Not too big, not too small. My nail tech was Kristy. I showed her a picture of the toenail polish design that I wanted and she said "ok, I can do that for you". I chose the full moon pedicure that includes scrub, cream, paraffin wax and a 20 minute massage. It was wonderful and well needed !!! Kristy then began the nail polish and design. She took her time and even then she was quite fast. The design came out exactly as I'd asked. BEAUTIFUL!!! I was so happy and let her know. Kristy was kind and friendly throughout and so was the front desk assistant. There's an ATM inside for cash tip. I was greeted by a nail technician named Phuong. She was dressed professionally and also was very professional in greeting and talking with me about what I wanted for my nail services for the day. I showed her pictures of nail inspiration for what I was looking for and she was able to help me pick a color that would match what I wanted. I have been to many nail places where they rush through the process of asking you the shape of your nails, and the color that you're looking for, so I greatly appreciate the time that Phuong took to meet with me to talk before getting into the appointment. The facility was clean, well organized, and nail technicians were communicating with their guests. Many of which I could tell there were fostered relationships between them (which shows quality of service!) Unfortunately, the last place that I got my nails done left my nails very damaged and thin. Phuong do some suggestions for a future appointment that may help to strengthen my nails as they grow out. Phuong took her time to prep my cuticles and shape my nails properly. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your male nail technicians, named Kim. I had a truly disappointing and painful experience, and I feel compelled to share just how poorly the appointment went. From the beginning, Kim seemed rushed and inattentive. He did not take the time to properly prep or shape my nails, and the result was absolutely unacceptable. My nails were left thick, uneven, and crooked -- a far cry from the professional finish I expected. Not only did they look awful, but the work was also so rough that my fingers were left sore and uncomfortable afterward. I trusted your salon to provide a professional and comfortable experience, but this was far from it. I am extremely upset and disappointed, and I believe some form of accountability is in order. I would appreciate it if this matter were addressed, and I expect either a refund or a correction by a more experienced technician who actually takes pride in their work. read more

Queen's Spa is absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and really takes their time to do a great job. It can be hard to find someone who is really good at SNS dipping but Hannah is spectacular. With her I've never had some of the issues that I have had with people at other salons doing the dipping (cracking, not a smooth finish, rough edges, etc.). She is absolutely fabulous. Truly she's amazing I would follow her anywhere there hasn't been one time since I've been going to her that I haven't been more than happy with my nails, she kills it every single time!
