Pretty decent amount of seating and very comfortable despite how small the place is. Music is good, swings between lo-fi chill and more upbeat pop. But most importantly the music is not too loud, so it's perfect for either working or hanging out. Every person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Ordered a lavender latte and orange blossom matcha - both delicious, highly recommend.

Soothing color scheme and literal refreshing beverages! I got the Spring Break Aerocano - but then learned about their cold plunge energy soda which uses ripe coffee beans so the caffeine is more concentrated or something! Sounds excellent and I will try it next time! I always learn about something that I want to try the next time I'm in! I had previously purchased the Platt Park roast (love the local love!), and enjoyed French pressing it at home. It was really smooth and delicious - an all morning presser. I noticed that this time when I was in that they had beans for sale that had CBD! So interesting! I love the CBD nitro cold brew at Blue Sparrow and so I totally zoomed in on this on the shelf and was totally intrigued and had so many questions! The roaster happened to be in the store so he answered all my questions! This place always feel so sophisticated and I always learn multiple new things just by speaking with the barista's and this time the roaster as well! I love dropping in at this literal neighborhood gem whenever I'm in the neighborhood!

I got one of my favorite latte's, the Dente. It's made with orange, chocolate and cinnamon. A rich coffee drink. I added their house-made bacon breakfast burrito. It was well loaded with bacon, egg and potatoes. They provided a red salsa. The dining room was clean with soft music being played. I noticed all of the hot drinks increased by $ 0.20 (3% increase) since my last photo of Nov 2025.

It was packed, every table, but one was full, and we were lucky enough to snag that. Even with a full house, the place was very quiet, people respected the "wfh coffee shop" culture, and did not seem to be talking loudly or taking meetings. The drinks were great, not too fancy, but my Matcha was yummy. We also tried a gluten-free zucchini bread and a lemon pound cake which really hit the spot. Prices are pretty fair, and I had no issue finding street parking even on Broadway, although I had a busier time of day, I can imagine it might be more difficult. I love that this place was open later and I would definitely come back I know people have different remarks about the Wi-Fi, the staff gave us extra Wi-Fi codes in case we ran out, yes, there is a timer and you have to make a purchase, but they are very chill about it and will give you a new code if you run out

The service is always fantastic. The staff is super helpful and they really know their coffee. The Order: Spicy Chai Latte: I love that they ask if you want it sweet or spicy. I went with spicy and it was perfect. Great flavor with a nice kick!Banana Cinnamon Bun: This was absolutely delicious. S'mores Pop-Tart: My husband got this toasted treat with a marshmallow topping, and it was incredible. It's like a high-end version of a childhood classic. Atmosphere: We sat on the patio since it was a beautiful day. It's a great spot to catch up and take your time, but bring sunglasses! It gets very bright out there. Price: We spent around $25-$30 for two drinks and two snacks. For the quality of the craft coffee and the unique house-made pastries, it's definitely worth it. Overall Experience: I highly recommend coming here if you're visiting Colorado or if you live here. It's a top-tier coffee spot with a few locations in Denver and I always recommend trying their coffee flights. Between the great service, the outdoor vibes, and seeing they offer cool coffee classes for the future. This spot is a great place to spend an afternoon.

I also got the Fox and Raven mocha, because I usually only get mochas and there was just one on the menu, and I t was smooth, chocolatey. Corvus is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality of both the food and drinks makes it worth it. The space itself is large, airy, and comfortable, with plenty of seating. Even on a sunday morning, service was fast and it didn't feel crowded. Parking was easy, which is a plus. I liked that the atmosphere struck a good balance between not being too quiet so it feels weird to talk and not being too loud where I'm feel like I'm yelling to my friend and can't hear her. It feels like a great place to work or study. The baristas were extremely friendly, and I was impressed by the variety of baked goods available. I do wish there were a few more coffee drink options overall, but since they do mochas well, I would definitely come back.

The fruits sandwich made with shokupan bread was light and fresh, an excellent pick-me-up. This is a standard Japanese snack done beautifully. The mixed berries (a Danish made with croissant dough) was a delight in looks and taste. Neither item was excessively sweet. They were just right. The beef curry wrapped in dough, crusted in panko crumbs, and deep-fried was excellent. The curry itself had real flavor and zest, and the surrounding crust was delicious too. Not only a great accompaniment, but also a very cool way to eat curry with your bare hands. A very generous serving too. My brother got the most beautiful-looking chocolate croissant! And my son bought himself a chocolate cornet, which surprised me by being soft baked dough. Haven't tasted them, but I couldn't wait to post this review. I look forward to trying something with cream cheese or custard next time. Unfortunately they were out of the bacon epi, but that happens with bakeries. Good advice to call the day before if your heart is set on a particular item. We were just lucky to get the rest of the items on our list on a Saturday at lunchtime.
