I was so happy to find a long lost Quiznos close to my work. It's been years since I've had their food but to my surprise, it's as good as it ever was! This location is particularly awesome. Clean, great service and friendly staff. I believe it's the owner who can be found behind the counter daily. He is simply delightful! Great personality and wonderful attitude. He definitely makes visiting Quiznos extra special. Recently I tried the Honey Mustard Chicken as a salad. WOW, so good! The portion size is great too for the price. I will definitely be making Quiznos one of my frequent lunch spots in the future! read more

First time trying this location. I ordered 3 mesquite chicken, 1 Chicken Carbonara and 1 Honey Bacon Club. Bread was old and brittle. All sandwiches had little to no flavor. I asked for extra carbonara sauce, they put maybe two droplets of the sauce all together. It was inedible. All Sandwiches got tossed in the trash and I made food at home. Waste of $48. They messed up my order last time and I gave them a try again only for them to not give me my sandwich. I called and the manager seemed more concerned with me being upset than his teams poor service. I bought a newly built townhome in the area, so discovering local places to that delivery is often pleasantly surprising- which they do! Food is pretty decent especially when you have the taste for a certain type of sandwiche.. unfortunately I was in the mood for a meatball, which I discovered was discontinued- hence the 3 star review.. otherwise it's cool, if you been here before, it's pretty consistent and you know what to expect. read more

I don't run into Quiznos very often, but I do prefer them over Subway. This particular location is pretty upbeat, maybe due to the businesses around it and the Metro station a block away. The older guy that works here doesn't listen and give you attitude. I had my son crying in my arms and this guy was being completely disrespectful. I said I wanted a large on white lobster sandwich and he asked me like 4 times if I wanted scampi or lobster. I said lobster. He then asked again scampi or lobster. DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM HERE. I ordered 9 boxes for our daughter's bday. It came with an 8 ounce sub, chips and small cookie for like $8-9/box. I live close by and have eaten here many times with no issue. BUT, this was my first and last time doing catering with them. I got the turkey ranch and swiss. I ordered the food just like I normally would ( turkey, provolone, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes with mayo instead of ranch and vinaigrette. I ordered boxes of food so that no one had to take their mask off during my daughters gathering. The boxes were given along with a goodie bag and cupcake when the girls were leaving. Had I known that the quality of meat would be extremely subpar I would have went to Subway which was better than the quality of meat we got and cheaper. Plus, Subways cookies taste way better. But, my daughter prefers Quiznos and it's never been an issue before today so we went with that. Now, surprisingly, my daughters friends had never ate from Quiznos. This was not a good representation of Quiznos at all. The turkey was pink and brown. It almost looked like a slimy spoiled ham, super gross looking. Then there were like chunks of turkey similar to teriyaki strips in the sandwich. I was disgusted and pissed at the same time that I had wasted $80. I called and talked to the owner, Peter, and he stated that the meat was "low quality" before immediately correcting himself and saying low-fat. He got it right the first time. He said that Quiznos changed their turkey meat and he didn't care for it either. Although he offered half off catered boxes if I ordered with them again, that didn't correct the situation because I had already paid for these crappy sandwiches and given them away. Plus, I would NEVER have them cater anything again. Anyway, I see that unless you are watching them make your sandwiches this is not a place you should eat at. read more

HI, I work very close to Quiznos, I've ordered their items for luncheons for my office and they have always come through for me. Yesterday, I went to get back in my car after ordering my sandwich and could not find my car key. I walked back to my office, I called back to the Quiznos location spoke with the manager, left my phone number, he looked out for my car as much as possible, to possibly alert me as to if someone was trying to takeoff with it. He said that he couldn't promise anything, so of course, he did the next best thing and took my details and passed it on to his staff in case my key resurfaced. About 30 minutes to an 1 later, I received a call from the same person (Donaven) that actually made my sandwich earlier. I went back to the Quiznos 120th & Crenshaw, got my car key that was found in the potato chips section, right in front of the cash register. I didn't reach for the chips that day, but they surely reached out for me and my key. lol. Thank you to the manager and Donaven, for refreshing the chip section and finding my key. I was so happy when I noticed this location because it's just what I wanted and it was so conveniently located to my gym. I ordered the 2 for $5 deal. First torpedo had a hair in it. I dismissed it as my own (it was dark and I was trying very hard to eat while driving). About two bites into the second one, I found another hair. This one was like EMBEDDED into the sub so it was in no way my own hair. I was absolutely disgusted. Needless to say, I threw out the food. I was sad and hungry! This, coupled with the poor, lackluster service means I will not return to this location. And if I absolutely NEED to, I will be sure to inspect it in a well-lit room before taking a single bite. read more

Have you guys had their "Lobster Scampi Bake" with REAL LOBSTER. It is off the chain!!!! It's usually only out for a limited time :( I wish that it was permanent However, This is the only Quiznos that I rave about and faithfully come to. I haven't been to Quiznos in years! My dad used to take me as a reward for working at his shop and it felt like such a treat today I got an 8 inch turkey bacon guacomole sandwhich on the rosemary Parmesan bread (the bread with the fewest calories at 280). I could really taste the herbs on that bread and it added an extra flavor to the already dynamite sandwhich. I had taken a lot of honey mustard and banana peppers to enhance the flavor of the sandwhich but it tasted so good I didn't even bother to add those on. This particular location is always clean, their service is great and even if it's busy the lone moves quickly. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. As soon as I walked in the door the guy walked away from the register with his cell phone. His name was Kevin. The other employee (he was wearing glasses, I want to say his name was Marco) was very polite and seems to steer the attention away from his duchy co-worker. For instance, once I got to the register, I decided to pay for an additional salad. I asked him to charge me for a salad & he just placed my card down and walked away. Not a single word out of his mouth asking me to follow him towards the prep bar, instead he just stared at me while he put on a pair of gloves. Super awkward. Once again the gentleman with glasses spoke for his coworker and asked "what type of salad would you like? And is that for here?".... While his coworker Kevin threw some chicken and bacon on it and walked back to the register. I was very disappointed, my experience would have been the worst had the gentleman with the glasses not stepped up. You would think the nice persons name would be easier to remember, but he was too busy actually working that I wasn't quite able to see his name tag. read more

I went this afternoon with my sister to quiznos, mind this was my sister's first time been in one. There was a female and male on staff, we got help by the male. She got the baja chicken it was very nicely done. I got the chicken carbonara it was very YUMMY! The staff was wonderful, and the store very neat and clean.
