I tried to…read morebook them for a quick move and when I tried to call the number on their invoice to confirm the date, time and other relevant information, a woman picked up, said "No, no English..." and immediately hung up...LOL Puzzled, I double-checked the number on the Emailed quote and it was indeed correct. I immediately Emailed and cancelled. That was a serious RED FLAG. It did not stop there. The day of my move, guess what? They called to "confirm our 10:00..." I had to tell the person who called (he spoke ENGLISH) that I cancelled weeks ago. He seemed disoriented and clearly not organized. "Prohands?" More like "NO HANDS" LOL Coincidentally, I speak Spanish, among other languages so that whole thing was lame begining to end. Translation (for the woman who said "No English" and hung up on me ...LOL) Qué raro... Intenté contratarlos para una mudanza rápida y, cuando llamé al número que aparecía en su factura para confirmar la fecha, la hora y otros datos importantes, me contestó una mujer diciendo "No, no English..." y colgó de inmediato... ¡jajaja! Desconcertado, verifiqué el número en el presupuesto que me habían enviado por correo electrónico y, efectivamente, era correcto. Acto seguido, envié un correo para cancelar el servicio. Aquello fue una señal de alerta evidente. Pero la cosa no quedó ahí. El día de la mudanza, ¿adivinen qué? Me llamaron para "confirmar nuestra cita de las 10:00...". Tuve que decirle a la persona que llamaba (que hablaba inglés) que había cancelado el servicio hacía semanas. Parecía desorientado y, claramente, poco organizado. ¿"Prohands"? From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced.
