The folks behind the counter here are helpful, courteous, and super considerate. I promised my daughter that she could have Quiznos for her treat on a good test & was ordering for her and my family. We barely made it to the store before its 4pm Sunday closing time (like 3:58pm), but they stayed & took our large order with a smile, even getting out items they has stored away with kindness. I don't normally do reviews for franchise businesses but I had to take a moment to do one for this location. I was really impressed with the level of customer service received on a large to-go order. Everything was organized, separated and marked. When I got there a little early, everything was ready to go and packaged nicely. They were super friendly and even came around to open the door for me immediately without hesitation. Walked in today at around 11:30am male manager wearing glasses didnt even have his mask on when we walked in as hes standing behind counter with food in open talking to a regular, put his mask on when he made eye contact as we walked up to counter. Sandwiches were just medoicre with them eyeballing the scale like the turkey was worth its weight in gold and then after paying nearly $50 for four sandwiches they deny us access to the restroom (paying customers) even though their employees who put the masks on AFTER the customers walk in use their restroom. Will call 211 and report as well. Steer cleer of this health hazard place with no customer appreciation. Edit: shoutout to the pizza place in the shopping center who let paying customers of another establishment use their restroom. I work in the center. So I have eaten there many times. I tried on several occasions to cash in the points on the Quiznos App (iphone 7) without success. The owner is not helpful. He tells me I have to call their corporate office. I did that and thought I was set up. I went in again and tried to use the App for a free drink and chips -- it still wouldn't work. He just looked at me! Call corporate again!! I was on the phone with them while I was in line. They still couldn't help me. You would think he would just give me a credit for $2.50 but no!! This is very poor customer service. And they food is not that good! read more

As a nomadic IT provider I find myself wandering far and wide throughout my week. Twice weekly I am in San Clemente and on Tuesdays I work just a short jaunt up the hill from this Quiznos location. This particular location is staffed with what is by far the most friendly sandwich shop staff I have ever experienced. I personally am addicted to the Chicken Carbonara sandwich and this place does it right. Whenever I go in I am greeted by name and my sandwich preparation is rapid and within my preferred spec. I have been to this location every Tuesday for the past 7 months and the vibe is a consistent good one. This location can be extremely busy during lunch time, owing to the fact that there's not much competition in the area. I'll now review my meal: Chicken Carbonara, Large, wheat, no mushrooms. - The bread was well crisped, they monitored the sandwich visually while it was in-oven and adjusted it twice to get a nice even char; there was more chicken than most locations tend to provide, and it was well sauced. Broccoli Cheese soup - Nice and thick and cheesy. I don't know if anyone else has noticed but many Quiznos locations water their soup to increase the yield; this place does it right. The facilites are clean and pleasant, outdoor seating (covered) gives a nice change of pace from dining inside the restaurant. There's a starbucks next door if you feel like having some burned coffee with a bunch of stuck up popped collars - I'll pass on that :) read more

I have been to this Quiznos many many times, since I'm local. I went there with my friends yesterday.The owners are totally not friendly, sometimes they don't even ask what veggies I want on the sandwich. You can see it from their face, and on top of this, the attitude shifts even worst if you don't tip them, hope they read this and learn some customer service skills. This place used to be buzzing when the Vietnamese owners were there with their friendly cook greeting everybody. read more

The people at this Quiznos are really nice and friendly. I own Mathnasium which moved in next door. On the second day that we were open, they brought lunch for all my staff! I ordered a custom sandwich online, and I did not ask for lettuce or tomatoes. My boyfriend picked up the food, and when he got back I noticed there were tomatoes and lettuce all over my sandwich. It's really hard to take cruddy shredded lettuce off of a sandwich! I called, and after they tried to claim that it came with that stuff (No it doesn't, it's a custom sandwich), they were like "Uh... do you need a new one?" I heard back from Quiznos and their area manager the next day. She basically told me that her manager should have handled the situation differently. She offered me a gift card for the trouble which I appreciated but told her I will not be going to that Quiznos again. In addition Groupon refunded me for 1/2 of the Groupon that I was not able to use. Lastly the store manager called me back (gave me his name as soon as he called, which I found very funny). He apologized and said he would honor the groupon if I came back that week. I thanked him for the call but told him I would not be back due to the fact that it was the day before I needed my food. read more

I really like the Quiznos food and the helpful staff. The Owner, Mohammed is always friendly to everyone that walks in as are the rest of the people that work there. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable and my food is always made with the same care so that I have never been disappointed. They keep the restaurant and rest rooms very clean at all times. I work right up the street from this location and I am always disappointed. I gave it the the three strike rule and I am sitting in front of this sandwich that i purchased not ten minutes ago and I can not even eat it. I've wasted nearly 25 dollars on food from here and I will never go back. The guacamole is not fresh and is advertised otherwise. They put much to much mayonnaise on everything and not only that one of the employees completely mocked my co worker for his "nerdy" appearance. I am very upset and I do not encourage going here. There is a subway inside Walmart next complex over. I advise going there or Board and Brew. Much better options. read more
