AAA dispatched Quality towing to help me get my car to the tire shop since I had a flat flat tire and my spare was also flat. I called AAA around 7:45 AM and quality towing was there within 20ish minutes. Rafiq got my information and loaded my car onto his bed and got it to the tire location quickly with no issues. Ameer came to my home for a dead battery problem. He could not have been nicer or more thorough. He spent time diagnosing WHY my battery had drained, explained how to avoid it in the future, replaced my battery and checked all of my interior settings to make sure they were correct. My insurance keeps sending them out - I waited FOUR HOURS on the side of the 805 freeway at NIGHT with a puppy in the car and could not get them to send anyone out. Now I have to have it towed a second time to get it to a shop today and they are an hour late in the middle of the day. Broke down on the side of the freeway and I have roadside services that I pay for. I'm thinking everything will work out and be okay- That's what I pay for after all. My carrier assigned this company to me, and they call me and tell me they'll be 30 minutes. An hour goes by, then I get a call from a driver asking me to share my location from my phone after I already submitted a GPS pin with my request. Sketchy. He says he'll be 15 minutes. Then he calls me back and tries to get money out of me- "ohh you're not covered for the service- only for me to come out." I am fully aware of the fact that my Carrier picks up the bill for me and I pushed back and told them I wouldn't be paying them a second time for a service my carrier would be paying for. They keep going round in circles trying to get me to pay until I flat out tell them I will escalate this with my carrier and get their contract revoked, and suddenly "oh we called them and got it all sorted out" This company is run by a bunch of thieves and con men. read more

ZERO stars if possible. My experience matches that of many other 1-star reviews. On April 20, 2023, my mother-in-law contacted USAA Roadside Assistance, whose subcontractor Agera arranged the service with Quality Towing. I spent an hour on several phone calls with USAA, Agera, and Quality Towing. (I was at home while my mother-in-law was on the side of the road.) (1) Terrible communication with Quality Towing. They barely speak English. On multiple occasions in our conversations, I was patient and asked the Quality employee to clarify and repeat something, but he ignored me instead. (2) Quality said that it wouldn't bring the car to our desired repair shop because the driver wouldn't be with the car. This made no sense because the driver would have accompanied the tow truck and car to the shop. This necessitated additional phone calls to resolve. (3) Quality said that it wouldn't bring the car to our specified repair shop because the shop would be closed, even though we had already made arrangements with that shop to leave the car after hours, as we have done dozens of times in the past. This unnecessary confusion also required additional communication to resolve. (4) Quality couldn't clearly communicate with Agera whether Quality had the ability to provide assistance with putting the spare tire on and ensuring that it was inflated properly. This is a normal function of a roadside assistance provider. I don't know if this was the fault of Agera or Quality or both. Ultimately, a municipal service vehicle helped my mother-in-law and we never had to use Quality's services, so I don't know if Quality has this basic capability. read more

I called AAA again and they stated that they were monitoring my situation. Then I found out the TRUTH. QUALITY TOWING IGNORED my request due to DISTANCE of my tow. Apparently anything past 10 miles they have a problem with. This is what I hope.... I hope each and every one of you who ignored my request, one day gets TREATED the same as you treated me or any one of your spouses or children, to get ABANDONED and left on the side of the road for your PATHITIC reason. They received all the necessary information on the veh, they requested a picture which was sent, they were given both address, the call takers continued to ask questions such as "what's wrong with the veh?" Doesn't run. Few monuments later "Do you know why the veh doesn't run?" I wanted to scream F'ing Broke! But I didn't! THEN! HERE IT IS! They canceled an hour and half ago and never notified me! Quality Towing company is the WORST! My car broke down in the fast lane on the 15 South Freeway on Thanksgiving night. Your dispatcher told me I would have a tow truck within 20 minutes. Two hours later, and multiple excuses and reasons for not showing up, I was finally told no tow truck was coming. I was in a dangerous situation, and I could've made other arrangements if your dispatcher had been honest That no tow truck was coming. One of the worst towing companies to deal with. Gave me an ETA 52 minutes. Called around that time & apologized for the delay & it would be 15-20 more minutes. Okay cool that's fine. 20 min flies by, I call again, says the same thing, "he's 20 min behind". I wait again. Nope. Nothing. I called my car company to have them change the towing company because it really is unprofessional at this point. Towing company says they're sorry & it'll be another 20min. Still nothing. Worst towing company I've encountered anywhere. AAA should really reconsider using such crappy companies with no authenticity The dispatchers talk to you in a rude, discourteous tone and have no sense of urgency to help you. They will promise the tow drivers to show up at a certain time and they never do. Then when you call to cancel and reschedule, they apologize and tell you they will show up next day morning. When my tow was originally cancelled and rescheduled, the driver called 10 mins before 7 am the arrival time and said that he knows that mechanic personally and they don't open till 9 so he can't just take the car there and leave it. I spoke personally to the mechanic and scheduled a spot for the tow driver to leave the car and keep the key in the drop box and the mechanic is like yeah all tow guys do that thats not something new and we always have tow drivers drop off cars at all times and leave keys in drop box. They will hang up on you, and are very unpleasant to talk to. When they do show up, they act like an entitled brat - the guy wont even roll his window down when I approached the tow truck and kept on his phone call while gesturing me to hold on for like 3 minutes. After I told him twice that I called the shop and they were expecting him and would be there to assist he proceeded to give me a 1970's shakedown line, "they better be there to help me, or else..." it almost made me laugh out loud till I realized he was serious. I thought my daughters SUV needed a battery. Quality towing came out. Jack did not test the battery nor the alternator to see if they work. He just went with what I thought. ( what do I know ). He replaced the battery. The very next day the car did the same thing, would not accelerate, leaving me stranded. I called Quality Towing back out to be told that it was not the battery and that it is the alternator. The employee stated the other guy, Jack, should have known better and basically he did not do his job right and he was just selling a battery. This place is terrible. They charged me over $147 for a four mile tow and that it would be an hour. When they didn't show up I contacted them and they told me it would be another hour. I told them the auto repair place would be closed and cancelled the tow. They refused to cancel it and refund my credit card. This place then texted me and said they would be there in 30 minutes. I called again and cancelled the tow. They still refused to credit my card. I obtained another tow for half of the price. I had to dispute the credit card charge. read more

I got roadside assistance on 12/20/2020 for a flat tire. The guy came out and replaced the tire with the spare one. He left and so did we. On our way home, we kept listening to a weird noise coming from the tire. We then heard a pop noise and got out to see. To our surprise, 2 lug nuts were missing and the other three were loose. Luckily, that tire did not come out on the freeway or else it would have cost our lives. I am definitely finding a lawyer for this negligence and damages made to my car since it is currently at the shop for repairs. read more

I was very pleased with first day's service. Timely, courteous, professional. Kudo's to Jonathan the driver. However, the following day when the trailer was taken from the lot to the repair facility, the driver wasn't told the wheel bearings were bad and towed the trailer instead of loading it on the back of the truck. I could have towed the trailer with my own truck! So now the spindle is bad and I may need a new axle. Communication was lacking. read more
