recently got home and found out the company sent by the warranty to fix the heater and the pump did neither of them. So I called DJ and he said he'd be over in 20 minutes to take a look. This guy is my hero, and though the issues are still bad and we're still getting bs runaround responses from companies, I feel safer and better knowing that when it comes down to it he'll make sure everything gets done. After being screwed over and burned by so many contractors over the years, it's so incredible to find someone who goes beyond above and beyond to get the jobs done. I don't ever wanna use another company as long as I have a pool or spa in my yard in Vegas.

Oh where do I begin? The entire process gets a F grade from me…read more The highlights are...there was stagnant water left in my pool for weeks. There was cement left on the flooring and these guys decided to fill my pool up with water without fixing the issue even after I raised concerns several times , so the contractor had one of his guys dive in the pool to try and remove it with a wire brush...a disaster. I had the pool decking done and in less than a year and a half, it's peeling up. I have contacted them on several occasions and have been told by Scott that they will get to me soon. That was in December. I've called at least 3 times to get in touch with a manager and have yet to receive a call back. You will be impressed by the sales guy and disappointed by the work and response to your inquiries. I spent $20k on this and it has been one of my biggest regrets. I will update to let you all know if they actually fix my issue....I'm doubtful. Update...since posting this review....instead of explaining why my decking looks this way...they sent an email. Their "warranty" is good for 1 year. I spent $20k plus for a one year warranty. I've lived in this house for 13 years without issues with my decking. I've had this new decking for a year and a half and this is what I get. Last note...they didn't have the decency to take my calls. Very disappointing...If I were you I would hire someone else.

Justin my sales guy is beyond amazing, fantastic communication throughout the entire process and his work ethic and helpfulness has been so wonderful! He even came back after all was finished to put my decorative mailbox back up, which was way above and beyond!
