It is a little odd that it is located inside the mall on it's own island, but overall it was delicious. I heard lots of good things about this boba shop and I'm really impressed. I assumed the quality wasn't going to be that good considering it's not it's own building with a fully functioning kitchen, but I took one sip and I was blown away. I ordered a Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea with Boba. I LOVED it. I've definitely tried lots of different kinds of milk teas, but I have never tasted anything like that one. It's probably my new favorite and if I didn't have to go to the mall for it, I'd be there often. Their boba seemed to be transparent/clear colored with the same texture as regular tapioca boba. Had their milk teas a couple of times now and love that the drinks are made with real tea and don't have a funny aftertaste or leave gritty powder in your mouth afterwards. They also have some unique flavors and their non caffeine Buckwheat drink is pretty delicious! Located in the middle of the currently renovating Valley Fair Mall so it is a little inconvenient to get to unless you were planning on going to the mall anyways. read more

It's a small shop, not a lot space to fit people inside, so when it gets busy it's really just a line out the door, with maybe 4-5 people that can fit comfortably inside waiting for their drinks. It's snug is the word I guess. I stood at the register for roughly a minute waiting for the middle aged asian lady to get off her phone and help me order, but once she realized I had been standing there she had to yell at one of her coworkers to take my order. I know it's just another boba shop, but the unprofessionalism displayed by who i presume to be the manager definitely didn't live up to any customer service standard i've had. No manager should just be chilling on their phones during business hours, then yell at their employees to do as simple a task as helping a customer order their drink, for them. At least the girl who DID her job to take my order gave me great customer service, so I'll leave two stars up solely for that. Anyway, I ordered the rabbit signature tea with boba. It basically just tastes like fanta and you can't taste the tea at all. The boba was mushy and slimy (how can boba be slimy??? ask them because i sure am not returning to find out.) I visited rabbit rabbit tea on Saturday after we went ramen nagi. There was a line when I arrived and I got my drink after 5 minutes which consider super efficient. I ordered passionfruit jade green(25% sugar)(25% ice). It was perfect sweetness level for me with strong tea flavor. The tea was pretty decent! Right off the bat, this is definitely a higher priced boba tea stand at Westfield mall. I ordered the rabbit signature fresh fruit iced tea as suggested by the cashier because they ran out of the queen of hearts mojito. Overall I enjoyed that they put real fruit slices in the tea but I didn't think it tasted any better than the fruit teas at its competitors. They also have a cute gimmick in which there are paper cut outs of a rabbit's mouth for you to put on the straw. read more

I just came today and decide to try this place out and this is my first time try this place. I got lychee green tea with 50 percent sweet and 30 percent ice and it came with lychee jelly. The customer service could be better, myself and a friend walked over to the kiosk in the mall to grab a quick drink, I've only drank at this shop approximately two times. I'm not entirely familiar with the menu, so when I was asked how much sweetness and ice? Stationed on the second floor of the Valley Fair mall as a kiosk so the line and wait for pickup may be long at times. The clerk who ordered the order had a bad attitude and kept making mistakes. I ordered a larger but I got small one. The sugar content of 25% became 75%, and it was super sweet and not delicious. Love their buckwheat tea - really yummy and not caffeinated! So happy to have a no-caffeine option other than the taro or wintermelon options that other places offer. I know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, especially when it comes to drinking tea, and where they choose to get it. The way other people make their tea is so distinctive and even though you may order the same type of tea, the results and taste may vastly vary. So many factors come into play like how it was brewed, or what kind of quality of tea used, or what type of tea, or the freshness of the toppings added and so on. I have been going to this place for more than 4 months now for at least twice a week and I pretty much almost tried all their milk teas. My two favorite milk teas are the one with Assam and the one with Japanese Buckwheat. I have a hard time explaining the taste of the Assam tea, but the Japanese Buckwheat has a slight coffee after taste, in which I love. I don't know what they are doing, but their tea is suitable to my palate. Every single time I go here, the taste of the tea also remains the same. What a wonderful place to go to, this is also one of the main reasons why I like to go to the mall. read more

Recently came here with boyfriend for the first time and gotten the Japanese Buckwheat w/ pearls (50% sweet) and Iron Buddha (100%) I really liked both of our drinks. I'm usually not the type to get the pearls but it was a bit stiff, could have room for improvements. I can't speak for others, but my experience for their customer service was great. A little bit of a wait to get our drinks and the female boba barista kindly apologizes when the wrong size drink was given and quickly made us a new one additionally letting us keep the wrong drink - the only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is solely bc it's my first time. Assam milk tea with was average. It was creamy, not sure that was the best thing about it. Just wanted to make a note. Lychee green tea with lychee was just okay. Green tea was very very bitter. Thank goodness there the sweet lychee bits made it taste a lot better. You may want to check your green tea leafs...usually smaller leafs are less bitter. I mean it was bitter. Queen of heart mojito was not bad but neither was it notable. I think it was green tea too, because it was a little bit bitter. I wont go over there again. Sharetea is just downstairs. read more
