As I was seated in the lobby waiting for my truck to be serviced, a bald blue eyed older man who wears glasses was talking with another coworker about a customer who he couldn't figure out the gender of. I'm in the belief that everyone's entitled to their own opinions, but to openly talk about a customer in front of other customers waiting in the lobby is highly unprofessional and just plain rude. I don't even think most people care about these things because it does not directly effect them, so all I'm gonna say is not only how dumb but also tone deaf do you have to be that someone's gender is such a hot topic of discussion that it needs to be discussed in front of other customers to hear. Keep locker room talk in the locker room, not the waiting lobby where you have other customers who might be affected by what you say. This isn't a just a gender thing either, it would be rude to talk about anyones race, ethnicity, weight, sexuality, etc. Extremely unprofessional and just plain gross. read more

I'm glad I did, Subiroo (car) takes the the beating from soft off-roading, camping and bug splats. Arrived when they opened at 7:00am on a Friday as a walk-in (no appointment). Greeted promptly, truck went in immediately, service requested was completed correctly and quickly, and the price was reasonable. Can't really ask for more. I REALLY appreciate that this Quick Lane takes walk-ins. So many have moved to appointments-required, which is a super pain when traveling around the country. UNFAIR AND BAD SERVICE. I took my car in for service at the Rodeo Ford Quick Lane for oil change and battery replacement and even though that my ford battery should be under warranty they did not wanted to honor my free replacement. I bought this vehicle at this dealer and the battery is a ford motorcraft battery ... it doesn't make sense this is not fair. On top of that I am an essential worker and they did not honor the free oil change either. They took about 3 hours to complete service. NOT BUYING ANOTHER FORD EVER. I took my Hyundai Sonata to Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted immediately and handed off to a service adviser. The waiting room has windows to the shop and I was able to watch the car be brought in and inspected quickly. My service adviser and I agreed to service including front and rear breaks, oil change, tire rotation and a few other small service items within the first 30 minutes of my arrival. I agreed the car needed service and I agreed to the pricing. I asked for a time and was told 3 hours and I choose to wait. The job took 6 hours and the communication on the wait was very poor to say the least. Omnicraft parts are used and dealer prices are charged. I did end up having issues with the breaks and returned to have them replaced. Omnicraft break pads were a "material mismatch". This is a dealership (on the Rodeo Ford lot) and operates like a dealership from the adviser right down the the free donuts and popcorn. This is not a quick lube station. read more

At first I called Peoria Ford. My radio and backup camera were out. I thought it might just be a fuse. They wanted to keep my car for seven days even with an appointment for what turned out to be a loose fuse... Peoria's told me I would find the same service at all the dealerships... so I called Rodeo Ford in Avondale. They said they would check the fuse for me on the spot... the 20 minute drive was well worth it... no wait at the Quick Lane and it took them 5 minutes to fix the fuse... no charge... great attitudes all around... I'll take my truck to them for now on. read more

I have been to a lot of different shops and to be honest this place is the best ever. The service writers were all so very attentive to my needs without the pressure sales tactics. This has a very large and comfortable waiting area including large windows to see what is being performed. Nice refreshment bar with water in a mini fridge and coffee and donuts now who wouldn't love this. Only wish they had flavored creamer and not powdered cream yuck. But overall I will definitely be back in the future. Such a nice treat. read more

This place is so slow. I've been here more than an hour to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They told me that I need to have my lug nuts replaced because the lug nuts are swollen, otherwise they would not be able to rotate my tires. I said no thanks and to not worry about rotating the tires. They wanted to be sure that I do bring it back to have them replaced as I would be stranded if I had a flat and couldn't remove the lug nuts. Again, I'll be fine and I'll take care of it. (As I am fully capable of purchasing and replacing lug nuts and I do have emergency roadside service in case I get stranded.) Magically, they were able to rotate my tires without issue. My car is finally out after an hour and a half--oil changed and tires rotated. Interestingly, neither the receipt or the multi-point inspection mention their deep concern for those swollen lug nuts. read more

Went to have my oil changed. Went inside to wait for my car to be done but had a question about buying tires for my othwr car. Went to counter but after waiting 5 minutes, I left and sat back down. The bad thing was, there was a group of Quick Lane employees behind the counter telling jokes and laughing, looking at me but NOT even acknowledging me to see if they could help me. I had a flat tire which Walmart replaced but couldn't put back on my car due to the Covid situation ~ I needed the tire put on my car ~ called Quick Lane and Amanda told me to bring my car in. I was greeted warmly and they put the tire on in less than 15 minutes, and they didn't charge me!!! My day started off so badly and their great deed of exemplary customer service just made my day!!! Rodeo Ford has a Quick Lane that is worth 5 stars. Excellent customer service and communications with the customer. They are the only service that I let do my oil changes but they have also done my brakes and major repairs. With their customer service I have never had a surprise on my invoices and they deliver when promised. This is how a car repair service should operate. read more

This is a long review so I will give you the bottom line first..Rodeo does not care, value nor respect your time!!! 1st let me state this rating is not about my interaction with the personnel at Quick Lane. They are the ones on the front lines implementing poor decisions by the Service Manager or General Manager or the Earnhardt's themselves. A little about me for context. I have worked with franchise auto dealers of all makes for over 40yrs so I know a little more then the average person walking into a dealership about their operations. I bought my F150 new from Rodeo in 2017 because I wanted to keep my tax dollars in my community (if I could) & to be somewhat close for service (1hr round trip). For the last 5yrs I had service done here EXCLUSIVELY started with an online appointment and NEVER had to wait longer than 1 1/2 for the multitudes of service RO's (with up sells) written on the F150. I needed service so I went back online to book service only to find out they eliminated appointments and went to 1st come 1st serve? Given my understanding of dealership operations I knew this was not a change that values nor would respect the time of the customer and was a very big negative for customer service. Why you might ask? because a customer doesn't know if their service will take an hour or 5 hours BEFORE THEY GO!! (who wants to wait around 5 hrs?). Does the customer now impose on a second driver to transport them there and back while wasting their time without knowing if a ride is even needed? Given my apprehension I decided to give Rodeo the benefit of the doubt and committed my time to see how this played out...Pulled at 7:24AM on a Tuesday (they open @7) advised needed an oil change. Was asked was I going to wait. I indicated I was and was then advised there were numerous vehicles ahead of me (they open @ 7) and it was looking like 3+hrs. SO I would be sitting there for 3hrs+ IF their estimate was right!! I asked Mirna my service writer (worked with her on past service appoints) why the change to no appointments..she tried a couple of feeble excuse form cost increase?? to pandemic, to all dealers doing this (which I found out is not true Surprise Ford & Jones Ford still have appoints) and besides I would not be able to find an appoint for months even if they did (so she contradicted herself..oh well)..The manager came over and tried a few more excuses on me like, blaming too many no shows. So i spent an hour driving there & back only to find out I would have to wait 3+hrs for an oil change or call and impose on someone to pick me up & then take me back when service was completed(the name is quick lane right?). I left and by the end of that morning had an appointment at another Ford dealer in the area for the next day. The bottom line is Rodeo does not value nor respect the customer's time...If you want to roll the dice with your time than by all means go to Rodeo for service..you might hit the dealership at the right time where it will only take an hour or you might need to impose on a back up ride to follow because you find out its 3,4+hrs or you leave without service (which I did) and wasted the time going... DO yourself a favor and take your service needs to a Ford Dealership that values, respects and cares about your time. Franchise dealers are not the cheapest for service. Customers like me are wiling to pay a higher price for quality and convenient service that respects my time... They lost a loyal customer & I hope I have influenced others who have the same values as me to seek other service providers... read more

The customer service here is extraordinary!! My fiancé and I and puppy were on our way to CA where we're getting married with everything we need to get married including wedding dress and suit. We pulled over at a rest stop to let out our puppy and when we got back we had a flat tire. For whatever reason the lug nuts were stripped from previous tire work and we were unable to change the tire ourselves. We got AAA and they couldn't help, but did tow us back here to Goodyear. Here we went to a tire shop and they were unable to help, then the car dealership and they were also unable to help. Quick Lane was our final hope... and they were amazing! After hearing our story they got us in as quickly as possible and exchanged the tire and replaced all the stripped lug nuts. They also let our puppy come hang out inside with the AC and gave him treats. They kept us updated the whole time and really went out of their way to help us in every way. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! read more

I was on my way back to So Cal from Phoenix when i noticed my truck started making a strange noise as I was driving on I-10. Just about the time I realized this, I looked across the freeway and saw a Ford Dealer so I immediately exited to see if there any way they could help. I assumed my chances would be slim given it was 4:30 PM on a Tuesday but I didn't have a lot of options and didn't want to run the risk of continuing on into the desert only to break down in the middle of nowhere. Pulling into Quick Lane, which is next to Rodeo Ford, I was greeted by a porter, I explained the situation and he immediately went to get Richard Flores who is a service advisor. I asked Richard to take a quick test drive with me so I could have him hear the noise. Well of course, just as it always seems to be, I could not get the truck to duplicate the noise on that test drive. Richard still offered to put the truck right in the shop to have his techs inspect it to see if they could find the source of the noise. Richard even helped me disconnect the trailer I was towing so they could take it into the shop. Well after an hour long inspection that included putting the truck on a lift, they could not find anything wrong on the visual inspection. They did offer to take the truck in for further diagnosis on the following day but that would require me to leave it which would have been difficult given I was an hour from where I started this trip and didn't have a place to leave the trailer. Richard and the service manager both helped to find a rental truck from an outside source but at that time, all rental businesses had closed for the day. I ended up taking my truck and trailer back to where my trip started but the fact that Richard and the team at Quick Lane jumped right into action to try to help me was more than I could ever asked for. I don't travel through Goodyear that often, but if I ever need service and I am in the area, they will be my first choice. read more
