We drive by this everyday and the kids go crazy for the giant inflatable ducks. They have been asking to try it out for some time all because of those ducks. Well played, Quick Quack. I see what you did there. When we drove by today they saw multiple employees with "Free Car Wash Today" signs. Again, they started asking if we could please try it and even let me know it wouldn't cost anything so we should try it. Wow! This was a fun experience! Danny was super helpful with giving me more information (we've never been through a Quick Quack before). He told us about the different unlimited wash plans and I was surprised at how affordable it was! He gave all the kids stickers and was so friendly with them. When he drew a happy face on their window they started shrieking with excitement. I was worried it would be a long wait, but it was so fast! An employee ensured my tire was on the track and then pointed to the sign to remind me to put it in neutral, take my foot off the break, then let go of the steering wheel. I was nervous about this especially when the windows are covered in suds. Your car is moving, but you can't see anything. Then, the colors!!! The kids said it felt like a party. There were really cool colored lights and soaps. We LOVED it! All the employees were so nice and incredibly friendly. They all waved as we exited. What an experience!!!! Also, we got to see one of the ducks up close, even if it was his backside lol. read more

The facility is easily accessible and located in the same parking lot as the new Stater Bros off Van Buren and Arlington. Win-win since we're always shopping at this location. First time I went thru the car wash nothing happened to my license plate, 2nd, 3rd & 4th time it bent & ripped my plate off my car and left it hanging. Not only that but on my 4th final car wash before cancelling it popped my fender off and ripped it off the wheel liner. Did a claim and they said they were not liable because my license plate was not properly secured with 4 screws instead of only two & that there was a gap present prior to entry, and they are still unable to claim liability for the proclaimed damages. Dont understand why it didnt happen the first three times and just on the 4th when I was visiting daily. Overall if you don't want this car wash service to mess your car up and not take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY, beware & go somewhere else. Very dissapointed in this company for not taking any accountability. 0 stars if I could! read more

We felt it was a fair deal for a wash. For the cost of 1 month ($31.95) we are able to get our car washed as much as needed. They wash it and we dry it with the towels that they provide. Have your vacuum right there at each station so you get clean inside and out. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. They commit fraud and they call your bank to get new card info. Which to me is really fishy. Called the company to ask why and how and I canceled awhile ago. She said that i didnt cancel and that they can call the bank and the bank will give them the new card number. Also she mention its in terms and conditions that you sign that they can do that. If you would like your car damage and then have them blame you for damage caused then wash your car here. Then they come up with pictures that are super blurry but somehow they can point out damage that they say was there before entering the wash, they must have really good eye sight to notice. Had a problem with them that was resolved.However the quality of the wash and dry service is poor. Not all dirt is removed from the vehicle, vehicle not dried always end up with spots. We end up having to hand clean spots when we get home. In addition, we are starting to notice small scratches on our hood. They make it very difficult to cancel the service and when you do cancel they charge you for an additional month. read more
