My wife, our oldest son and I went back to Quiznos Subs yesterday for another delish lunch. I tried their new regular Smokehouse Pulled Pork on white. It had a smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, red onions and pickles too. I would order this again, without hesitation. My wife ordered a regular Ultimate Turkey Club on white and our son ordered a large Classic Italian on Rosemary Parmesan. We all enjoyed our Sammies very much. We all like that Quiznos toasted each Sammie, that gives them that extra crunch. We also ordered soft drinks and helped ourselves to refills, as we left. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They are also patient and willing to offer advice when asked. We found a table inside to enjoy our meal. It's always fairly quiet inside too. We found a parking space close by, which was an added bonus. read more

It's been years since I've had a Quiznos. This brought back nostalgic memories. Times have definitely changed. The price for a large sandwich is $20 when it was at most $8-9 back then. They still had the sandwiches I ordered like the chicken carbonara and blank angus. The downside was, it wasn't as flavorful as it was back then. Black angus was lacking the salt. Quiznos is BACK BABY and better than ever! This place was my jam in the 90s and early 2000s. My brother and I used to joke, "Let's eat as much Quiznos as we can before they all shut down." Sadly, they did in 2014... but guess what? THEY'RE BACK! We hit up the Fremont location and wow... first bite and I yelled, "GAWD DAMN THEY BACK!" I got my all-time favorite: the Chicken Carbonara. Topped with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, melted provolone, sautéed mushrooms, alfredo sauce on a toasted rosemary parmesan bread? STILL just as good as I remembered 11+ years ago The vibes were on point too! Its got the same classic menu (with some new additions), no weird rebranding. The two guys behind the counter nailed it: friendly, fast and they made sandwiches that actually looked like the ones seen in pics on display (rare!). Yeah, prices are a little higher, but honestly? It's worth every cent. Way better than Subway, and in today's economy, if you're gonna spend a lot to eat, might as well spend it on something GOOD. I stand by my 5 star review! One of the last remaining Quiznos and the closest one to where I live (in the south bay), had to make a stop here on a Thursday afternoon after going for a run nearby. The chicken carbonara on rosemary parmesan is my go-to sandwich here. My favorite ingredients (bacon, mushrooms, provolone, and alfredo) come together to create such irresistible flavor, and even better toasty! Got the 4 inch, though it's so good I could probably finish the 12 inch sub in one sitting. But then I wouldn't have room for my other fave here, the italian sammie (without olives/banana peppers). Can't go wrong with seasoned italian meats, fresh veggies, and tangy vinaigrette sandwiched inside toasted flatbread... extra well done! Yup, near burnt (twice through the conveyor oven), that's how I like it, just brings out the flavor so much more. If you prefer something a little less salty, I recommend the turkey ranch and swiss. It's pretty good here as well. For a fast food chain, Quiznos is a pretty decent sandwich spot, and the Fremont location provides a clean and casual setting, as well as outstanding service (I was in and out of the restaurant in about 5 minutes, and the worker followed my requests and customizations to a tee). Whenever I come to Quiznos, I only get one thing: the lobster roll. Of course, this is not your fancy type of lobster roll. But the portion is big and the lobster is fine. It might just be a biased opinion because I have such fond memories of this place. It's definitely on the better end of sandwich shops overall! My fiancé discovered that there's still a Quiznos in the Bay Area after he went to REI and says I have to try it. Honestly, it was a really great sub and 10x better than subways. The guy was meticulous and the sandwich was made super even, well toasted, and delicious. Quick note though, they need to update the hours on Yelp. This is the only Quiznos left in the area and unfortunately I live 40 minutes away so it's good for my wallet that I don't live closer and can only have it if I'm in the Fremont area. It's been so long sense I've even seen a Quiznos, and to be honest.. I had never had a very memorable experience of a Quiznos until I showed up here. I came in and ordered the large pastrami, chips and a drink. I also ordered a bowl of broccoli cheaper soup. I do have to start by saying that the staff was actually extremely friendly here and everything actually tasted good. They offered outdoor dining as well, so that was actually kind of nice with everything going on due to covid. The building was very clean which says a lot these days. I don't know why I haven't really ventured to Quiznos very often, but I will be venturing up again while I'm in the Fremont area. Bad service- Always discriminating. Food is good and this is the only one in Fremont. I think they know that and that is why they are so rude. It is the closest to where I live n work so I end up having to make quick stop BUT for the price the service sucks. I saw on Yelp that regular business hours meant they would close at 8pm, but because it was the day before Thanksgiving they may operate on holiday hours. No indication on Yelp. So next, I tried calling the pickup/delivery & general line listed on Yelp (510-991-6732) and it went to a voicemail of someone named Dave. That doesn't sound legitimate. I had always been a fan of Quiznos honey mustard chicken and hadn't eaten that in a long time so I was excited to try it again. I made the HUGE mistake of ordering on line from Grub-hub. I got my order number and time and email confirmation. Fast forward 35mins get to the Quiznos and they have no order no food-yet they had already charged my credit card. The staff at the Quiznos was clueless but none the less they got my food ready and sent me on my way. No major apologies or anything. The number they give you to call in case there are any problems was even worse. The operator super hard to understand and just not helping at all. I was better on my own dealing with the whole situation. Finally get home to mediocre soggy sandwiches and I came to find out they changed the brand of chips they use and I liked the previous chips better. I ordered the classic Italian combo 12in For a 12 in sub. This thing meets expectation the way it's piled up with all its veggies meats cheeses and sauce.
