The customer service continues to decline. I hate to share this as I have been a supporter from day 1 for all my vehicles but the lack of genuine customer service is gone. The guys behind the counter speak to you like you are an idiot, don't respond when you have a question, tell you one thing and get another. They are busy so obviously something is going right(guaranteed contract pricing with CHP and others) but taking care of your loyal local supporters should be a given. Took our car in for a routine oil change, came home parked the car and left in the morning. This is what was on my driveway the next morning (car has never leaked a speck of oil), had car towed from work back to the shop and they said "maybe it was a loose filter" nothing about anything else cracked. Couple days later same thing happened, oil all over the drive way, filled up a couple times due to and not being able to take it in right away needing the vehicle. Finally tired of filling it up with oil and have a free weekend to drop it off and get fixed, just left the shop and Ruben said he changed some cover and it had nothing to do with their oil change procedure, but looking at the receipt it clearly states they replaced the engine oil filter assembly. Make it make sense, not one oil leak on this car, then the next morning after the oil change my driveway is full of oil and Ruben said to use "awesome" to clean it up. If this was any other shop in the valley I'm sure things would have been different. Very disappointed. read more

My first time using Quick Lane for oil change and tire rotation. Called for an appointment and pricing. They said I did not need an appointment, and I asked how much for both and they said $55. "For just the oil change", "No, for everything" end quote. Dropped it off this morning and I was quoted to my face it would be $89, because my 2017 VW Passat with 46k miles would use 6 quarts of synthetic oil. I picked it up the final bill was $126. All I'm saying is they did not disclose any true factual information, AND when I picked my car up, the passenger seat belt light stays on and beeps. It did not have this issue previously. read more

Overall, good service and pricing. I was looking oil change with filter and tire rotation at a reasonable price. Checkin was friendly and prompt. I left car behind and took my other one to play golf. Car was ready in about 90 minutes. Pricing was $129 including 8 quarts of synthetic oil. They gave me their usual $89 quote but I knew it was going to be a bit more so no problem. Service was complete and included everything as promised. Brake disc measurements were good as expected. Pickup and payment was quick and friendly again. Clean shop in a great location off of Varner Rd at Adams just north of the I-10. Part of Fiesta Ford. I'll be back. Still looking for a garage to do more complicated work on a 2008 Jaguar. read more

Why does it take 7- 1/2 hours to get a quote on repairs using Ford Factory parts when Fiesta Ford is across the street. They said they were not that busy when I took my car in at 8:30 a.m. and they never called me. I finally called them and asked what was happening. Then, coincidentally, the sales rep said price for parts had just come down 10 minutes ago. I could have taken my car to any repair shop and they would have called Ford for a price on parts and probably had them delivered much earlier in the day. Then the sales rep. said he wasn't sure they could completed the repair the next day. Really? How many hours are you open on Tuesday, January 23rd? You've had the car since 8:30 a.m, Monday, the 22nd of January. I'm very disappointed. read more

They open at 7:00 am. I walked in the door at 7:05 this morning. The service writer wrote me up for an oil change and said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I said I've got to be it out of here by 8:30 for a Drs appt i have at 9:00. Ok no worries. So at 8:00 my car is still parked outside in the driveway and i asked the guy if they are going to be able to get it out by 8:30 and he starts giving me guff. Saying I've only been waiting 30 minutes and you can take your car and come back later and getting argumentative with me. I said just give me my keys which he did and i said i won't be back. I then drive over to Jiffy Lube at Madison and 111 and pulled straight into a lube bay. I was done and out in 20 minutes. Quick Lane lost my business and i will go back to Jiffy Lube from now on. I could not find the new quick lane behind the dealerships on Varner road so I just created one. I wanted to warn people. They have a great deal for "the works" oil change, that's the reason for the 2 stars. But, it appears they are trying to rip The consumer off. Not long after dropping off the car I got a call about "safety issues". They said my vehicle needed an alignment and some other repairs associated with the alignment these repairs would cost 400 plus. They also told me the vehicle needed front brakes in fact it was metal to metal and they would need to turn the roters it would be 300 plus. And he kept saying the vehicle was not safe to drive. I ok'ed the regular alignment, their charge was 109.95, I talked them down to 99.95 as that is what the dealership charges. As for the unsafe brakes, I informed him my daughter could actually handle the brakes. So we go buy new brake pads at auto-zone, she takes the old ones off and not only was it NOT METAL to METAL the pads were actually only about halfway worn I will be reporting this business, should be illegal. read more

Took my car there for an oil change. On the previous visit the stripped the drain plug and called it wear and tear. This visit they broke the dip stick and claimed wear and tear. Anyone out of their first car knows that neither is a moving part and cannot be damaged without human involvement. To strip a drain plug means that it wasn't put in straight; human error. To break a dip stick that pulls straight out, means it was not pulled straight out; again human error. And then to have the technician and their supervisor to talk to me like I'm STUPID, was the last straw. They compared a non moving part to a brake pad, sorry two different types of parts. As you talk to them, the story changes but it all comes back to the breakage was caused by me and I never touched either part, EVER. read more

I usually go to Big O Tires for any work on my cars. I decided to give them a try since my neighbor goes thier for his vehicles and we live near them about 3 blocks away. The first time I stop by about little over an hour before they close to get a price to get my truck tire alignment done. They told me to come back since they were getting ready to close. The secound I called to get a price to get a transmission fluid change and again they said I have to call you back to get you a price and since we closing in an hour will call you back next day. They never called me back. They need to work on thier customer service if they want to gain new customer instead of saying we about to close come back tomarrow. Never going back. read more

I have used Quick Lane many times for both my cars and RV. I have found their work quality to be excellent and at a fair price. We never feel taken advantage of by "padding the bill" like a lot of repair places do. Ruben Trujillo, the Service Specialist has always given us excellent service with excellent follow up. I went to this Quick Lane location on 4/3/18 to get a price for replacing one low beam headlight on a 2009 Cadillac CTS. My service adviser, told me that these are HID bulbs (incorrect, they are Halogen) and I should replace both low beam lights. The cost for this would be $300 in labor as the front bumper needs to be removed to access the lights (partially correct) and $300 for two HID bulbs, but remember, they are Halogen, not HID. He then went on to tell me that I also need four new tires as the ones on the car are badly worn on the inside as a result of a bad alignment. I left without having any repairs done. I then found Palm Desert Automotive on Yelp with scores of 5 star reviews. I had my two bulbs replaced for $300. Exactly half the price at Quick Lane. I then went to a tire place on 111 and asked them to check my tires and was told that all four tires were wearing evenly and likely had another 4,000-5,000 miles left in them. Will never go back to Quick Lane even if they offer to do the work for free! read more

I have been going here since they opened. I only had one bad experience which Fiesta Ford made right years ago so I have stayed with them but not ever again ! Here's why: Recently I took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, Nitrogen in the tires and to check as to why the low tire pressure light was on. I told him I was going on a short trip. Art was the service advisor. I told him what I wanted and he said "The works" which is a package they offer. I said "yes". That is what I have always gotten. Art said to me the works included 5 quarts of oil and after that it was a charge per quart. I didn't care I just wanted what they have always done and for him to look at his service records on my truck and just do it. He said the Work's was $89.95. I went home and he called me saying it was $69.95 for the nitrogen and not the $39.95 he quoted me. ( he did not quote me anything). I said the tires already had nitrogen in them and he could tell my the green valve stem caps. He said " Let me see if I can get clarification from someone else". He came back on the line and said No charge and that I was correct. we hung up. He calls me again and say's I need rear brakes. I said not today. I go to pick up the truck and pay the bill and drive off and notice the low tire pressure light is still on. I drive back to the store and he comes running after me and says Hi Ken what's up ?. I said the low tire pressure light is still on. He then proceeds to tell me he spoke to the technician and he reported the sensors were bad. I asked where the sensors were and he replied inside the tires. I asked how much that repair was and he said $75.00 a tire. I said I would deal with it after my trip. I started home and the sensor reset all by themselves with the turn of a key and a foot on the brake. I think he was a lying to me but wait it gets better!. The next morning i'm getting ready for my trip and I notice my right rear tire still has red paint on it. I had run over a spray can a day prior and got paint on the tire. I had tried to power wash it all off to no avail. If the tires were rotated the red paint would now be the front tire right ?. Now i'm really angry and I call Art and ask why he did not rotate the tires. He say's they did I said you're lying and I explained why I felt that way. He said when would I be passing through again and I said I would be there in 10 minutes as I only live 3 miles away. I arrived at the shop and Ruben Trujillo a service advisor proceeds to take over and says's look at my video. He produces a video of what may or may not have been my truck on a rack and only shows the left side. He say's " see, the guy is rotating the tires". I said Ruben, I can't see what's happening on the right side of the truck. He gets angrily snotty with me saying the camera doesn't lie buddy, the camera doesn't lie. I said neither does the truck i had red paint on the right rear tire and it's still there. He says sit down and we'll rotate them back. I said do it. He brings the truck out to me when it's done and I asked him if nitrogen was put in the tires. He say's yes it's on the invoice and he mentions some code language to me. My invoice does not mention nitrogen. All the time this was going on I was reaching out to the Service manager of Fiesta Ford to complain. When I finally got in touch with him he said he had received my previous messages and had asked Ruben to call me. Ruben never did. My bill doesn't mention the "works", nor doe's it mention nitrogen. all it say's is check and set tire pressure. it does not mention bad tire pressure sensors and they charged me individually for every quart of oil (7) at $9.99 a quart when the first 5 should have been included in the works package. I will never patronize this place again. the last time they screwed up so badly they had to pick up my truck and bring me another truck and re-do everything. They just don't have it in them to do an honest day's work. They cannot even comprehend what you tell them you want, list it on the repair order and read it and do it. The last time This happened their own service manager agreed with how stupid some of them could be. They give me this this multi point inspection form that say's my under the hood fluids require immediate attention, as well as the engine air filter, transmission/differential/transfer case fluids. They never even mentioned these items in their calls. All they wanted to do was sell me a rear brake job!. absolutely unreal folks, Stay away at all costs and avoid the aggravation and seek out a better repair facility. Fiesta Ford and Ford Motor Company should be ashamed of themselves. read more
