My tea tray with desserts, scone, chocolate covered strawberries, quiche and finfer sandwiches. Yum

The food was so delicious . I love finger sandwiches and the scones were great with cream and jam. I was happy to see chocolate covered strawberries- my fav. Definitely recommend visiting.

Fun experience and great lavender tea and treats. The owner was fun to talk to. Looking forward to returning.

Definition of quirky - love it!

Absolutely chuffed to bits as my Nanny would say! This exceeded all of my expectations of afternoon tea, and even rivals the various tearooms I've visited across England visiting family. I heard about this tearoom through Yelp, and I knew I had to try as it's only 7 miles from my house. What better way to do so, then to invite my cousin to partake in their Afternoon Tea for Two. With a peanut/treenut allergy, I knew I would need to reach out to inquire beforehand and Mark was very pleasant and happy to research the items to ensure a safe experience today. A couple reviews mentioned it was hard to locate, but we had no trouble as it is within the main building of the Golf Course (not the conference or banquet center). Signs made it easy to locate once in the lobby. From the minute we walked in, we fell in love with the decor. So much so that I'll easily be uploading 25+ photos as it is just stunning inside. Especially since every table has a different tea set and we were thrilled the owner came by to give us an explanation and history of the tea set we were using today. Heck, he even shared the recipe and process of the house made clotted cream. As he said, don't worry as we don't be making it due to the extensive process to make/cool/separate. Though with one bite, we are hooked and tempted to make ourselves. Be back soon to enjoy! Our waitress asked for our selection of the tea, and we advised to surprise us with a black tea and we were not disappointed! Mrs. Patmore's Pudding is a delightful dessert tea that complimented the sweet treats. We even discussed with our waitress about our love for earl Grey tea and later tried a small pot of Earl Greyer. Loved the selection of tea and will definitely be back even just for a quick cuppa with their delightful scones. As my auntie would say, it would be rude not to! It was truly an amazing experience with all the staff rotating around the tearoom, and even conversing about our quirky outfits to pay tribute to all our lovely Atkinson relatives past and present. Even loved the touch of my cousin bringing photos of our Nanny Sheila and Auntie Carol as we came in honor of them for their birthdays. Such a beautiful tearoom and quite honestly, I can't wait to come back! Thank you to the owner and the amazing staff for a beautiful experience, and I'll be telling everyone to pop on in for a cuppa or full afternoon tea experience.

We came for our monthly book club meeting and what a cute place! They had great tea options and we all loved the food towers. Service was very friendly, took pics for us and really went into detail about the teas.

We loved our experience here! The tea was delicious and unique, with some more familiar options as well like peach tea or London fog. Robin provided excellent service and was there to answer any questions we had!

Went on opening day of the new location in Gilbert. The room was really nicely set up and the tea sets were all beautiful. My friend and I shared a big teapot of apple caramel tea, but you can also get two small teapots of different teas if you prefer, as part of the Afternoon Tea for Two deal. They have both regular and decaf tea selections. The food was delicious. As part of the Afternoon Tea for Two, there were 4 different mini-sandwiches (3 of each kind, so 12 total - we had egg salad sandwiches, cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, turkey and gouda sandwiches, and brie and apple sandwiches), and 2 quiches, then a tray of assorted desserts, and a tray with scones, clouted cream and jam. Our waitress, Robin, was fantastic. Very friendly, very attentive. We loved her. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. A bit of an adventure to find the bathroom - ask for directions or you will, like me, end up in the kitchen! The tea room is in a plaza, so plenty of parking around.

Excellent customer service and good variety of tea sandwiches and yummy bite size desserts. The teas were delicious with decaf options available. We tried the Mrs Potts tea and the peach tea. We celebrate my friend's little girl's bday. She was treated well! And they made her day special. We definitely will go back.

We came here for an early Mother's Day tea. It was very nice. The finger sandwich's were good - the cucumber and the apple/Brie were excellent. The sweets were nice and the biscuit/scone was also delicious. I saw someone complain about the clotted cream, it tasted like the cream we had in England, so no complaints here. The two pots of tea- the house Glen and their dessert blend were very good. The one down side was we had 2 pots for the six of us. It would have been nice to have a third pot. The owner seemed very nice.

That said, I also understand this is a boba shop first, so I wasn't expecting the matcha to be absolutely immaculate or prepared like a specialty matcha café. On the positive side, the boba was actually really good -- chewy, fresh, and had a great texture. The Lychee Seasons Tea was refreshing and enjoyable, especially if you like fruity drinks. Overall, I'd come back for their tea drinks and boba. If you're a matcha purist, the roasted matcha may not be the standout item on the menu, but the shop still delivered a solid boba experience.

My husband and I enjoy kicking off our Sunday close to the opening hour at 7am. We eat a delicious breakfast option inside first. My husband orders a breakfast sandwich while I don't just like but LOVE the avacado toast. If available, we take our coffee and sit outside on the patio. The coffee is full bodied and delicious. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

The interior was not very clean- the inside is white with beautiful furniture, but most of it was sticky or messy, and the floor had smudge marks. There were straw wrappers from previous customers also strewn about on a few tables. The employees, too, were curt, unprofessional (half were sitting at a table on their phones, and half were roughhousing behind the counter, one employee even slapped the other? NOT a good look.) and did not greet us when we came in. We tried to order about 3 different drinks, but they were out of half of the toppings on the menu. The female employee who took our order looked annoyed that we dared try to order drinks that were on the menu- it was unsettling and not a great customer service experience. Finally, we got our drinks, and they were pretty much all ice in a fancy cup. The tea portion that we did receive was fine, but almost 20 dollars for bad service, and mostly ice is unacceptable. The flavors were nothing to write home about- and the dragon tea refresher my boyfriend got was not particularly unique. I've heard and seen good things about Xing Fu Tang locations in other states, but if they want to survive in Mesa, AZ, they may want to start actually carrying the ingredients advertised on the menu, as well as training their employees on professionalism. Jeez.

My family and I have tried at least half of the menu and everything I've tried has been a new favorite. I am always torn between trying something new or getting the orange bianco milk tea, pistachio matcha, or Seoul coffee. They are all very balanced and not overly sweet and you can taste how much care for quality and detail was put into building all of these drinks. They also have options like lactose-free whole milk, oat milk, and 2%. The owner and staff are also always very friendly and always happy to help. Last July they had a banana pudding matcha that was really good (pictured here next to my usual pistachio matcha), and they have had a really good and unique variety of seasonal drinks in the past.
