I've dropped by here a few times as a walk-in for a manicure and pedicure and each time I was taken right away. While my needs have been super basic, the service provided has always been pretty consistent. I've had a few different nail techs and all have been sweet, professional and accommodating. In terms of being thorough, there may have been one or two times where the service felt rushed through (lacking attention to detail with cuticle, filing etc) but the end result was still satisfactory. If you don't have cash for tipping, there is actually an ATM inside the shop should you find yourself cashless (as I often am.) If you're looking for a quick walk-in salon that is typically not too crowded, give them a shot! read more

Cindy is my girl! Dip every 2.5 weeks. Lil chips here and there but never anything catastrophic. She's hip to different nail shapes and can support longer looks w reinforcement of products. I like her filing skills w square the best in my hand shape. She also buffs the inside of the nail bed and the edges of nails which is a nice finishing touch. She can do multiple services and is an awesome waxer too. I trust her to do a Brazilian on me! Always professional, runs on time and doesn't overbook herself. Lisa is also great at dip! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no wait, which was nice. Decided to get an Ocean Spa pedi for the advertised massage, which ended up being meh. Just felt like light leg-rubbing. Quality of service was okay. Once my nail polish dried, it looked like I had a thin layer of paint on it. :( And my cuticles weren't maintained very well. Also, the chair I sat in did not adjust at all. I'm short, so I had to uncomfortably scoot down just so I could get my toes done. I wouldn't pay extra for the bells and whistles. If you need a quick pedi, just get the basic option for $33 instead of upgrading. read more

I've tried this place 3x because I live around the block - but each time is worse than the last. They not only do a terrible job, it takes far too long and they are trying to upsell you every 5-10 mins. I have officially had my share of bad experiences with this place and will not be returning. This SNS cost $50, although they charged me $58 last time (unsure why the difference) and it took 1:45 - far too long. And awful outcome. Rough nails. Terrible "paint" job, very messy and sloppy looking. My friend received a classic mani and she left with bubbles throughout her nail polish. Do not waste time or money here. read more

Very large salon that offers a variety of services. Went in with a group of 4 for a pedicure and they were super accommodating and got us in immediately. However, the quality of service was disappointing. For $53... I would expect an even coat of nail polish and a consistent nail shape. The staff had little interaction with us which is okay, but it is nice for your nail techs to interact and not seem as though your party is a burden. It was nearly impossible to request a change in service (ask for another coat, trim down a bit) without them seeming inconvenienced. 2 stars for accommodating a group of 4. But this salon lacks customer service and attention to detail. Not very impressed. read more

I liked my technician- Mina (or Meena)- and she did a good job. She asked if I would come back and I said of course! The problem started when I was being rung up. She told me $46- she added $10 for removing my SNS for my gel manicure. The claim was that removing SNS was more difficult than gel. Anyone who gets their nails done regularly knows that this simply is not true. So I asked, if I decide to get SNS next time, are you going to charge me to remove my gel? They said no. Huh? The worst nail experience I have ever had .. my nails look worst than the way I walked in. The guy who did my gel manicure and pedicure definitely has no experience. I have nail polish around my nail like if A kid painted it.. he did not remove my cuticles properly and on top of this I came out with glue stuck under my nail and around my fingers. Nope. Wanted to like this place. It was clean, they used a sanitary plastic bag in the pedicure bowl and fresh tools. BUT, I am just leaving and it appears as tho I already need a fill in. How? The lady also cut me multiple times. When I asked about this gap between my polish and finger, they said it's supposed to look that way. Although this is my first SNS attempt, somehow I doubt that. I had such a terrible experience here with SNS. The quality of the manicure was terrible, when finishing the process, she failed to clean up to edges around the cuticle, leaving it uneven. When I pointed it out, she proceeded to file my cuticle, not the color. She ended up cutting me twice in the process, and after multiple requests for her to disinfect the cuts, I literally had to pull my hands away and refuse to let her touch me until a manager came over. The only explanation I was given was that the employee I had did not speak English (which is understandable, but not an acceptable excuse for atrocious quality and truly unsanitary habits). The manager did clean it up (enough that I didn't go to another salon to have them redone, which was my original plan) - but a week later, I still have scabs from where I was cut from the drilling instrument on two fingers, and multiple nails have chipped. read more
