    Hummus
    Mor W.

We visited on a Saturday around noon, and the first challenge was parking. Finding a spot in the area was surprisingly difficult, so give yourself extra time if you're coming during peak hours. The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and well maintained. We were seated near the bar area, which had a nice atmosphere. Food wise, there were definitely some highlights. The hummus was excellent. Fresh, creamy, flavorful, and easily one of the best things we ordered. The burger was also very good. High quality ingredients, cooked properly, and packed with flavor. The breakfast plate was mixed. The sausage and the rest of the plate were enjoyable, but the biscuit was extremely hard and difficult to eat. The cocktails were pleasant and enjoyable, though not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the service lacked attention to detail throughout the meal. Our hummus arrived before any utensils or napkins were brought to the table. After joking with our server that we must have forgotten our silverware at home, they apologized and eventually brought everything over. The iced tea took multiple requests before it arrived. We had to ask three separate times, and once it finally came, there was no sweetener. We then had to ask again for sweetener before being able to enjoy the drink. None of these issues were major on their own, but together they created a service experience that felt disorganized and inattentive. Overall, the food was good enough that I can understand why people like this place, especially the hummus and burger. However, the service needs improvement, particularly when it comes to paying attention to basic details and responding to requests in a timely manner. I would consider giving it another chance, but mainly because of the food rather than the service.

I made a reservation to celebrate my stepdad for Father's Day since he's a big fan of Dunedin when he worked in North Park. The service by Luis was great! I ordered the lamb smash with sweet potato fries and we shared a golden beet salad. Everything tasted delicious and the portion sizing was perfect. The mint dressing was such an interesting piece of the lamb smash burger but so tasty. The views were stunning and could not have been a better dining experience!

This new location is in a fun area of Del Mar. I stopped in for a glass of wine and to catch a bit of the World Cup games. The bartender was nice and attentive. The new space sparkles with nice decor. The outside seating is great for that ocean breeze and people watching.

The smash Lamberger was very good and big enough to split. The service was also very good. The ambience is windy so they have blankets to cover up. The reason why we gave it only four stars is because we asked for coffee which is five bucks a cup and they gave us an espresso because they weren't making coffee today and it was very bitter and I like black coffee, but not that bitter.

Excellent experience at this new Queenstown as usual with all of the e restaurants of this chain. What a nice add to Del Mar! That corner has changed dramatically and I can only see tons of people enjoying food and ambiance there. I love their lamb burger and it was the same flavor and moist and other Queenstowns. Fries were perfect too. Server was adorable and fast. Light is very mellow creating a peaceful atmosphere. Separated there is a bar area where the restrooms are located. They have blankets in case you have to wait outside to get a spot. I am loving it.

Awesome atmosphere and service. However, little sun protection at this table.

I tried Queenstown last night. We do a weekly motorcycle ride to dinner. There were 4 of us last night. I had the Smash Burger and a Cesar salad. All the food and drinks were fantastic, as was our server. I will definitely go back. The only downside was at this time of year, at dinner time the sun was baking our table. We asked to have the shade lowered and they told us they couldn't do that but offered sunglasses. Eric went through several napkins mopping sweat his bald head... but then the sunset. Still a fantastic place. We will just wait for a table not in the sun, and this is only an issue certain times of day / year.

This restaurant is beautiful. The food was amazing. John and Jaime were super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the cocktails. John made me a reposado tequila espresso martini and Jaime made me the kelvin heights both were really yummy. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was the best grits I ever had. The shrimp were seasoned to perfection and had a little spice to them. My only note is I wish It came with 2 poached eggs and not one but I ended up ordering an extra side. Can't wait to come back !!!

Burger and steak fries were delicious. Service was good except the coffee was bitter. I had to put cream in it. Ambience was beautifully decorated. I loved the colors . The music was too loud at times. They have only been open 4 weeks.

As a local, I'm so happy that Queenstown has moved into this location! On the corner of Camino Del Mar and 15th just up from Powerhouse park, this spot has been home to a few other businesses and this is the one I would like to stay. Gorgeous on the inside, filled with plants and large windows that open up to the outside so you can still get that patio feel if you're on the side close to the windows. Their bar and kitchen is across the walkway which is unusual but I love the equally appealing but different vibe of the darker and more tucked away bar. For happy hour I have had their burger, fries and bubbly special and it is sO good. The fries are shaped like chips but textured like fries with both a ketchup and a brown sauce on the side for dipping. The burger is perfect and the prosecco added on is a wonderful bonus. I'll absolutely be getting this combo on repeat to kick off happy hour or before moving on to Monarch to continue the evening.

The ambiance and food were excellent. We liked the curry flavor of the vegetable pie, and being able to swap the steak fries for sweet potato fries. The beet salad had minty undertones and was also delicious.

We got the beet salad, the NZ Sea Bass and I got the lamb smash. The lamb smash was a lot of burger . Very moist. Looking around there was so much good food people were ordering. Our server was Ivan and he's absolutely amazing. He was not only attentive to us but it appears to be really persona to all the tables.

Best espresso martini I've had and the lamb burger was o juicy. The decor inside is beautiful.

(No hate, I love fish sticks). Personally for me needed fat. Octopus plate was gorgeous. Potatoes had a nice garlicky kick. Octopus I've had more tender and flakey elsewhere. Here the cooking was uneven. Lovely when everything combined together. Needed salt. Pork belly taco was almost completely topped with parsley. Ceviche was made with cooked fish. Enjoyed the lightness and brightness. Needed salt for balance. Great acidity. Flautas looked nice but he said it was fat on fat with pork belly, egg yolk, and crema. Coconut Margarita was refreshing.
