I was skeptical getting back into having my car washed but I've been here at least 4 times in the past few months with different cars and have had a great experience each time. I feel like the price is worth the convenience and quality of work done. Multiple times they've removed or buffed out marks or scratches I wouldnt be able to handle myself. I had dog hair on the interior roof of one vehicle and one of their employees absolutely killed it, she somehow got all of it off the roof, I was so grateful because I have a medical condition affecting my arms. Having good help these days is hard to find. So, I am grateful amd thankful there is still a nice, reliable, consistent place I can take my cars for washes and bigger things. I am surprised it has such low ratings, I havent experienced anything negative at this place recently, it's all been good.

The worst is the towels they provide... they either have product on them that leaves a weird film on your car from other users wiping the shine with them, or they smell terrible like mildew because they are still damp and wet and just sitting in the bin to grab one; or both. Plus when looking on my account I saw the price of my membership get increased without any formal (email or text or call) notice provided to me. Will likely be canceling unless things change asap.

I suggest other members do the same. Ended up signing up with Superstar car wash on Hole and California-- staff was attentive and friendly, the wash was really good, my car was pretty clean! They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible. Quick and easy! The only overnight automatic car wash I've found in the area. Good prices but a bit…read moremisleading. The sign out front. Appears to say $2 TUESDAYS but it really says $2 OFF ON TUESDAYS. So the usually $6 Basic wash is $4 on Tuesdays and sometimes the self service screen won't honor discount so you have to go inside the little Mart on the right in that case. Second issue is that 9 times out of ten, the dryer will not dry anywhere near the full drying time, even if the countdown screen appears to be working. This means you may get a decent run on dry time but you also may not even get 30 secs before it shuts off. Be prepared with some microfiber towels on-hand if you know you're going to the wash. Otherwise you may be out of luck on a spontaneous trip and have to drip dry on the road.
