Surprisingly had a good experience at this Jersey Mike's location. It's rare that I go out and get a sandwich from anywhere, but I was really craving a quick lunch on the day I visited. I placed my order through the app and when I arrived around 11:30am on a weekday they were busy, but I was greeted and given my mobile order. I didn't have to wait in line and the employee was very quick at acknowledging me. The sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it with certain modifications. Stopped in at 8:20pm, about 40 minutes before closing. The woman behind the counter seemed really annoyed to take my order, and then when I ordered a hot sub, she seemed even more irritated. Obviously because this would take more work. She kept asking what time it was to the guy who was working with her, and complained about how much cleaning they had left. I get it that everyone gets tired at the end of their day, so was I. I think it's really unprofessional to voice this to your customers.... Great subs, poor service. I called ahead and was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes because they were super busy. When I arrived, I was told they ran out of bread (which is kind of important to have for a sub) and that it would be another 20 minutes! So, yeah. That happened. And there's more. This location is the slowest one I've visited. Employees are not too personable and they didn't wait for us to finish our order. The girl with glasses assembled our giant sandwich, closed and cut it before we were asked or able to tell her we wanted condiments-oil vinegar and spices. OMG I had the Best, and I mean BEST Philly Cheese steak sub I Ever had!! I went here for dinner since the power was out and picked up subs for the family tonight. They are the WORST! We ordered from them off THEIR app twice! Twice now our $55 order has been misdelivered and GONE when we try to find it. They will give you SERIOUS attitude about it not being THEIR problem but DoorDashes problem even though we ordered from THEIR app NOT DoorDash. They have NEVER compensated the money and food we lost because of their poor choice of delivery service. The first time it happened my husband and I FOUGHT with them about it and never got our food or money back, and the second time, tonight, even though the DoorDash person was still at the other building, I'm barefoot and it's freezing trying to find the order, the person slams into reverse almost runs me over as I yelling "wait where's my order". This was honestly the dirtiest restaurant I've been in in a while. And they made our sandwiches directly on the dirty counter that looked like it hadn't been actually clean for a while. The meat slicer was gross as well, although the girl was in the process of wiping it down. I kinda lost my appetite while watching them prepare the food. Posting this late.. i tend to write some reviews when I am bored. This one i started and had in drafts for awhile. Which actually helped the rating I gave go up. When i wrote this awhile back I had it at 3 star but after being dis satisfied everywhere else with sandwhiches lately I now upgraded the rating to a 4 star. If I can find another sandwhich thats good there other then the Rueben maybe Ill update my review to a 5 star review .. Now on to the review... I love this place. The sandwhich that's my personal fav is the Rueben. I love it. The staff here quiet but nice. Nothing really to write about. I will say that 15 bucks for a large sandwhich is far to much for some people including me usually. The sandwich is fine...but the prices are unjustifiable. 2 nights prior I spent $77 at Kyoto down the street for Sushi for myself and 13yo daughter and added $40 tip because it is a great restaurant. Horrible experience today! The store was disgusting and dirty. The lady taking the orders was slower than a snail. So slow that my hot sub was finished before either one of my cold subs were even started and no other subs were being made while I waited. They had two workers just standing there doing nothing. There were cigarettes in the store all over the place and when I mentioned them, they said they were too busy and would get to them later (all while two people were doing nothing waiting for the First Lady to cut the bread and meat). The entire store in general was dirty though. I was disgusted by how it looked and would not have ordered if it wasn't what my kids had wanted to eat for lunch today! read more

This place used to be a great place to eat, seems the employees and management no longer care. A few weeks ago I got a regular Philly(my go to for this place) and it was loaded full of gristle and sinew. I contacted the company via email and never received a response. Thought I would give them a second chance and that was a huge mistake, I will not return! This time I got a turkey and provolone and the cashier was brand new, I asked her several times about my shore point and military discount and all she would do is smile and say yes, never once answering my question other than saying she was new! Jersey Mikes is without a doubt the best sandwich chain out there, and this location is up to par with any of the dozens of others I've been to. I got a free regular sub as a bonus for signing up to their rewards program. I ordered a BLT. There was ample bacon and the veggies weren't bad. I added banana peppers and ordered it Mike's Way. The bacon was inconsistent in terms of flavor but all the strips were crispy. In terms of fast food bacon, it was better than expected. I'm used to MSM Deli and Subway, so those are my reference points. I want more sandwich for $6-$9. The 7.5" BLT would have come to more than $8 normally. A 7.5" Veggie would come to $7.50. I think that's absurd. For that price, I'd rather just get a 12" veggie from Subway for $6.50. More to eat and more options.
