I had an appointment they never called with findings so I called they stated they "looked" at it but didn't know. Called again they stated an appointment only guarantees them to "look" at it. So next day mid afternoon they looked at it again and found problem now they had to order parts . Next day they got parts, completed work called stated car was ready. At pick up they gave me a receipt as I looked over receipt it showed water pump was replaced. So I questioned why that was replaced without telling me, they stated they broke the part and it was replaced without charge. They didn't plan on even telling me they broke it. Very shady company! I felt like because I am a female I was disrespected and taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend this place especially if you want things done "with an appointment". My gf had a big flat and rolled luckily into this store parking lot. I came at 7am and saw cory outside and asked if they could patch the tire and he said yes no problem but they open at 730am. I had to drop my gf at work and left the car there. Later He fixed the flat without bs or pressure sales because i thought he was going to like other big tire companies but he just mentioned if we needed to he had another continental tire for a really decent price actually. I totally recommend Greulich! My 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport's engine blew and I had my car towed to them. I've used them regularly for the last 4 years since moving from NY. Justin, the manager, had his team do a diagnosis on my car and also made quite a few calls to Hyundai to see if the engine would be covered under the extended warranty. He sent over the diagnostics to Ken Garff Hyundai in Surprise and connected with Cheyanna Angevine. The next thing I knew, I got a call from Cheyanna and my car was being towed to their dealership at no charge!! The Greulich team was very thorough with the inspection on my vehicle which I appreciate greatly. However, I was told it would be about two hours for an oil change plus alignment. I called back 3 hours in to check on the status and was told that only the inspection and oil change has been completed due to other parts needing to be replaced before they would agree to do the alignment. It has now been a little over 4 hours since I've dropped off my vehicle and all that I have approved for them to do is replace the cabin air filters and the oil change. read more

I was calling around to get quotes for my windshield wipers not functioning. This was the second place I called as they were closest to me, and Justin immediately invited me down to take a look at them, without charge. He did an inspection on them and then instead of offering to do the work on them, and after a few questions on about my car, he referred me to my dealership to see if it was still under warranty. Took my car in for an oil change. They did get me in early and had it done before my appointment time . But they also told me my brakes were extremely low and needed to be replaced ( front and back for 500$!!!!) Being a girl I wanted to speak to my husband first to make sure this service was actually needed . We decided against getting them done and decided to have our usual mechanic do them. Once at my mechanics He called me and told me he will not replace my brakes cause they don't even need to be replaced !!! My brakes still have 6 mm left which means I have miles and miles to go . My husbands company has an account there to get all of their work trucks serviced and every time he takes his truck in, he is met by rude unpleasant employees that act like you are bothering them. We live in Goodyear and we take his truck all the way to 7th and camelback now because that location has great service. Polite and responsive. You don't have any business dealing with customers if you don't have any customer service skills. My husbands company has a big acct with them and when I see the owner I will recommend to change providers because of the crappy service this place gives. I've brought my cars here like my 97 mustang and now my 96 benz and they proceed to use outdated systems to quote me $892 for an external fuel pump is a crazy price, I've just called my normal mechanic and was told $205. They've tried quoting me around 2k on my on my mustang for the most simplest repair and again my mechanic brought me a cheaper price and I bring my own part. I've had work done on both of my vehicles; 2011 Chev Traverse and 2003 Ram 1500 4wd, from oil changes to major repairs. The staff, especially Justin, has treated me very honestly and fairly! I've never felt like I've been taken advantage of! You need that when you take your expensive auto to someone. They want your business and are willing to match cost for major things, not sure about oil changes, as they charge only $19.88 for a regular oil change plus tax and shop fees. Pretty decent cost for an oil change. Plus, they are very reasonable for a synthetic oil change, $49.88 plus tax and shop fees. Dropped my car off for an apt. @11am. Their lift to do alignments broke and supposedly know one knew about it. I didn't get a call or anything from them to come get my car. ***buyer beware*** My wife went in to this location on 3/8/2019 after the rear a/c stopped blowing in our suburban. Benjamin was very pleasant and advised her the resister, harness and blower motor would need replaced as it was burned out. His quote was $1000 and change. She balked and asked me to call him. Benjamin advised me the rear harness and resistor was burned out and caused damage to the motor. He said it was a 6 hr job because the rear seat would have to come out. He stated the parts were just over $400. I asked for parts numbers and he told me he didn't have it in front of him. I hung up and called autozone who quoted me a price under $100 for replacement parts. I called Benjamin back and told him my wife would come pick the vehicle up. He asked why and I told him I found parts that were much cheaper than he was quoting. His excuse was he thought I'd want to replace the parts with GM certified parts. He then quoted me a price of $600 to complete the same job. I told him I was ok using oem parts that came with a lifetime warranty. He said, "let's try and work something out" and stated if I bought the parts and brought them in he'd only charge me the labor. I asked him how much that was and he said, "$400." No thanks. I bought the parts and went home to fix the "burned out" motor...it ended up being a 30 amp fuse that was burned out. I went ahead and checked the resistor, harness and motor and discovered several things. 1- the harness resistor and motor were not burnt out, but were taking a charge and seemed to be working as designed. 2- the back seat did not need to be take out in order to reach and replace the resistor and motor. 3- they didn't check the rear motor, resistor or wiring harness OR they lied about having to pull the rear seats. If they checked the equipment, they lied about them being burnt out. (See attached photos) This place is shady...no idea how they have such great reviews but they certainly tried taking advantage of my pregnant wife. I hesitate writing this bad review because I never am the person to complain, but there is so much about this that was wrong and shameful I can't allow others to be taken advantage of. read more

I checked to schedule an appointment the week of 4 July 22. The on line system not only said the store would be open on 4 July much to my surprise but also accepted my reservation and then sent me a confirmation text. I was surprised they would be open 4 July. Stupid me upon arriving on 4 July there was a printed sign attached to the window saying the store would be closed on the 4th.And then to add injury I could not cancel the appointment from the system and enter a new appointment until my originally scheduled appointment was completed. How that will happen is beyond me. Too bad from a customer point of view they do not maintain their online system. Especially in this day of high gas prices. Apparently they we're super nice and helpful for us with our first experience only to try to take advantage of us on subsequent visits. I am horribly disappointed with their service. We tried because they are nice enough, but on our last visit they told us it was going to be over 2k to fix the leaks "all over my engine" and extended warranty wouldn't cover it. I got a bad feeling and decided not to allow them to fox my car. Plus my husband decided he'd rather put that money down on a new car vs putting more money into this car. I love my car though so I told him I was going to take my car into Litchfield auto instead of trading it in for nothing. Upon their inspection, there are only 2 places leaking on my car, and extended warranty is covering 2/3 of the costs. Also, my underneath cover is missing and Greulics is the last place to have it. I am highly disappointed as I said earlier. They of course claim they never saw the cover and I am certain it didn't just fall off while I was driving.
